Password ePrintCenter

Hi, I lost my password to my dashboard Eprintcenter. When I click on "forgotten password" he sent me a link to what appears to be a broken site. I type the new password and the confirmation of the new passowrd exactly the same and the site seems to refresh just when I press on submit. When I try to connect with the "new password", it says "invalid password" . What can I do about it?

How to solve this problem would be to have the HP to delete your ePrintCenter account, or to create a new account with a different email address. If you choose to delete the account, you will need to contact the support division to the HP Cloud Services. You can contact them at the 1-855-785-2777. If you don't feel like calling, you can private message me through the forums with your email address and I'll have the account deleted for you.

  • ePrint 'forgot password' send email

    I forgot my password ePrintCenter, so I clicked on "Forgot password?"  Entered my e-mail address in the pop-up and click 'OK', but nothing happens. that is, no email is sent.  I tried to enter a fake email address and then get a message "enter the email address associated with your account.  So that pop up doing something when I click 'OK '.     I forgot my passowrd for my eprintcenter login. I get a link to set up a new password. But the server is down and it is not possible to type a new password. And eprintcenter ful e-mail box.

    Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support. I think that the reset password link that you were sent by email does not work.

  • The "forgotten password" feature in eprintcenter is defective.

    How can I retrieve my password for eprintcenter.  The function forgotten password has been broken for a while and it doesn't seem to be any way to contact support for eprintcenter.

    To resolve your questions, you will have to call and get the Cloud service. Currently, they are only open 10:00 to 19:00 CST. they would be able to get the necessary info to help connect you.

  • I have problems to connect to ePrintCenter and the password recovery link does not work for me.

    I have a PhotoSmart 5510e which was working fine until recently these app printing stop work and display of messages that I need to go to for custom ePrinterCenter it. Has tried to open a session in the ePrintCenter but it keep telling me the password is not valid. And when you use the password to get the link, it keeps telling me to enter the email address associated to the my account when I click OK. I already have then enter the email address what do I do? Really need to connect if I use the App founction on my printer. My computer is running Win7 64-bit.

    I would like to apologize for the problem you are experiencing.  The eprintcenter.com site and the site snapfish.com are connected.  It is possible that you had a printer in the past that you signed up for an account with snapfish, while you were recording with us and you didn't.  I would try going to snapfish.com and using the forgotten password under their log link to see if who you alow reset you the password.  Once the password is reset, log information Web site snapfish.com will be information to use to connect to eprintcenter.com.  If you need anything else please do not hesitate to answer.

  • I'm unable to log the ePrintCenter with my email address and password.

    When I click on the 'forgotten password' link and enter my e-mail address, I wonder for a good address. I have tried repeatedly, check carefully that I have entered the correct address. I even tried to set up the account again, but then I thought that an account for this email address already exists. I just had the same thing trying to get into the forums, I was able to reset the password.

    Any ideas?

    You use a personal email address or try to login with the email address of your pritner? If you are sure that the e-mail address is correct, and it's a personal address, send me a private message to the email address used to create the account with and I will get it taken care of for you.

  • Circle without end when I click on I forgot my password

    When I tried to create a new account, I got the message that I already had an account with snapfish. I couldn't find a password for snapfish in my file, so I clicked on FORGOT PASSWORD. He asked for my email address. I've entered my e-mail address and click OK. He asked me to enter my email again. It's the same thing. I read through older posts to the forum and I was told that this infinite loop meant that I didn't have an account, but the system said I did. I also read that I should try to log in by clicking on the logo of snapfish under the ball in. There was no snapfish logo.

    I also tried to open a session using Facebook accounts, Google and Yahoo by clicking one at a time these logos. Whenever I got the message that there is no account. I have valid accounts with all three and use almost every day. This message was given: only third-party accounts that were previously registered with the ePrintCenter can connect. I guess I have to enter my FB account with eprint, but if I can't connect to the eprint, I can't do it.

    A person who posted this problem was given to the suggestion to call the assistance of cloud eprint. What is the phone number? There is a place to click on connect with an expert, but must sign in to use this service.

    Help! I am really frustrated running around in circles.

  • Saving printer ePrintCenter

    Hi, I just bought a HP printer which is web enabled printing, but every time I try to record to ePrintCenter, obtain the following error page:

    "AppEcbError: ECB request failed: error: code = description '900' ='[SF_ERR_202]: System exception: com.snapfish.user.UserException: no dbnode for hpcinkit cobrand site 2000064 info.

