    I hope someone can help me, I'm really confused.

    I have a working of MDM 2.1 installation and everything works.
    Now I need to install the SDK WOOF to start coding in JAVA, but since I got a new mstill to this I don't really understand where is the application server. I though that I have that installed already. But it is not found in C:\ouaf\demo.

    I have the framework installed, I do not understand why the SDK says bad file.
    Oracle Utilities Application Framework V4.1.0 multiplatform is the one that I installed it.

    Go to support.oracle.com and search article 1210804.1 knowledge base. It has links with the SDK, you must work with WOOF v4.1.

  • Nightmare of Customer Service - the billing department - someone please help?

    I've been a customer of creative cloud for years. I recently acquired a new credit card and cancelled the card that was used for my automatic monthly payments to Adobe. I logged into my Adobe account and updated my payment information. When my date of payment, the payment does not pass. I said, 'maybe I made a mistake and typed a wrong number", so I logged in to my Adobe account and updated the information of payment again. This did not help. My horrible experience with customer service began this day - April 20, 2015. The nightmare continued for more than a month and I spent COUNTLESS hours on the phone and chat with customer support. I contacted my Bank, USAA, double - twice they told them me the only reason why to come through Adobe charges denied is that the address that adobe has for me the file (my old address) does not match the address associated with my new credit card (my new address). I have to update address with my new payment information, but apparently do not have access to update the address what adobe has for my account.

    I was told that my address has been updated countless times, but the automatic payments continue to be denied to my Bank and my Bank reports the same problem - the address sent by Adobe at the request of the accusation is incorrect and does not correspond to my current address.

    When Adobe Support sends the generated mails automatically titled "Adobe case Update" and providing a link to a "Customer Support Portal", my OLD ADDRESS is obviously at the top with my name. My OLD ADDRESS, even though I was assured and reassured many times my address has been updated in the system. The only thing I can think is that address only is not updated on all platforms, especially in the Department of billing and payments.

    I'm just trying to pay my monthly bill of the Adobe Creative Cloud. How can something as simple as to update my address on my account have taken more than 8 hours of my time over the last 5 weeks?

  • error on service cloud oracle adf application deployment

    Hello, I hv saved cloud oracle java and database service. I hv created adf simple application in which there are 2 jsf pages only linked together. I m using oracle jdeveloper 11 g 2. so I hv created file ear for deployment in the cloud. I have deployed adf the cloud using the java console application. But after downloading applications, deployment failed. I tried 3 times, but the result was the same. I checked the logs, I got 3 warnings in the whitelist log and error in deploy newspaper. Those are the following:

    I use jdeveloper 11 GR 2, so pls don't tell me to use jdeveloper 11 GR 1 material. because, I hv already developed an application for my final year of Bachelor and I can't migrate to the previous version. So there is only one way for me to generate the ear file and the deployment of the console.

    Well hosting Cloud Oracle ADF applications is for the ADF * 11.1.1-then you will not be able to deploy an application developed with * 11.1.2 thereon.
    If you don't want to revert to the version support for JDeveloper, I suggest that you look in the other accommodation options.

  • Do not trust iCloud re. recovery (or Apple customer service)

    Hi all, just to share my story in case it helps - that is, to convince someone to create their own backup of data iCloud, or use a different service altogether (Dropbox).

    I created my own folders in iCloud via Finder & used this system for 9 months, between 2 computers & 2 iOS devices, without problem.

    Creating space on my iPhone and try to remove space elusive 'Documents & data' pigs shown there in iTunes, it seems to me you remove these user created folders to iCloud.  (Summer with only one right to: I did not delete files or individual files)

    I haven't checked iCloud until 3 days later, and the records have simply disappeared.  They were not recoverable by me (on iCloud > advanced > retrieve), nor, apparently, by Apple.

    First customer service person simply said they were gone, we cannot do anything.

    After climbing, the next two seemed to try to help by creating an interface with engineering, but always the same answer, even after providing the names of the missing folders and files, etc.   It felt a bit like Good Cop / Bad Cop.  I never had the feeling that the genie has really want to try to understand and solve this problem.

