Organize my SSD for first installation / After Effects, your opinions between Mushkin / Samsung PRO 850... ?

I have i7-5960 x arrives in the mail, it is a huge upgrade for me to sage of the CPU, and I intend to install it on the motherboard ASRock Extreme 4 x 99.

I have installed ram 64 GB with mono-GPU (Evga overclocked 980Ti) - I also ordered a bolt of lightning ASRock extension adapter to install in one of the PPI.

with internal Samsung PRO pci 512 m2 will be installed (and hopefully also works!) for my OS/PROGRAMS;

Now in the light of the information (please do not hesitate to give a few tips if you think that something's going South) above

I have the options of 3 disks Samsung Pro 850 SSD (1 to) each

and also Mushkin reactor 1 TB drives coming from another system.

Now because m2 is expected to be only to win 10/programs installation, I thought I had 3 separate SSD for media (media that I capture) - Render (output) and the Disk Cache

now I know PRO Samsung SSD are preferred for editing configurations 4 k video, but I also want to save money to change my monitor in the near future, so I want to return

some of the Samsung SSD if possible.

I want to ask if I wanted on Raid 0 to increase the speed of 1.5 x times. should I do for media drive, or make it output drive or Cache?

what player in terms of managing files in Adobe Premiere and AE would benefit more and be more safe if a failure at the top of my head, I think there should be files that I can lose a days work if hds Raid goes down?

I thought I can keep records of 1 TB of reactor of 2xMushkin in RAID 0 for this player that you would suggest.

and perhaps just one Samsung drives for others. I'd really love to hear your comments; Even now, I'm sitting on a certain readers, but I want to save money in the long run since Sammy readers are quite expensive.

hackers page says that its important to separate the OS/applications of the media player, so that the windows of standard tasks done constantly in the background is not interrupt reads/writes on the media player when editing. He goes on to say that disk operating system/applications doesn't have to be anything other than an ssd sata. the samsung 950 pro m2 will be only windows boot a bit faster and a little faster, has nothing else once they are open and running of programs.

scratch disk has several settings for the captured media and rendering of previews. Some people use none and so their installation program does not need a disk separate cache / scratch for first, and they can leave their cache on the disk for the OS/applications. for AE, it will depend on if you have the disk cache. If you are interested in a cache drive, which could be shared with first rendered preview and scratch your files.

'media' on the page of tinkerers and forums here, almost always refers to camera video files, not video files captured through a map of IO with the first or any other software. If you capture images with a map of IO, there can you want to have a dedicated ssd to it, to make sure that nothing interferes with the disk writes.

the media cache database files are as creating files for indexing creates to help speed up the playback of files while working with them first. media cache is not the same as zero/capture/preview makes. Bill (forum member) did a lot of tests with disk configurations and also tested leaving media on a sata ssd cache used as disk operating system/applications. He concluded that it makes no difference to performance. so no, there is no need to worry about raid for the first cache files. If you want to use the samsung 950 pro for OS/apps, you can also leave your cache about it. You can even have enough space to use the 950 pro for the cache drive AE and rendered preview files creation too.

all this is based on the media and what will be done in the timeline, such as screenshots, multi-cam, or preview files. the samsung 950 pro is fast enough to do anything, as long as it fits on the disc. the CT 1 950 pro releasing will see even more people with a configuration to a single disk for everything. other people will be fine with only two ssd sata, one for the OS/apps/cache and other media projects. Some will have more ssd sata or ssd pcie for increasing the speed or the ability to adapt to their specific needs.

    First titles are usually not supported æ as separate entities, since they do not exist as such. Only the titles added to a timeline of the Organization will be present themselves, but can renderings and merged with the background. So, essentially, that it is not the best of ideas to create even titles in first in such a scenario - you can only end up seeing a ton of solids in the placeholder or a completely black canvas. If this is the case, make the titles to separate TIFF or PSD with adequate transparency. And Yes, the projects must be saved in the same location relative to avoid lack of sequences and make mistakes...

    -Use the CC cleaning tool to uninstall Premiere Pro and After Effects: Adobe Creative cloud cleaning tool

    -Create a new user account on the computer with administrator rights

    -Install and run programs in the new account

    I installed my Quadro 2000 to a 4000 (latest driver 311,35 and I wonder if your clock of all speeds jump up when the first running or sequels?) Even if no changes or playback happens and GPU load is at 0%? Or are they doing they throttle down when idle? I use GPU - Z to check.

    Mine joystick down once I leave the first (or After effects)... I was wondering if anyone else is having the same experience. I know they run really hot when the clock pseeds are up.

    Also, I have powermanagement set to "prefer maximum" and I use mode video editng for the basic profile of New York City.

CS6, CCM but it still says that there is no license associated with my account.  I'm running OS X version 10.9.5 and I version the full creative cloud student.     Just upgraded to CS4 CS5.5 and installation errors on After effects and Premier. I'm on windows 7 64 bit pro service pack 1, Duel x 5650 xeons, 24 GB of memory, 250 GB ssd. Before installing CS5, I uninstalled cs4. After the first installation mistake I uninstalled cs5, ran the AdobeCreativeSuiteCleanerTool.exe and deleted all my program files adobe files and program files (x 86). I spent the last 4 hours looking for a solution, no luck yet though. I don't have any defined user account control. I think it's a problem of permission from police but do not know. I called adobe technical support, but not luck. Any help would be apprecieated. Here is the error code.

  • Import of a blur to perform first in After Effects.

    I have a legacy composition which is a kind of an outro to a video where a bar falls, blurring the image behind when he falls. The blur effect is an adjustment layer. I use the Gaussian blur effect. What I want to do, is to be a transparent video that I can bring in a first project and the blur of the video below. My problem is:

    When I import the model of EI using Adobe Dynamic link. NO BLUR SE PRODUCT!

    With a background in the AE comp will be blur the background. with no background that no blurring occurs. It seems that the Prime Minister treats like a transparent video not AE comp so no background blurring = no blur.

    It seems (if I understood) that you want an adjustment layer in the comp in After Effects to "adjust" the video tracks in the first.  It does not work.  The adjustment layer affects only the layers in After Effects.

    You will need to recreate the effect in the first (not so difficult if all what you do is a blur), or put the video you want to assign in After Effects.

  • After effects CC 2014 problem: Image of the picture since the last link of the first CC-After effects burned permanently into new compositions of project.

    A picture of one of the clips that I sent to first After Effects by 'replace with After Effects composition' was definitely burned in After Effects and it appears now in each new composition of each new project, I have create as the background for such a composition.

    For example, I sent first, for a clip of a building to After Effects for the correction of the colours with Finesse and stabilization of the string, and then after that rendered finish and close all applications, now everytime I open After Effects for any other project, they are already created or brand new, each existing or newly created composition (in a command Mac N) you see the image of the building as the background of the composition.  If you create a new publication, although it remains empty of all layers, you see the image of the building.  If you have a composition already created with layers, when you turn off all the eyes of the layers, you expect to see black (Nothing) in the composition window (if it is the color you assigned to be like the back of the comp), but instead, you see the building.  If you change the background color of the model in the Composition settings, you still see the building as background.  If you make such empty composition (not layers) return you the image of the building, not black.  I tried to click around and through the preferences and even uninstall the application and reinstall, but it seems to be permanently burned in in the background of each model.

    Please, any ideas of what is happening and how get rid of?
