• Impossible to update the app due to the payment

  I can't update my application because of the method in my AppleID payment was declined, this problem was because my Bank has banned any transaction with the apple store and steam recently (Maybank) that make me not able to update my application before changing the mode of payment and I could not change country as well before changing the mode of payment. • Impossible to update payment information

  I need to update my payment information in order to continue to pay my package CC Adobe, but whenever I click on the 'save' button to save the details, nothing happens, as if the button does not work. I refresh the page and try again, the details are still not up-to-date and the process repeats. I enter my details but the Save button doesn't work. It has been a few days now and I lose not my CC from Adobe.

  I am writing here, I had no money on my card when Adobe wanted to process payments for 2 products that I bought and I have to pay on a monthly basis. I received an e-mail with "Unable to process your Adobe Creative Cloud payment" and that I should update my info, my info is the same. I'm just not the amount of money that adobe needed to process the payment.

  A few days ago there was a problem with my paypal so I was unable to pay my subscription of the CC. Now adobe asked me to update my payment information in order to be able to pay with paypal, but there is a problem with the site. When I click on the link "Edit" next to my paypal email address in the payment details window, there is no reaction to that. It just shows the four squares (loading icon) for a second, but nothing happens. Also the same thing when I click on save. I tried with all web browsers on my computer, but the problem appears in each of them.

• Impossible to use photoshop after payment of the subscription

  I had been using photoshop on a monthly subscription and I stopped it. Could not start this subscription so I paid for a new. It is now that I can't use photoshop at all. I tried to enter the old serial number to see if it would work and it did not. I have not received a new serial number for the new subscription. I also tried to download the creative cloud for photoshop install and I got an error. I don't know how to solve this problem.

  I had the creative cloud to install. I used the measures given in other discussions here and those who did not. I found this on a google search and it worked. The only thing I did not has the CC Cleaner since creative cloud was never installed in the first place.

  1. reboot Windows

  2. download the creative cloud cleaning tool

  3 run the cleaning of creative cloud tool and choose option 3 and then option 1 to complete the cleaning process.

  4. once please rename folder OOBE of these locations:

  Windows:

  C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe

  C:\Users\ (UserName) \AppData\Local\Adobe

  5. restart Windows

  6. download creative cloud

  7 run the creative Cloud file (CreativeCloudSet - Up.exe).

  And it has worked very well and now Photoshop works.

  I had a similar error earlier... and I solved it...

  Please check your address is correct and that you gave to your bank. I gave the same address that solve this error... try it... good luck :)
