  Go to: Control Panel, administrative tools, Services, double click on help and Support.

  Startup type: automatic

  Service status: click on start, click on apply, click OK

  My friend borrowed my old laptop. Results: now that the laptop asks "password or power on password. After three (in default) tent it says 'Disable the system' and ' Key: 93094917 ".". Operating system is Windows 7 32 - bit and, as the title suggests, the laptop itself is HP Pavilion dv6.