    Last 2 customer care people were abrupt and unnecessary.

    I asked for the data to retrieve, but also for an explanation of how this could happen, so that I can be comfortable with the system again.  They were very short, in the sense of "it is what it is, user attention, do not rely on iCloud to recover files, create your own backups.

    I don't mean to abdicate the responsibility to create my own backups, but their lack of ability to retrieve these files, 4 days later, and their lack of ability and willingness to understand what happened and explain how to avoid what is happening once again, were very off-putting.

    I was a big fan of Apple for more than a decade, but with this kind of service, with new versions of the applications actually losing features, etcetera, I look around other options.  This isn't the same Apple that I started with.  It's a shame.

  • A6000 - anyone with a load of a6000, communication, customer service issue?

    My a6000 bought late in October 2015. There are a few bodies around and several batteries so the port micro-USB or cord used maybe 3 or 4 times. The kit was removed for the second time since my purchase when planning for a period of time. A small software update was in order. The unit would not connect to what anyone, nor make light for the load of come on.

    It was decided that I would contact the support of text that I couldn't use the phone. They were unable to process my application for a new cord of text / live chat. Am online somewhere else for telephone conversations with support to acquire a micro usb cable. My mind began to stir as if all goes well, we could imagine.

    During the convesation with telephone support I clearly state, that the question does not need to support the problem is isolated as I have several Sony products. Please, just send a micro USB cord the cord has been used only a few times and none no longer works. Then I heard, "which is not covered by the warranty." This is the case. (Laugh while wondering where a missing Sony since I bought my first Walkman) Everything in the kit is covered (the fact is in black and white) as time passes and then told me to prove when I bought the camera. My immediate exclamation has been that it has been made a month before I bought it (keep in mind this salesperson already knows my family name and that the product is registered and where it was purchased)

    Now here we have that I am connected to a database of the conversation disappointed by Sony. I am told that I will get my cord once they get a copy of the invoice. (the product is Sony - the serial number must be placed on the record of the manufacturing date) I can't wait to see how, "send me yours and I'll send you my own experience will.»

    I'll keep this simple it seems that I'm dragged in the mud to replace a defective micro USB cord? Of course, which is the backbone of the loading unit and communication (if you're a basic user)? Sony expressly warns not to implement a cord that is not come with the kit so why the first question of the customer service would be, "have you tried another cord after I carefully explained other cords are not recommended.

    Still awaiting a response to an email sent to the customer service almost 2 days ago...

    My last post was filed in a compromised box of a language that I don't speak...

  • So, what does take to get a Sandisk customer service?

    I write here out of pure frustration, and Yes, I'm evacuation.

    6 days ago, I had a 480 GB Ultra II failure.  After a days worth of troubleshooting, all results pointing to the unit, otherwise, I presented a request of RMA to Sandisk (drive purchased 30 November 2015, so it's certainly under warranty).

    For the last 5 days, he has been nothing else but behind the emails, asking for answers and information that were all in the original application of the RMA.   So what - this with Sandisk!  Play this stupid game of email tag, hoping that someone will feel frustrated and give up on a warranty issue, rather that issue the RMA and substitute an SSD has failed?

    It was my first foray in to buy or use a Sandisk SSD (all other SSD I own are Samsung or Intel... in fact this Ultra II is the SSD I just never had that failed), and the customer service horrible I got so lean toward never own another product Sandisk.

    Is there a "trick" to get a replacement with Sandisk unit... I have never had this kind customer terrible service and support with any RMA, any other company.

  • Catastrophic customer service, Pavilion dv7 laptop STILL not repaired, shuts down randomly

