• First file type of the elements for organizing items

  I use the editor and organizer of PSE13 (for photos and films). I recently bought the first elements 13 and just edited my first film.

  I would like to only first Elements of access via the Photoshop Elements Organizer, but I'm not sure what file type to save my first editing of files, so that they can be imported and marked in the elements Organizer and also played through the elements Organizer.

  I want to just run an organizer. Is this possible and what should I save my first finals as after having been edited files. (in the same way that I save a PSD file JPG once editing is finished in the element Editor.)

  Your choice of export in order to comply with the support of the elements Organizer seems to limit for me. But...

  If I have a 1080 p 30 timeline in first 13 elements project editor and export it

  Folders in Windows 7 are self-organizing and this behavior can be disabled by using a setting in Windows 7.

• Project Explorer: organizing items from files

  Unfortunately, I do not know the first thing about using Project Explorer. Why seems to be two parallel systems for organizing my work?

  Should I concentrate on the Organization logically parts of a project as elements? or as files?

  Or should I have two different approaches to the Organization, using one with the elements and the other with files?

  Or if I set one of them, Project Explorer will automatically organize the other must match? For example I organize items and then let Project Explorer create or manage autopopulating files to imitate?

I often create copies of everything and store them outside the search area of the LV so I can go back to earlier versions if necessary. I know, I want to do with the Project Explorer includes the creation of executable files and things that I can distribute (which so far I made on small projects without real organization, have all the files in the same folder), and also painful household as remove all obsolete screws who no longer have the appellants. I hear people praise Project Explorer so probably if I'm the point of it I would get a lot more use.

  It is up to you to find the best method for the use of the Project Explorer. What I found to be most useful for basic information is the following:

  1. I save the screws, I work with in a local folder on disk

  2. in the Project Explorer, I am usually at the display of elements

  3. I add my high level screw (right click on desktop > Add > file...) and the Project Explorer will automatically fill with my subVIs dependencies

  It gives me a small window (Explorer) which contains a list of my screws of high level, and I can access any subVIs in dependencies folder.  I could create virtual folders (right click on desktop > New > virtual folder) to classify and organize my screws more far.

  That leaves me with all my screws stored in the same location on the disk and a central access point I can handle.

  Usually, I only use the display of the files in order to find the physical location of my files, but since I saved them all in the same folder, it is generally not a big consideration.

  The Aut. Diagnostic command Set CVI examples always contain this routine to check the State of the service.

• Should PES 11 Organizer crash - I create registry keys for organizing items 11 and 13

  I have PES 11 installed on two workstations: it works very well and the other hangs whenever I open Organizer.  It started only within the past week.  I've read through the forums and tried holding down the "shift" organizing begins, fix, optimize and create the new catalog.  None of them worked.  So I decided to look in the registry.  On the workstation that PES 11 works, I see a registry key for PhotoshopAlbum.Pse11DBFile > shell > open > command > C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Elements Organizer\PhotoshopElementsOrganizer.exe 11.  But on the post that PES 11 does not, there is for PhotoshopAlbum.Pse11DBFile and PhotoshopAlbum.Pse13DBFile registry keys.  For the key PhotoshopAlbum.Pse13DBFile, the path is PhotoshopAlbum.Pse13DBFile > shell > open > command > C:\Program Files\Adobe\Elements 13 Organizer\PhotoshopElementsOrganizer.exe.  Can I have downloaded a trial version of PSE 13 but I do not remember.

  I looked into the program File (x 86) directory, but there is no 13 items folder Organizer.  Could cause the keys PhotoshopAlbum.Pse11DBFile and PhotoshopAlbum.Pse13DBFile a conflict and that is why it crashes.  In addition, since there is not a folder for organizer of 13 elements, should I just remove the key?  Should I just delete the key PhotoshopAlbum.Pse13DBFile?

  Better to create a new catalog empty.

  If you have already added captions and ratings, tags, use the file menu to "write metadata to files. These data will be recovered during the 'import' your files again.

