Pavilion a67821: unknown devices in Device Manager

I'm under windows7 Ultimate and need help to find drivers for unknown devices

I went to Device Manager and click with the right button on the unknown devices and choose Properties > Details

All forums are "Hardware ID" as an option to identify the drivers, but it is not available in Windows 7 Ultimate

Selecting > 'Name of the physical device object' the following information is given for unknown devices
Value

\Device\00000017

\Device\00000018

\Device\0000003f

\Device\00000010

\Device\0000001f

\Device\00000012

Any help in identifying these devices and links to drivers will be more appreciated.

For a while that I followed the 'problem' but now have more information.

(1) my first speech that Windows 7 Ultimate did not show 'Description of the device' is incorrect.

(2) description of the appliance is not available for "unknown devices".

(3) prompt running as an administrator, I could query the AOP in my original question

WMIC path Win32_PnPSignedDriver where 'Like '% 0000007c' AO' get devicename, pdo = Realtek High Definition Audio

WMIC path Win32_PnPSignedDriver where 'Like '% 00000017' PDO' get devicename, PDP only = no available instances

WMIC path Win32_PnPSignedDriver where 'Like '% 0000003f' PDO' get devicename, PDP only = no available instances

WMIC path Win32_PnPSignedDriver where 'Like '% 00000010' PDO' get devicename, PDP only = no available instances

WMIC path Win32_PnPSignedDriver where 'Like '% 00000012' PDO' get devicename, PDP only = no available instances

WMIC path Win32_PnPSignedDriver where 'Like '% 0000001f' PDO' get devicename, PDP only = no available instances

Note. information after the = was given by the command prompt

(4) I checked the Realtek High Definition Audio driver was updated under "sound video and game controller".

(5) I uninstalled all 6 of the unknown devices

(6) 4 days later and no problems to report

Tried to download AMD driver on the HP site for its model laptop where it has what I need, but he gets 9% and none does not move.

    Help

    Hello:

You need these drivers for devices...

This package provides the driver that allows the Synaptics TouchPad in the notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The pilot turns the touchpad General (for example, double-click and scroll) feature and provides a user interface.

    File name: sp69001.exe

  • P 8470 & HP HP 8440 P: upgrading to W10 Pro 64 bit / device Reporting - unknown device manager

    I have recently upgraded to Windows Pro 64-bit 10.  Machines involved are - 8440p & 8470p running W7 Pro 64-bit.

    The Device Manager shows an unknown device - ACPI\HPQ6000\3 & 33FD14CA & 0.

Could someone tell me what this is in reference to.  Perhaps point to a driver that I could update.

    Thank you / / Jeff

    You are the very welcome.

The reason why you don't see the driver is because most of the drivers are missing in support pages, which have not worked directly for HP split into 2 companies from 1 August.

This is certainly the driver you need.  If the version of W7 works, I can't say.

    See if it works.

If this driver does the same thing...

Go to Device Manager and click on the unknown device of 6000 who need pilots.

Click on the driver tab, click on set to update driver.  Select her browse my computer for driver software option, then at the bottom of this window, let pick me from a list of drivers for devices on my computer.

Click on disk and go to C:\SWSetup\sp59282\accelerometer and select the HP Mobile Data Protection sensor and see if the pilot goes like this.

Here's a partial copy and paste of the accelerometer installation information file.

As you can see the device is supported by the driver.

But it's the most recent driver is there, I know.

Windows 7 can not find the graphics card for the amd radeon 8650g.  I tried to install the drivers from AMD and they never appear in the Device Manager.  It only gives me "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter."  Windows Update will not update.  They say that it is current because it cannot find the radeon 8650g.  AMD Setup never shows the driver file during installation.  It installs all sorts of other things, but never the driver.  As if it does not find material.

    What is going on.

    Hello:

Your laptop is not supported by HP for Windows 7.  There is no graphic drivers for W7 for it to HP.

My only suggestion is to try the graphics drivers from the Lenovo G505s

  • Portege M200 - device unknown in Device Manager

I did a clean install of Windows XP on my toshiba portege m200 (Tablet). I have most of the devices drivers installed, but there is one that I can't understand. The device manager says I have an "unknown device" on my "Intel 82801 dbm lpc interface controller.

What is it? I thought it was the chip set, but I had installed the Intel chipset drivers (twice, just to make sure that I really did), but it still reads as 'unknown device' on ' Intel (r) 82801DBM LPC Interface Controller - 24CC.

To resolve this issue go to the device, right click on the unknown device, Manager and then select set to update driver.
When the Hardware Update Wizard appears, select the advanced option.
From the next window, select the 'don't search. I will choose the driver' option
Now, go to the Intel announcement and select good "82801DBM LPC Interface Controller - 24CC.
Click OK and now it should work.

Also, be sure you have all the drivers installed from Toshiba Web site:

  • Re: Satellite 5200 701: unknown device in Device Manager.

    Hello.

It WinXP Pro + SP 3.
In the display devices, such as an unknown device manager. Try all of the pilots, who were on a disc with the laptop, nothing helps. Give the solution!

I still use Windows XP Home with Service Pack 2 and I'm really happy with it. If you have some problems with SP3 remove and continue to use Windows XP Home with Service Pack 2 only. Satellite 5200 is quite old but very nice laptop. Make sure that the laptop works fine with SP2 and you have an application of good-antivir.

Simply to operate Satellite 5200. I noticed that many people have reported on various issues after installing SP3. Exactly the same thing with Vista SP1.

    Hello

ACPI-> Advanced Configuration and Power Interface
ACPI defines hardware and software interfaces that allow focus on the OS configuration and power management to enumerate and configure motherboard devices.
For example: ACPI is necessary for the standby and hibernation mode.

Now your question; the new BIOS has been updated and configured to using VISTA.
It seems that VISTA was not compatible with the previous version of BIOS because the ACPI interface. Now you can install Vista on the laptop, but it seems that you need a driver. Possibly new chipset driver version might help. But as you probably know, the drivers are not available at this time. Unfortunately

  • Satellite L650-1NC - Map disappeared WLAN Device Manager

    Hi guys!

I bought the Satellite L650-1NC. After installing the system, everything is ok, but no wireless card. I downloaded the latest drivers from Toshiba and manufacturer sites. After you have installed the latest drivers for the wireless card disappeared from the Device Manager! Connection via cable, works without problem. Exhausted all ideas. Help, please.
    Operating system: Windows 7 64-bit
Wireless card: Realtek Wireless LAN adapter 8191SE/8192SE

    PS. Sorry for my English

    Hey,.

The WLAN card is listed in the device as unknown device manager or it is completely gone?

It's probably happened due bad installation driver in your case, I recommend removing all WLAN drivers and run CCleaner tool to clean the registry. Then download & install the latest official Portal WLAN WLAN drivers:
    http://APS2.toshiba-tro.de/WLAN/

Also, make sure that the wireless network adapter is enabled. This can be done with the FN + F8 key combination.

Let the HP Web site (via wired) machine find the necessary drivers. everything is up-to-date. Label service on HP support site and it returned a Broadcom driver. Downloaded, installed, rebooted - still nothing showing Mgr. physically uninstalled device adapter, restarted, closed card installed physically, still not recognized in the device Mgr Showed hidden devices to Archbishop of device which has revealed 12 adapters, all "working correctly. When I "analyze why Windows can't find any what nerworks", he says: "this computer doesn't have a wireless card installed." Is this little bad card? Bad system board? What should I try next?
