Panasonic P2 import - audio problem of multiple files

Hello

I have a problem with MXF Panasonic P2 in first CC 2014 files. We have an a video in 3 parts (3 files on the disk). When I import video ago only audio of the first file. The video is OK. The rest of the clip is without audio. When I import the same clip in the first CC (7.0), everything is OK.

Hello again,

I tried record new file to test in the camcorder this morning (1 clip = 5 files on the P2 card). After you ingest using prelude CC 2014 (3.0), its OK there.

Could be a problem caused by the previous ingest using prelude CC (2.0) and editing using first CC 2014 (8.0)? Could not be here any incompatibility with Prelude CC (2.0) and first CC 2014 (8.0)

    Hello

I am using Captivate 4 on XP and problems with import of MP3 and WAV files in the project.

Sometimes the audio correctly is important, and when I do one publish the audio story is great.  But on some slides, sometimes the whole project, all the sounds sound like the narration is done by a tin can!

Seen a post saying replace nsaudio.dll here: http://bdld.blogspot.com/2009/03/fixing-sound-in-Adobe-Captivate.html

    Although he did nothing.

    Can anyone help?

    Hello

Since that sometimes on some slides in your project, I suggest that you try to create a new project file and either import all slides and objects from your original file to this new. Sounds (no pun intended) that if your original project file has been corrupted.

If this does not resolve the problem, then you can always try to increase the default encoding FM Radio Bitrate (64 kps) to near bitrate CD (96 bits/s). To do this perform the following steps.

    1. select Audio > Audio settings

    2. Select near CD Bitrate (96 bits/s)

    3. click on OK.

If none of the above help then please report this problem to the team of Adobe Captivate by using the web address, I have included below.

Is it a screenshot of your computer? And if so, the program captures the fact as a framer-variable rate (VFR) or constant rate (CFR)? Many screen capture programs are VFR, which PrPro doesn't work with. If this is the case, you will need to download a program like the freebie of the hand brake which allows you to transcode the footage to the CFR, then use in PrPro.

    Download page for handbrake:

  • import objects shared with multiple files

    Hello

I have a shared object that I would like to import with "Import shared objects" to create a library, but it contains a function defined in another line (#nclude), so I can't use the lvlib that produces the LV.

I can solve this problem? How do I create a shared object that include other .o?

    Thank you.

    salvo980 wrote:

The first among other .cpp for use function .cpp file. How can I include other .o? I have to use, for example:

    g++ name.o -shared -o libname.so

    with the '-l' option?

    g++ name.o -shared -o libname.so -L /usr/lib/name2.so

    Is this good?

    Thank you.

It really depends. If you have two 'clean' cpp files, the simplest solution is to simply link the .o files all together in the phase of final link in listing them all as input for the llink gcc command file. Otherwise if your name2.so file already exists, you shouldn't really need to do anything special other than to ensure that it exists on the target system and is communicated to the linker 'ld' through the ldshared tool execution.

Unlike Windows where each import must be paid at the time of link, either by an implementation of actual function in a file object or by the bias and the import file object library that performs dynamic load-time linking, shared Linux elf libraries do not need that. The linker during the generation of the shared library object file requires simply that the dynamic loader "ld" will be at the time of loading the shared library object file, resolve the symbols accordingly. That the purpose of the shared library must of course be installed and recognized by the linker to DL on the target, as mentioned above, copying in a well-known directory on the target and running ldshared awareness in the cache of the ld.

  • Import audio data across multiple slides (not all)?

Is it possible to attach audio to multiple slides (not all) as described? If so, how?

Slide 1: no audio; text communicates that this module will have audio, so the viewer must prepare by plugging in the headphones. Click the start video button when you're ready. Goes to the next slide.

Slide 2: Audio Music begins (object) and audio narration between a few seconds later, registered to the slide. Slide Intro ends, audio fades.

    Slide 3-30

Each slide has voice told to drag. I would add a SECOND file of music playing in the background to all slides #3-20.

Slide 21-23: original music played on these blades, each with voice told at bottom.

    Thank you very much.

    What version?

Some ideas: music for the file, stop on the slides 1-2 and 21-23 background.

VO as slide auido on slides where wanted.

For slide 2: audio object that can play alongside the original Version (see http://blog.lilybiri.com/audio-objects-control-them)

For slide 21-23: audio object with the object displayed for the rest of the project and hidden at the entrance to slide 24

  • Canon MXF files and Audio problems

I recently bought a Canon XF-300 camcorder to use my CS5 Premiere Pro system.

I guess that the XF-300 would create a huge video file until I turned off the machine.

Instead, he represents several in MXF 2 GB files and every time I have to start/stop the camcorder a new video file is created.

And what makes it worse, is that it puts each MXF file in a folder.

When I turn a long clip there are problems with editing several clip 2 GB as opposed to a clip of 13 GB that I used to get with tape.

I use the XF utility to only transfer the video files from my CF card on my hard drive.

Then I perfer to use Pr to concatinate MXF separate files into a single file MP2 wasting a lot of time.

Is there something I could do with the camcorder of the XF utility to join a large file?

Also when I put a MXF file a sequence Pr stero audio track that I'm used from a band splits into 2 separate tracks.

One seems to be mono left and the other right mono.

When I combine them into an MP2 file, I get a mono soundtrack.

How do I get stero sound track?

    Francis,

    The manual I have:

Merge all Clips = merges the flow MXF files in each clip and also merges multiple files selected in a single file.

Merger of each Clip = merges the flow MXF files in each clip but retains several selected files in a different way.

