Make sure there is no hosts blocking Lightroom entry onto the Adobe servers.

I indeed two days there was recently a problem with window 8, I had upgraded to the offer and received the product key for windows 8 and windows media on my account hotmail around January 2013.

Got the order number but not redemption!
I ordered the educational version of creative suite and received an order number by email, but no serial number or redemption have not been able to find or activate. Chances are th eemail link is a download option once. After that, you probably need to go to your Adobe account online and look for an option to download it.

Creative cloud does not use a serial number and creative cloud subscribers for not having any serial number associated with their programs. Creative cloud subscribers use their adobe ID to activate their programs.
Download and install the desktop creative cloud application (after signing with your adobe - the same as that used to pay for your creative cloud subscription ID), https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
Open the office application (a shortcut will be on your desktop) > click applications, and then select the programs you want to install.
the desktop application gives you access to cs6, cc, cc 2014 and cc apps for 2015. and probably more in the future.

I ordered LightRoom4 for my daughter (I have the order number) and its processor was too old to manage updates of the mac software needed to operate the LR4, so she just bought a new computer and wish to install on your new computer. Previously, it has downloaded and became an error message telling him she couldn't open the installer to install the software. If you have problems to launch your Adobe product and was to return to the prompt for a series and/or trial number, please try the following steps:
1 sign out and sign back following the steps:
Sign out, sign in | Creative cloud desktop application
2 delete the OPM.db file:
- Close the creative cloud application.
- Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /Users/ [user name] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE - Delete the file opm.db.
- Launch the creative cloud.
Show hidden files, folders, file name extensions. Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7
Access the hidden user library files. Mac OS 10.7 Lion
3 reset your Hosts file: (follow steps 3 from the link below)
Log, activation, or connection errors. CS5.5 and later versions

Where can I find the "order number" during the installation of Adobe Creative Suite 6?
I can't find any "order number" what so ever. All I have is the 'product code' which is printed on the yellow booklet which accompanies the software. I tried to enter this code in the 'order number' box and there are too many characters so he can fit in the area. Hense, I received an email off Apple saying that it didn't work. However, they said that this 'product code' was the correct code and that I should use, so why it does not work? I found a set of instructions explaining how to install this software online and it said to get the 'order number' I need to go to "my order history" I did... and apparently I have no history of buy anything when clearly this is false, because I bought the software package with my macbook on Monday 11 March 2013 (3 days ago). I called the Apple Store in Birmingham and the guy I talked talked me through the installation of the software on a trial basis, using the disc that came with the package. He said once it was installed, it would give me the possibility to test in the real version and could provide me with a code to do this. It did not. I'm almost tearing my hair. Someone help me please? I am a student and need the "serial number" (I think that's what his name) in order to prove that I have a legitimate copy of the software. But before you enter the serial number I need to sort this 'order number' so I can send my file and prove that I am a student. I also want to be able to use the software as soon as possible, I study Graphic Design and that is why I bought it.
