Order number Adobe Creative Cloud

I have to cancel my subscription (annual) compared to the Creative clouds and I need the order number, but I have not found in any location.

How can I get my order number (request for payment) of Adobe CC? I lost my email of confirmation of this information.

How can I find my order number?

Your order number is included in your order confirmation email. You can also visit theAdobe store for your country, go to your account and click my orders

    Creative cloud does not use a serial number and creative cloud subscribers for not having any serial number associated with their programs.  Creative cloud subscribers use their adobe ID to activate their programs.

    Download and install the desktop creative cloud application (after signing with your adobe - the same as that used to pay for your creative cloud subscription ID), https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

    Open the office application (a shortcut will be on your desktop) > click applications, and then select the programs you want to install.

    the desktop application gives you access to cs6, cc, cc 2014 and cc apps for 2015.  and probably more in the future.

  • Problems with my order Adobe Creative Cloud and do it installed or correctly synchronized

    I have an order of licenses CC - but when I install it on my computer it installs as a trial and wrote that I just finished the trail.  I want full access to the programs that we pay for, how do I get the license in order to synchronize it with my install?  We are supposed to be able to install programs on several computers, but almost every time I do the installation (after wiping all the Adobe products on my system) it works as a trial and said that my account has not all the records of licenses, but when I log on the site I have access to download the packages to install.

    I need help with this program installed on mac computers, I am using in my school.

  • A history of the orders is not found on my Adobe Creative Cloud account. Only, I bought the annual plan for the student to the University about 3 months ago and now I have to buy a new one in order to download the applications.

    I joined the Adobe Creative cloud and bought an annual plan more 2 months free with Creative cloud as a user of University student. I could download apps (not in first instance) that was available in the plan, but since I reinstalled a new operating system on my Mac laptop, not only I was able to download only the apps for the trial, but found no order history in my account. As if I never bought the plan. Could someone help me with this problem?

  • Why Adobe Creative Cloud restart windows Explorer when it is upgraded?

    Every time there is an upgrade of the application Adobe Creative Cloud (not individual apps) it still restarts my process from windows explore. I would probably not so angry, but there are applications unrelated to 1 or 2 that have the tray icons that disappear if I kill the process explore and restart (what does CC update).

    The goal is to have download and install creative tools like Photoshop and Illustrator be as seemless as possible. In order to allow a 1-click Download & install from the browser of any of the Office applications in the cloud of Creative, the browser must recognize a specific Protocol in the URL and launch Manager appropriate for this Protocol. To do this, the browser needs a plugin installed.

    Some browsers will detect the new installation of a plugin and load correctly without having to restart the browser. Some need page reload. Some require the restart of the browser (which is where I think that IE land).

    In addition, we have crossed a number of bugs in the area over the last two months where IE has a lock on some errors installation resources and local causes for VAC. restarting the browser eliminates these errors.

    All that being said, he's clearly work that we must do to improve the workflow of updating CCA - both in terms of reliability and user experience. It's a high priority work for the ACC team right now and you should regularly expect improvements in the coming months. I do not expect stop us resarting IE anytime in the near future well that, for the reasons explained above.

    I just bought a plan by one month compared to the Creative Adobe clouds and already downloaded several programs.  I have no relationship with Adobe, reinstalled the operating system on my computer today.  I just downloaded the programs again.  Is there a limit on the number of times where I can download Adobe software?   I plan on buying another computer down the road.  How many computers can download my Adobe Creative cloud membership current Adobe software.

    You can download and install as many times as you like, but you must enable it in order to to use.

    You can activate the software on up to two computers at the same time.

    You can disable it on a computer via help > deactivate then reactivate using the same step.
