Order a Duplexer for my printer

Hello I have a HP Officejet Pro 8600 N911n multifunction printer. I had 3 of paper jams. Two were the result of the search for a solution by HP guides. My duplexer is involved in this problem because I found the pages printed inside the duplex unit. My problem is not being able to find the phone number of HP or the web site to order the duplexer. I had this problem under warranty, and the duplex unit was shipped to me. I left messages with support, but I have not received answer ave after 3 days. If someone has this information, I will be grateful if they share information with me. Thank you.

Hello

Part number: CM751-60180 as shown:

http://h20564.www2.HP.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docid=c03017859

and it costs about $25 a party to the United States. Alternatively, you can order from your country.

Kind regards.

  • HP Universal print driver: printers use duplex for single page documents

Here's our environment: Print Server Windows 2008 with many different printers HP HP, using UPD. Customers running Windows 7 x 64.

We configure default duplexing for environmental issues. When a single document page is printed, the printer uses duplex; After the printer page, it brings back the paper to 'print' the empty side of the single page document!

We lack something hidden in the configuration of the printer? Or isn't smart enough to single-side print when driver/printer duplex is active and only need to print?

    Best regards

Change the driver on the print server has solved the problem. I discovered that the "smart duplex" was working when printing directly to the printer (IP). We use v5.2 PCL 6 (61.112.1.9321). Changing to v5.9 PCL 6 (61.170.1.18326), which has solved.

  • 3110cn - lack of Duplex in the printing preferences for some users

Had the 3110cn for quite some time and I'm especially happy with it.  Several weeks ago the main two people using the printer somehow lost the ability to specify a Duplex in the print preferences.  The duplex option and the menu drop-down is just not there!

    BTW - connected network printer

If I add this printer on a PC that has not used the printer before, same problem.  I uninstalled the driver on the PC individual and even reinstalled on the server without result.  My laptop has the duplex available option (and always have) and it works fine.

Any help would be appreciated.  The two without the option are those that use more often!

  • 7520 HP photosmart e-All-in-one: printer Photo ink for all print jobs

Why my printer uses ink cartridge photo instead of the regular cartridge for all print jobs? I need to change a setting? He uses ink photo when I print documents or photos on the internet and it's always the first cartridge to change. How can I get it to stop and use the regular ink cartridge?

    Hi @ohchango,

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!

I see that you are curious about the black photo cartridge on your HP Photosmart 7520 e-all-in-one printer. I'd be happy to see this with you and don't forget to come back to this thread and check "Accept as Solution", if I have successfully helped solve you the problem. If you want to say 'Thank you' to my effort to help, click on the "thumbs up" to give me a Kudos.

Photo black cartridges are designed to be used, it cannot be bypassed or ignored. When printing from your computer, you can set it to print in grayscale (black ink only), meaning that it will use less of the photo in the black, but they will still get used for maintenance. For more information, see use of inkjet printers ink.

NOTE: It will use the black photo cartridge for printing black if photographic Support is selected for the type of paper or printing is set to auto or to a picture frame.

at this point, some programs the:

  • What is a good quality for photography printer without breaking the Bank?

I mainly used HPs, but it seems lately that these break quickly. Their quality does not seem to be as good as it used to be. I also bought the big pack of best quality at Costco Kodak photo paper that they quit carrying and I can't seem to conclude that more.  When I think that I found the quality is NOT the same as it was when I bought it at Costco. I print my own prints up to 11 x 14.

What is a favorite for all book? I used glossy, which is a good paper for Matt printing?

In addition, for someone else, who uses much ink I did, Costco sells large inks, they have more and last so much longer than replacements you buy at Wal-Mart, Staples, etc.

I'll buy a Dell XPS 8900 with the 6th generation of processor Intel Core i7-6700. Specifically, I buy this PC for my photography business and accounting transactions.

Documents of Canon are very good. If you like try iced Pkatinum Pro. In addition, Red River papers are good. You can order a pack sampler of them.

  • Canon MX870 - need to reinstall the printer for wireless printing, whenever I reboot computer

    Hello

I had my Canon MX 870 for almost 4 years now and have always printed wireless. A few weeks ago my printer started to appear offline when I started my laptop and the only way I could get the printer back online was to remove the printer and reinstall the software again. Since then, every day, I have to remove the printer and reinstall the software and driver in order to use the wireless printer.

I tried all known bugs and nothing has worked.

Does anyone have suggestions on what could cause this problem?

    Hello.

The issue you describe seems to be linked to a timeout between the router and the printer.  In this case, he should be advised that you turn the printer off and on again in order to refresh the connection to the network.  I apologize for the inconvenience.

If additional information is required, please call us at 1-800-OKCANON.

  • Want 7640: Must be able to use the print and scan doctor for each print job to get printing to work

After works without any problem for several months, the printer now shows an error message whenever I try to print. I have to run the doctor print and scan so that the printer to function. The first time this has happened, he told me I have to uninstall and reinstall the program, I did. Hi @Doug18,

Thank you for joining the Forums of HP Support!

