Hello

recently, I had my card replaced due to fraud and should have a new Envoy. upon receipt, I changed my coordinates on adobe.com for my payments to my plan photoshop and lightroom would continue as usual.

I noticed this month but on my bank statement has been borrowed money my account twice. I am unable to talk to anyone at adobe at any time call centers because he and chat support is not available on weekends and I work 9-5 like them every day in the week.

who can I get in touch with to solve this problem, because I don't want it happening every month.

    Nobody here can help.  If you read the license agreement that you had when you first purchased the software about 15 months ago would have seen that you are bound to the subscription for the duration and a termination will result in a penalty of 50% the cost of the unused subscription.  As far as the offers that may have been struck to draw back you, nobody here can help you with that.

    You should probably try to contact the support again and see if they are willing to work with you to solve it, even if it is likely to not going to your satisfaction because you did cancel prematurely and is not on them to do something beyond the terms of the license agreement.

    Have you never heard of the school of dragons app? Its a fun game (even so childish). I was a member for three months, after three months, that my subscription has expired. I tried to buy another three month subscription, this is where the problem happened.
