  I start by making a right click on the application on the start screen, then uninstall. Then check programs and Control Panel features to see if anything else stayed behind.

  I have 10 Windows and that you have installed the latest version of Lenovo Companion3 of the Windows store. The rest of the application checks very well except two things:

  1. It identifies my laptop as an Ideapad rather than as a Yoga
  2. The battery cannot be identified

  Bug in the app? or is my model not supported of moel laptop?

  Update: the application of parameters of Lenovo has the same problem, but specifies that "no battery is installed. The laptop is running on battery, which is not normal.

  I finished (sort of) fix myself.

  I installed the desktop of Lenovo power management app. This application is updated for windows 10 and some of the hours battery back.

  I bought a Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro, but the keyboard backlight seems to not work. I tried Fn + space with no luck. I tried to update via the parameters of Lenovo, but it takes a hundred years.

  I couldn't find a category for this machine, so I thought I would post it to the closest thing that I could think of. We just bought a Lenovo Twist and we receive an error on the machine when we record saying:

  Version mismatch. Update the parameters of Lenovo and knowledge of the locations for the latest versions.

  This appears in the icons in the Notification area under a yellow triangle with an exclamation point. I tried running the Lenovo system update and updated everything in there, but I still get the same message. Someone else knows it?

  After having upgraded to Windows 8.1 X 1 carbon, I noticed in the settings app Lenovo power settings include is no longer the option of extended battery life (50% instead of 100% load). I read on this forum that longer life of the battery may be obtained, particularly when using the computer laptop while that connected to the a/c adapter by storing about half of its power. So why the option of longer battery life is missing from the application of the parameters of Lenovo?

  We had to disable Lenovo's Mobile Hotspot Windows 8.1 settings, because it is at odds with the built-in functionality of Windows 8.1.  So we had no choice other than to disable our hotspot.

  But as you have noticed Windows built-in 8.1 function does not share Ethernet/WiFi and 3G / 4G.  Currently, we evaluate if we can bring back a subset of the functionality of Hotspot Mobile Lenovo, but so far we cannot embark on it.  It is not a situation to just bring something that existed before--it must be redesigned to work properly on Win8.1

  First the section of on site support Internet Lenovos must be the most confusing I've ever known. I can't find anywhere to send a simple e-mail with a question. It has many options to configure most of the functions for my ideapad 700, but nowhere in this program to find something on the backlit keyboard.

  In any case my space cleary States my keyboard should have backlit keyboard, because it has the icon on the space bar.
