  Have you made sure you have the most recent firmware? There was a version of firmware at the beginning of the yer. You can find the firmware here: HP LaserJet M1522 Firmware Update Utility

  You receive an error before the printer turns off? Finally, it is a version of 32 or 64-bit Windows 7?

  I have just to perform a new installation of update 4 1 esx Server 460c G6 BL. When I log into virtual Center and air a two network adapters, it shows a network adapter is down. I can't understand why this network adapter is down. Any ideas?

• Laser color HP jet pro M277dw: Fax not recognized

  This printer has been connected to our network (wired to our router) and everything worked perfectly.

  Then the router connection has been moved to another port of the router and then focused on the fax machine failed.  In the device window and printer, it was more like a Fax M277dw and the manufacturer has not been recognized.  So I thought that I remove it and reinstall but that was not possible.
  I tried to restart the configuration of the fax, but it did not recognize my printer and said the IP address to be updated.
  I added the printer again and then run the fax configuration and everything went well, but I'm not yet find a HP M277dw fax in printers and devices window.  The fax only on the page is the generic fax.

  What should I do?  Should I uninstall everything and start over?

  I ended up uninstalling the printer and the related pilot and then reinstalling everything and now all is good.  Somehow I must have lost the fax driver.

  You have inadvertently used the blue latch to extend the tray for legal size paper?

• Virt Center 2.5 shows no nic failover status

  We bring a new ESX3.5 U3 DR/HA with Sun X 2200 cluster as nodes and experiencing several network problems.

  When testing failover nic that the Virtual Center displays correctly that nic is not available but does not show standby nic is active even if the old standby nic seems to be an OK traffic. Has anyone else seen elsewhere?

  Welcome to the forums,

  This is a known issue, only way to see what is happening is via esxtop, you would see the mb of the jump from the first to the second network adapter.

  We have a little blackberry app. In one of our screen when the user makes a connection, an e-mail is sent to the server for authentication of the connection. It takes some time before a response comes back to the device.

  During this period when the server verifies the authentication, we show a screen with status busy as a progression or some animated symbol bar so that the user gets an impression that something is happening in the background.

  Could someone let me know how we can do this?

  An example of code will be appreciated.

• No way of knowing through the API if an Echosign user is inactive?

  Hello - I am working with the SOAP API - y at - there no way via the API whether an Echosign user is active or not? the getUsersInGroupResult table contains only:

  [groupKey] = > * key *.

  [company] = > * company *.

  [email] = > * email *.

  [fullNameOrEmail] = > * name *.

  [take] = > * user key *.

  Even if I shoot at all users and affected the API once again for each user to get the getUserInfo UserData, it still doesn't look like an active/inactive status:

  You must call the name of your box, not: c If your box has been named P1_SOURCE your code so as:

  Graphics artifact card scaling. Once you approach it should be gone. PDF files even shows that, whether rendering PDF tool. Usually won't be visible when printing. You can test printing on laser or ink jet printer.

• Pages / Question: printing black fine lines table in black instead of halftones

  someone know how to print tables with fine black (i.e. below 1 point) lines without halftoning of pages?

  I tried on several printers (laser and ink-jet, color as well as PC, usb and network connections).
  No matter what line table below 1pt is pure black halftone instead.

  It affects only the rows in the table. Forms with fine lines, small texts, etc. are okay.

  Any ideas? Help, please.

  Thanks for the reply.

  Any type of data are stored on the surface of the CD or DVD in binary code (0100101010101) which contains zeros and ones. When these data are 'burned' on the surface of the CD or the DVD laser Burns holes in them. The holes is '1' and the empty space between represents "0". So when laser shows the surface of the CD it reflecting essentially binary code to your music, movie or something that you have stored.

  When you burn a CD, the CD burner laser runs on the surface of the disc to burn the binary data. It begins at the deepest part of the CD and working outward.

  I'm finally moving to pix to print color on my MG7120 (with Mac Photoshop Elements file 10.6.8}.

  The picture is bright, saturated and contrasty. Printing is flat and unsaturated almost to be a monotonous.

  I use glossy photo paper and have chosen high quality. Is there something I can do or the printer is faulty?

  I forgot to say that I had run the test and it came out perfect. (Thanks, Patrick.)

  Then I noticed that the paper I was using says laser not ink jet, so I was wondering if that was the problem. Around rooting in the closet, I came across a few sheets of Canon matte photo paper that came with the printer. I tried it and, voila!, the color came out true. So maybe the printer didn't like Hammerhill brand, or laser paper needs different inks, but the problem proved to be the PAPER!

  Problem solved. Now, I need to run out and buy the book.