    This error appears when I complete the first page of registration, i.e. one that contains the name, nickname, and password.  This procedure ends here.  Is there a temporary problem with the server, everyone is aware of this problem?  Thank you.

    Hi, the first time I tried the link you shared with my iPad, and that has not worked because it me automatically redirected t the Italian web site (which must have a problem).  I tried again to my PC, which has done, to use the real US link you shared, and this time I was able to create an account and add my printer to the account.  Just for your records, I had to select 'US' in the country, because the Italy was not in the list.  Thank you!

  • HP Envy 4500: Could not connect to connected HP - get 'Email or invalid password'

    When I try to connect to connected HP, I get "Email and password invalid".  The email and password I use works fine to Snapfish.  I tried to change the password to Snapfish, hoping that would reset the password in HP connected, but I still get the same message there.  How can I get my HP account connected?

    This problem is finally resolved.  Eventually be reassigned to Cloud Services L2 support team.  Apparently when I converted initially more than HP ePrintCenter attached, something went wrong, which left my HP account logged in a bad state or something.  The result was that, while I was able to connect to ePrintCenter and then click HP connected, when I tried to connect to HP connected directly, I got the problems identified above.

    They managed to get things fixed to the top, and now I am able to connect to HP directly connected.

    I just bought a HP C310a printer. When I try to add my printer in ePrintCenter website, I saw this "pseudonym" under the sign of the screen, so what should I touch in sub the ' screen name ' field? What is this field for?

    The problem you are having is probably due to an old Snapfish account registered to your email address. ePrintCenter and Snapfish account information is stored in the same place and I saw this before conflict. You will need to go to http://www.snapfish.com/snapfish/welcome, click on "Sign In" in the upper right of the page and then click on the link "forgotten password" and enter the email address that is causing your problems, you should receive an email from Snapfish, which allows you to create a new password. Once you have created a new password for Snapfish, try to Sign In on ePrintCenter (http://www.eprintcenter.com/) using your email address and the password you created to Snapfish.

  • Impossible connecting to HP ePrintCenter

    I can't save with HP ePrintCenter because it says that my email is already registered.  But when I click on forgotten password and enter the same email address, it does not recognize my email address or email me.  I also can not connect with my Facebook or Google accounts.

    I recalled a second time yesterday and I was told that she could in fact take up to 48 hours for the account to be deleted.  I was also told that he would certainly take more than 48 hours should be deleted.  Well.  Even if HP has not resolved the issue, and each of the two times that I spoke with someone at HP Cloud/Web Services support the changes in the history a little, there is a solution.

    • The SECOND time and later, you can connect directly to EPrintCenter without having to click on the little icon of Snapfish on the second line (last icon with Facebook, Google, etc.)
  • having problem signing in eprint center. "address incorrect email and password".

    Tried to sign in the eprint centre to change some preferences.  Received a notice ' wrong e-mail address and or password.  Changed the HP passport password, two in the same.  Help

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having this problem, but here's a solution that can help (Cant Login to ePrintCenter)

    1. neither the hp passport and ePrintCenter account information are separate systems. Unless when you created the ePrintCenter account you used the same username and password that you used to create the hp passport.

  • How to reset the password on Snapfish

    Hallo!

    My problem is-
    I can't create an account on www.eprintcenter.com because I'm known as user on Snapfish and have to reset my password on Snapfish.

    When I try to reset my password on Snapfish I´m be guided to a Danish site, called fotoservice.dk. I discovered that the reason is because the Snapfish service stop at the Denmark. But the Danish site Don t know me as their user.

    So I can't get a new password to log in to eprintcenter.

    How can I solve this problem?

    Hi, well I have not a lot! I have everything installed and registered but when I try to connect to my account ePrint page connection does not recognize my contact information.     Looks like you have not created an account with eprintcenter.com
    You can do this through the following steps:

    1. go to eprintcetner.com

    2. click on the link "Login" at the top right of the page, it opens a small window for an e-mail address and password.

    3. click on the 'Register' link at the top of this window.

    4. Enter the requested information and click the 'Register' button at the bottom.

    This will create an account for you and allows you to connect your printer to your account activate ePrint services with eprintcenter.com. Check the printer doesn't automatically create an eprintcenter.com account.