    I've had a Pavilion dv7-6c95dx for over 6 months now and 1 week after I bought it, the laptop began to stop randomly. Firstly that it happened sometimes, usually once a week. When this problem occurred, I had to open the Task Manager, as well as SpeedFan and Manager tasks showed that everything worked well minus 50% of their capacity and SpeedFan has indicated that all systems (HARD drive, processor, motherboard) were running at 50 degrees Celsius (when I talked with a representative from HP on the phone, they told me that their products are supposed to operate at the maximum temperature is 90 degrees Celsius). I assumed it was a small issue, and, after a few months, to see if Windows 7 because of the problem, I installed Ubuntu (Linux). The same problem. I then reinstalled Windows 7, Ubuntu and even threw in a copy of Windows 8 for good measure and the same problem kept happening, but now it would be up to 4 TIMES a DAY. It would be closed (meaning that just go to a black screen, with the familiar sound of hard-stop which makes the fan) usually when I'm either: play a video game, who does not use a lot of RAM or CPU at all and is not graphic, or watch a YouTube video, usually HD and full screen. I'd hear the fan starts pumping a little (I knew it could get loud if necessary, but it's never told fort) and usually after a minute or two, he would have hard stop and then restart itself. So after 3 months of daily irritations, I decided to take my laptop to Geek Squad in the best buy, the store where I bought the unit. Geek Squad was no help: I sent the unit in 4 TIMES and first they said that the problem was "A defective HDD," they replaced, without success, and the other 3 times, they could not reproduce the problem, so that was the MONTH wholly wasted and worn out waiting for my computer back. I then asked to call HP, in the store, because when I called HP, I was not able to get a straight answer and HP, after AN HOUR of talking on the phone in the store, with a Geek Squad Manager, has reluctantly agreed to send me a box to pack up my computer and send it to HP service center. I received a call from HP after the computer and surprise, surprise, they could not reproduce the problem either! I asked about a policy of lemon no., and they said they didn't know what to do to that, of course, continue to send the laptop. When I got my laptop, I also got an email from HP asking me to rate my experience, and after I gave them the low ratings consistenly, so only I was able to speak to a case under the name of Kevin E Manager. He told me that I have to send the laptop in for "more extensive testing" (I'm not sure what this means, should not run them not testing the most extensive possible THE FIRST TIME AROUND)?) and when I asked about the policy of lemon no., he said after I send it, they will look at "other options." This time, the heat sink has been replaced, because for some reason, the laptop was running at 90 degrees Celsius, (which never happened in all my time to possess, to the best of my knowledge) but, of course, they were unable to reproduce the original problem. When I got my laptop, there was still the problem. When I called HP back, Kevin told me that at this point, they may send a representative to my home. 15 minutes before the arrival of the local representative, the closed laptop. I was relieved, because I thought it meant that I could reproduce the problem and show him. However, after waiting for an hour, with more applications running that generally required to shut down the computer, he WORKS PERFECTLY. As a matter of fact, the representative took the home unit for 3 days, and it worked perfectly. When she returned, of course, could do nothing about it. This device has been repaired 7 times now, and it is a shame. Kevin called me today ' today - in fact, it was after 1 week of waiting for a response from "24 to 48 hours." Moreover, off the 8 times that Kevin has promised to follow with me, it was only once I received a call during the response time promised 24-48 hours-another 7 times, it's me calling to him.

    Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed by the products and the HP customer service and would certainly not bought this device from them if I had known that I have would have been treated this way.

    No difference to call a standard service.  Apply the same methodology.  Provide the parameters expected for the service and call it.

  • Apps not to open, first block, horrible customer service!

    I've recently updated to the latest version of creative suite applications first (15.3) is not open most of the time, when he does, it locks.     Someone had a bit of luck with the Stock of Adobe customer service.  I never had those frustrating discussions with after-sales service.  I thought that my cable provider was bad, but Adobe takes Customer Service SAID to a new level.  This will make a great Blogg for dissatisfied customers.

    After trying to cancel the Stock of Adobe online, as it tells you to do, he said I had to pay for the last 12 months, is not the free trial of s, I didn't want to pay the annual dues and so was one of the options that he said I could take a two month free.  I thought that much, I can now communicate with the service the customer and get cancelled service... BAD... DO NOT TAKE THIS OPTION, IT OF A TRAP!

After repeated again once the problem and the problem I've had with cancellation which I'm sure was within 30 days... so I ' Shankar: I've also personally will follow this case now to the end and get back to you within 24 to 48 hours "... waited... waited... waited some more... then wasted more of my time by contacting again on 8 June and after asking again for it can be cancelled... next billing would be taken on June 26... ."