  • Is it possible to buy a Duplexer for JO 7500 e910a?

I didn't know that this model had a Duplexer for double-sided printing.  Is there a duplexer that I can purchase as an add-on?

    Hello

    Unfortunately, the answer is no.

The model does not print double-sided automatic printing feature.

As you will find by the specification below, print duplex is not supported:

    http://www.shopping.HP.com/shopping/PDF/C9309A.PDF

You can print two-sided print manually using the Pages of print options:

From the application used to print, open the print dialog box.

Click Properties or preferences to access the System Preferences dialog box,

Click the Advanced button and set the Pages to print as odd only.

Place the printed pages face up in the tray and run additional print job by selecting only.

    Kind regards

  • How to restore the duplex (2-sided printing) option?

I have upgraded from Vista to Windows 7. This caused my Deskjet 6940 stop printing. I removed the drivers. I reinstalled the drivers from inside Windows 7, because HP supports page says that there is no available drivers for HP.

In my preliminary (complete) drivers, I could use the automatic duplex (2-sided) printing option. This option has now BEEN my options in the printer properties. I have correctly installed on the printer itself automatic duplex printing accessory.

Question - is there a driver or some other difficulty that I can use to recover my automatic duplex printing option?  Your help is greatly appreciated.

Also, if I am just doomed until HP publishes a "full" driver for Win 7, please let me know, so I don't worry about this.

Solved my problem! (lol). Thought I'd post the solution that worked for me, to get your configured duplexer.

"Your printer has limited connectivity. Address of your printer using the IP 169.254.209.180 which is not compatible with the IP 192.168.1.100 for the PC. Turn your printer off and then turn on and wait 60 seconds for the printer in order to acquire an IP address. Then click try again.

I installed on a XP/SP2 Home System. My other PC's are XP/SP1 Home and a Vista SP1 Home Premium system.

I did succeed to install by using the USB connection.

Pilot facilities went well. A little concerned about my old system XP/SP1, but who went too. All the functions have been tested OK. And I am now completely wireless.

  • Connect the new iPad Pro for USB printer

Do I need a special cable or a Hub to connect these 2 elements.

You cannot connect via USB to your iPad, it will not be recognized. Is the printer compatible wifi?

If the printer supports AirPrint, you can use your wifi network to print on it: on AirPrint - Apple Support

If it isn't, some printer manufacturers have their own applications in the App Store to print their via wifi, or there are third party printer applications in the App Store that could work with him.

If the printer is not compatible wifi, you could (I have not tried) able to connect it to a computer and print to it via who (for example print via an app on the iPad that sends the print job to/through the computer)

  • Printer: Where can I get the latest driver for my printer

    Hey everybody,

Just got a new PC and I need the latest version of the software for my printer printer, where can I get that?

    Thank you

    Bill

    Hello

If you have an HP LaserJet printer, go to http://www.123.hp.com/Laserjet and download your software.

For most other printers HP, go to http://123.hp.com and enter the name of your printer. For example: "HP Deskjet 3752" or "HP OfficeJet Pro 8720".

    * Do not look on the Internet for the web site of HP 123! There are many other sites not HP here try to capitalize on the name of HP. HP provides your free software... Use the links above!

If for any reason, the 123 links do not work, you can visit the HP support site and download the software:

    1. Go to hp.com/drivers and select your language / local if necessary.
    2. Enter the name of your printer in the box under enter my HP model number.
    3. If a page appears asking you to select your exact model of the printer, select the link for your printer.
    4. On the page of software results, change the operating system to match the one you need (number 1 below)... he could already be selected.
If an operating system is not listed, HP doesn't have any software available for your printer.
    5. Select installation software label to expand the section, if it is not already expanded, and read the name of the software (number 2).
For Windows, if you want the complete package for your printer, you will want to download the software "Full Feature". For LaserJet, it will be called drivers and software "full." The complete package is much bigger in file size and takes up more resources, but she understands as a window of easy-to-use do things such as sweeping or check the ink and toner levels.
    6. For Windows, HP provides often a base driver package (Figure 3).
The basic package is much smaller and is often available for several versions of Windows as a full package of features. With it, you use Windows to print and scan directly from the software you use, such as Word, Paint, photoshop, etc...
    7. Click on the download button to start the download (number 4).
    8. Read and respond to the screens that pop up to install your software.

    I hope this helps

  • Code for ePrint printer

I can't understand how to get the code for the printer so that I can add my new HP Officejet Pro 8500 printer for the ePrint application.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi markdamiano,

You need to connect the printer to the router via ethernet cable or a wireless connection with active internet access.

It is a requirement for the eprint and web applications work.

After you have done so, tap the applications from the control panel and follow the instructions

This will run a product update to download and install the firmware to enable eprint.

    Thank you.
