  I use software such as Connectify and MyPublicWifi for some time now in the hotspots, but all of a sudden since yesterday I am not able to connect to the hotspot of my Windows Phone 8.1 device.   Here's a tip for the user on the problems of Wi - Fi. Suggest from the top and bottom. Maybe one of them will help you.
