Page resizing

On a HP Envy 17, using Windows 10 and 11 of the EI.

From time to time, I want to change the size of the (almost) full screen display to a few centimeters smaller. I can do this by dragging the top, bottom, left, or right of the screen to the size I want. NB I do not use the maximum button.

When you use IE or Google can make the size smaller or larger screen, but after the release, the next time I use IE or Google screen is allways back to nearly full screen size.

If I use Chrome, change the size of the screen remains together until the size of the screen is again changed by dragging the edges.

Thanks for the advice given.

  • (Some) pages resizing at check-in PDF format

My .book file has several chapters more OCD and an IX. Everything is formatted with the format letter (8.5 x 11). I saved the book in PDF format several times and everything worked fine.

Today, when I save as PDF, my OCD and IX files are suddenly release 7.5 x 9, although their adjustment for the size of the page "Letter" have not changed. They do this in the book and also as individual files.

The only thing I changed today is the size of a graphic image on the template of the page title - a completely separate from the table of contents and IX file.

I checked the settings of layout of all the template files in my Files (x 86) \Adobe\AdobeFrameMaker11 C:\Program folder, and everything is still on the usual size of the letter.

How can I fix it, and more importantly, what he does in the first place?

What is the size of Page for OCD and IX, such files as reported by the Format > Page Layout > Page size... the settings for each file?

Also check the Format > Document > PDF to install... settings for each wire. There is also a page output size seting it.

    Hello

No, it isn't. However, in this case you can use vanilla JavaScript and register to the browser DOM to receive the event notification. If you notice rceive you access the server listener you put on the af:document component. It should work

  • Resizing of the unwanted page

My new laptop Dell has Professional 7 from the window and it changes the size of the page on its own. The arrow on the pointer touchpad freezes and becomes a symbol cross with points that arbitrarily changes the page smaller or larger size. I adjusted the sensitivity of touch pad to eliminate (especially) mini-scrollbar jump syndrome, but I still have the unwanted page resizing that occur regularly. Any ideas?

  • can't resize the window of firefox, so I can create the shortcut on the desktop

I don't know how to resize the window smaller, it only makes the impression of the page to the smallest, on the page, not the whole outline of the page, so I can move the symbol to put on the desktop! I used the page resizing in the menu, is there another way to do it? Thank you

You can see the 3 buttons at the top right of the window frame: (_) to minimize, maximize/restore, close (X)? If these buttons are not visible, Firefox may be in mode "full screen". The F11 key toggles between the normal modes and full screen.

When you use the middle button on the title bar that toggles between maximized and resizable, is visible in the lower right of the Firefox window? If so, you should be able to click and drag up and to the left to resize the Firefox window. If it is off the screen, you should be able to resize the window in two steps: drag the upper left corner of the window down and to the right, and then drag the window to the top of the screen.

Not sure it's the right answer, but please give it a try.

  • Page background to adapt to the content of the page.

    Hello!

I would like to know how it is possible to make the background of page resize based on its contents. Here is an example of what I'm trying to achieve:

    Screen Shot 2016-09-10 at 12.49.25 PM.pngScreen Shot 2016-09-10 at 12.49.58 PM.png

Thank you! I really appreciate your help.

    (A) open the "rectangle in master" layout page, place a block of text above, start a preview of the browser and minimize the browser window. All work as expected.

It is best to place the rectangle on the page layout (instead of the master page), because if you resize items that should remain in the bounding box, or if you add items, you must resize the bounding box in page view.

The dynamic adaptation of the size goes on your finished page or in preview mode.

    (B) another way to reach a height of actual dynamic page:

Open your setting in page (and not his mistress), open the "Page/Page Properties" menu and uncheck the option "Sticky Footer". In this case, the page height is not determined by the height of the browser window, but by the content of the page. In other words: move or items down will push the bottom of the page down as well (that long these element are not specified as "Footer" elements).

  • Possible to rig the sensitive browser resizing?

Hi, I have an idea but I dare - say someone MUST thought previously and therefor that it can not work...

is it not possible to use Jquery in the site Office to redirect a user to the tablet or the mobile version of this page after page resize? It is not an ideal solution, but I would have thought it possible if its possible to throw users to the mobile and versions of the Tablet by detection device, why not send the user to a page on the browser-resolution version detect?

  • Problem of scaling pages - Livecycle-> Acrobat

I'm having a problem getting my Page definition of scale transfer of Livecycle in Acrobat.

I created my forms using Livecycle and set the Page Scaling Options in Livecycle.

When I go in Acrobat to change the document property, all the fields are grayed out and cannot be changed.

It is originally the PDF I want to record as a 'Reader Extended PDF' not having my scale introduction page.

    Any suggestions?

If you are designing dynamic forms, Acrobat cannot change the settings of the page-resizing.

Acrobat can do only for static forms.

But, you can control these settings in the designer of via JavaScript.

  • Sensitive menu full screen

    Hello

I am trying to build a menu full screen for my reactive site. I managed to build it with a simple composition, but I can't resize correctly. In preview mode SIte: whenever the page resizes while the menu is open, the menu disappears. When I open the menu, while the page is resized the menu presents itself is not all wrong, as I put it in the Muse.

I've attached screenshots and a video demo of the question. I'm doing something wrong? You have any ideas on how to solve this problem?

    See you soon,.

    Hello diaconur1142932,

This happens because the widgets composition are not yet sensitive.

Here, we need to adjust the width of the compositions manually, at different breakpoints.

You can check this by dragging the scrubber in Muse and where ever you see the composition is endangered, just stand there and add another breakpoint, where you need to resize the composition.

I would like to know if it works for you.

    Thank you

  • The left side of the menu moves like browser grows.

    Hello!

So the problem is that the left side of my horizontal menu develops if the browser is bigger than the site settings. Including screenshots.Screen Shot 2016-01-06 at 12.00.16 PM.png

It is the way it should be. But then in that case:

    Screen Shot 2016-01-06 at 12.00.37 PM.png

See how 'Home' has expanded beyond the borders of the site? Can you help me?

Menu full-width will behave similarly on page resizing, you can use the header as a picture image full-width that should work with the browser resizing.

    Thank you

  • How do I create a retractable [vertical menu (with submenus that appear directly under each extended menu item)]?

Take a look at the mobile version of this page (resize the web browser window is smaller to view the mobile version):

    http://www.goldenearthworm.com/

For this site, you will see the menu standard folding accordion style in the upper part. When you open this, you can click on the menu items, to display items of submenu directly below. The SUP menu items are folding, as well as the menu accordion set. How do I do that in Muse? It seems so simple, but I'm not able to place a vertical accordion menu into an another menu accordion.

Please let me know if someone has an idea how to address this issue. I really hope that this is possible.

  • Using grid in Dreamweaver CC fluids - how to create a pull down menu in my main navigation?

I'm new to the reactive fluid network with Dreamweaver CM³ layouts - and I'm unable to find information on creating a drop down in my main navigation menu.

    Any ideas?

You will need to find a menu system that is responsive and mobile environment for touchscreen devices.

If you have a budget to work with, Magic3 Pop-Menu of the seven project is a commercial extension of DW which works fine out of the box.

    http://Projectseven.com/products/menusystems/pmm3/index.htm

If you don't have a budget, you will need to create a menu of office and add a plugin jQuery for mobile devices.