With regard to the problem of audio:

In Premiere Pro CS6, you can set the Audio tracks by default for your stereo import instead of double mono/multi-channel mono media files. I don't know if it was an option in CS5, but I think that it is not.

In CS6 you do the following:

    1. edit > Preferences > Audio ("' Premiere Pro > Preferences > Audio" Mac ")

2 under default Audio tracks, change multi-channel Mono Media 'Use the file' in 'Stereo '.

    3 click OK.

Note that this will not affect already imported clips. This setting affects preferably clip when you import.

Also the vlc player and zoom are there any other .mts file players out there?

The specifications of this laptop are far from edit the AVCHD material, only a dual core, AMD, very little graphics memory and a slow disk configuration, I guess than the minimum.  With the resolution of the screen, it does even not meet the minimum requirements for Adobe. The single drive 5400 RPM is less than the minimum needs, in short, it means underspecced for your editing needs.

  • Problem with 'treat multiple files' quality?

I have pictures for my online store which can be really big zoom without distortion.  So I leave the dpi to 300, and run several tests on my mac all with the exact same start/size of the picture everything.

    1. I'm resizing in PSE 14 without using several files processing.

    2. I'm resizing in PSE 14 using several files processing.

    3. I resize preview and don't use all PSE.

In these contexts - each time, the size of the file is greater with PSE with preview (547KO vs 114ko) - which is a big problem when I have lots of images per page.  The quality of these tests are all to minimal difference range - it is negligible.  However, the quirks start when I add a watermark to the image by using the function 'treat multiple files' - this is where it goes south on me!  Using the preview resized OR resized ESP - anyone, as soon as they get a watermark (and we are talking about only a line of tiny text at the bottom right), the quality gets worse.

After tattooing, the size of the file on the PES to PES "multiple files" resize watermark (test 1) version will 547KO to 79 KB - and the photo quality is a noticeable difference as well.  Using the preview resized, then PSE "multiple files" (test 2) for watermark, it passes from 114 kb to 83 KB.  Not much difference in size - but I would not have expected a big difference in both cases honestly since I'm not actually resizing - but only watermarking.  But the quality of 'Trial 2' is still significantly different from the version "nothing other than the Preview" without watermark (hands down better on the version without watermark).

I'm completely stumped on how to make good quality, very "zoomable", a watermark images that remain small in size, while maintaining quality.  Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Thank you

Since I'm a mac user, unfortunately the link you gave does nothing for me because they provide only a windows product.  Also, I can't find any reference to the elements + anywhere.  Maybe the premier elements (?) which I did not...  I would like to be able to record actions and who could help with the logo, but honestly I have no idea about how to put the logo on the images (or if it would affect the image quality for the zoom).  If you know how to explain these things to this relative Rookie of photoshop, I'd be most grateful.  In the meantime, I'll play with a few economies, sizing and options "my watermark".

Thanks again for starting me on the best way.

Your question would be interesting for many other users of the forum.

Adding a watermark logo .png file is easy and guarantees the best quality.

Premiere Elements is the video editor.

To check the maximum quality that you can get in your current workflow while maintaining a small output file, just the first step of resizing PNG, tiff, or psd. You might not get the best results. For the second round of tattoo to "treat multiple files", check the final rating different compression options. Using "high quality jpeg" should not create a visible difference. The limit for users to "zoom out" is 1000 pixels size.

I have a question: you say that with preview, you can resize, rename and crop your images? Can you clarify this "cropping" method?

  • Importing Audio files in the Lightroom Catalog

Hi, I have recently started my move from Aperture to Lightroom. It's so much more powerful, with so many parameters! But one thing that's really problematic is that Lightroom does ' t support Audio files (it doesn't video) Unlike the opening. This is crucial for my photo, video and a sound management and would like to hear if its possible or is it something that is still under construction for Lightroom?

If you have audio annotation .wav files created by your camera for specific images (for example, .jpg and example), LR will import as a special "sidecar" files, and they will appear in the metadata Panel on the right:

If you click the .wav file name, LR will play it.

If you want to import, tag and search for audio files to any other format, including audio files that are not associated with a particular image, LR doesn't have this builtin ability. However, you can use the plugin to any file to import and manage these audio files.

  • PES 10 - problem prevents the watermark color setting when processing multiple files using

I use the batch processing under file > processing of multiple files.  I put the watermark with my text you want, post, police, font size, opacity and color white.  However, every time I come back to deal with another batch of color goes back to the default blue color instead of white that I initially put.

Does anyone else have this problem?  Are there patches?

  • Output file WMV - Audio problem

I'm new to Premiere Elements (9 v), but have produced a very good first DVD.  I wanted to also output as a wmv file.  It took forever for the rendering, but the output had audio problems.  A single audio track was fine, but if I had the narrative on a soundtrack, the soundtrack was not included.  If it was just a soundtrack or a single audio track in a clip, the sound was very good.  I have had no clip with narration or soundtrack on an audio track of the video and my story and audio tapes were all still image clips, but I have a feeling that this is not a problem.  My guess is that render to wmv just took a track audio with the priority being Audio 1, 2, etc., Narration and finally soundtrack.  Is there something that I need to specify to get more than 1 audio or y at - it a problem to v. 9?  Thank you

    Welcome to the forum.

    Just some thoughts:

WMV is UC both decode and encode. Time is probably the way he is and could be depends on your computer. There are a LOT of current compression.

Now, regarding Audio, there have been users who have had problems (not unlike yours, but not identical) with export, whereas they had Clips on the narrative and the tracks Audio Soundtrack sets. In many cases, simply move all these Clips to a regular Audio tracks, has cleared up many / most of the questions. It would be the first test that I run - just their lasso and move them to another free Audio track. Test.

    Good luck