  I wonder if you properly use the Organizer. The Organization of the files is a secondary concern; you use categories and keywords/albums mainly. If you want to 'reorganize' your folder tree, you can do from within the Organizer; However, you can do without if you have a correct structure of categories, keywords and albums.

  I have a problem with the Organizer 10. IM using the program to more time withoiut any problem.

  But since nearly a week the new photos, I import into my PC will not displayed as a thumbnail in the screen of the Organizer. I only see a glass sand.

  Old photos are already to be seen, and I can choose a single photo to see this... it will be shown.

  I try to rearrange my Katalog... does not change.

  Do not delete the catalog (the whole folder). Delete the thumbs.5.cache file only.

  If you get a different catalog, it's an old catalogue from a previous version of items that has been converted to the new format.

  During the conversion, the old catalog is renamed so that the new converted catalog retains its original name.

  Wait a few hours for thumbnails to be re-created.

  I saw someone asked the same question and it seemed impossible with the Mac version. Certainly, it may not be possible because this must be one of the most important unique functions in an archiving system.

  I have recently buy Adobe Elements & first 10 programs and both have worked well for about 2 weeks.  Now, when I open Organizer, the program loaded and displayed but immediately it stops working with the message: "Organizer items 10A stopped working.  A problem caused the blocking of the program works correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. »

  I uninstalled the program and reinstalled but no change.  The 10 items Editor starts and works very well.  I am running Windows Vista.  Almost every day, I get a notice to update Windows and install it.  I have also frequently defragment my hard drive.  I'm having no other problem with my computer.

  I tried some of the suggestions of others on this forum, but nothing helped.  I also tried restore under Windows but it never restores for me.

  Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

  Technical support suggested trying the patch located here:

  http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/824/cpsid_82414.html.  I have a PC and some are not, but I found that everything in now my SHIFT button while loading Organizer, I get a window that allowed me to change or create a new catalog.  When I created a new catalog, the program worked.  Later, I did the same and reloaded my original catalogue and the program has failed.  I now use the new catalogue and deleted the one (using Windows Explorer/File Manager).  I hope this helps others!

  In view of the number of relevant photos, I would like to find the LUN tree promotion documents.

  Generally, if you are satisfied with the last conversion to version 12, it is not useful to keep the old formats. Especially if you do not continue to use the older versions 10. Anyway, you can't retro - convert from the 12 version to version 10, and it is very difficult to maintain synchronization between two versions of a catalog.

  Possible exceptions:

  -Some features have disappeared from recent versions, and you want to be able to use either the Publisher 10 or 12. You notice so the editor 10.

  -l' Organizer to undergone deep changes since version 10, especially on new tabs of categories: people, places and events. If like me you don't want to accept the new format, view catalogues version 10. You can avoid the automatic conversion of these categories.

  -version 13 Windows is 64-bit, and you can keep the previous catalogues pour not to lose some plug-ins and eventually be able to share catalogues version 12 or earlier on other computers

  -new slideshow editor has lost beaucoup features. Version of the 12 conservation and its catalogs can be a good solution.

  Pour the Photoshop file, no problem. You can rename it from the Organizer.

• Organizing items - Photo Downloader crashing with Sony DSC-HX9V

  I have Photoshop Elements 9 and Windows 7 Pro (64 bit). When I take my camera Sony DSC-HX9V SDHC Transcend memory card and try to import pictures of her (via card reader in my monitor), the Photo Downloader always crashes.  If I connect the camera (with the card inside) directly to the computer via USB, then the same action of download for PES 9 does NOT fail.  Similarly, if I copy the photos from the memory card, a USB key or a hard drive, then they also import without problem.  Finally, when I try to import photos from an old Canon camera of the same type of card memory via the card reader, they import without fail.  In sum, upload photo fails only for Sony camera memory card in the card reader.

  Has anyone played it?

  Is this a known incompatible?

  The map includes not taken in charge video + JPEG. It works with JPEG files only?
