  Program request for password is the one you use to connect to your account. Enter it. If you do not have to enter a password to access the program before, follow the steps below.

  How to run the restore of the system at boot.
  Restart your PC.
  Press F11 at the BIOS screen (screen with your PC manufacturers logo, which is the first that appears during startup).
  Follow the prompts to restore your system to before when you started "messing around".
  This should solve your problem.

  There are ways to reset the password to a blank password. I don't think that Toshiba would allow us to post tools like this on the forum, so having a search in google.

  Another solution would be to fix the HARD drive on another PC using a USB adapter, copy your documents and other important files, then put the HARD return drive to perform the recovery and then copy backup your files/documents.

  If you want to change the password in Windows Vista, follow these steps:

  -Click on Start and go to control panel.
  -Click user accounts and family safety.
  This link is not available using the classic view of the control panel.
  If you use the classic view just do a double-click on the icon user accounts.
  -Click the link for user accounts.
  -In the area called to make changes to your user account, click on the change your password link.
  -In the first text box, enter your current password.
  -In the other two text boxes to enter the password you want to use.
  -Finally click on the button of past change and to confirm the changes.
  -Close the window user accounts.
  -Now your Windows Vista logon password has been changed

  By the way; you need ADMIN rights to change this.
