  • WE157AA #ABU: showing no signal after a pure fan

    Hi, I have a 3 year old HP Pavilion Office. I often clean the fan because dust accumulates really and the fan is noisy. Take it works fine after a good cleaning. However this time the computer started as a normal fan runs fast & you hear the welcome tone and other computer sounds, start-up but the display shows 'No Signal'

    I tried to turn off the computer by pressing the 4 or 5 seconds and then restart, but it makes no difference. I did this several times.

    The fan will slow down normally & becomes silent once the computer has booted, but he is staying on at full speed this time.

    I have no other choice than to completely shut down the power button.

    It is not the monitor & just to be safe, I connected another monitor & same poblem. No signal.

    Thank you for your response. It has none of the steps mentioned in the document. I read in another post on stirring the fan which is what I did and it worked. It has been fine since.

  • Laptop connected to 2 ISP networks (Ethernet + wireless) - Wireless Connection shows a "yellow Triangle" - no Internet access

    I am facing a network unusual problem with the following network configuration

    1. laptop connected to isps1 via Ethernet - 192.168.0.x (serves as router NAT and DHCP)
    2. same laptop connected to ISP2 network Wi - Fi - 10.1.1.x (router does NAT and DHCP)
    3 WiFi connection shows a "yellow Triangle" - no Internet access

    Note:

    1. neither the connections require Sign-In to access the Internet
    2 Ethernet is defined on top to control configuration\reseau and Internet\Network Connections\Advanced Settings\Adapters and links
    3 operating system: Windows 7 64-bit SP1
    4. the Wi - Fi network has access to the Internet as other wireless clients can connect to the Internet using the same.
    5. here is the weird part - if I disable the Ethernet adapter on this laptop, the "yellow Triangle" - no Internet access on the wireless connection disappears and he now reports "Internet access".

    6. If I now activate the Ethernet back, connection Wi - Fi card always displays "Internet access"
    7. If I reboot, the problem returns - new shows a "yellow Triangle" wireless connection - no Internet access

    6. the question is not specific to this machine that the same issue is reproducible on another computer with 64-bit Windows 8 installed.

    This is expected behavior that has an explanation?
    I can provide more information if necessary.

    Your comments and suggestions are welcome.

    Title: Network network adapter Ethernet NIC wireless networking device

    I recently had my laptop repaired twice more as the screen flickered and faded, before this I had connection perfect for my wireless, but now I only have a single bar next to my wireless box, I was wondering is there a way to fix it other than to send it to be repaired? because people have not really done a lot of good work on fixing it it is also long and repair Centre is far enough from me. I know now that this isn't the box because another laptop worked on the same connection.

    Hi spkmd,

    Follow these methods.

    Method 1: Check with the manufacturer for the software update of the HDMI driver.

    How to manage devices in Windows XP

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/283658

    Method 2: There may be a combination of keys on the laptop to change to HDMI manually, usually a FN + F # combination. You'll need to refer to the documentation for the laptop to which key can control the HDMI. Also, check the manual that came with the TV.

    Method 3: You can also go into the display properties and change the default view for the HDMI. To check the display properties, follow these steps:

    (a) click Start, then Panel.

    (b) click appearance and themes, and then click display.

    (c) in the settings of the display properties dialog box tab, click the icon of the monitor that represents the monitor you want to designate as the primary monitor.

    (d) click to select the use this device as the primary monitor check box. Note that this check box is not available when you select the icon of the monitor that is currently set as your primary monitor.

    I have an Acer Espire Vista 32bits. Connect to a Panasonic TC L32x30 HD TV. The TV has a 'PC' marked port that matches one VGA cable. I have the VGA end of the cable is connected to the TV. The other end is connected to the PC Tower via a DVI adapter to the port where was my monitor.
    TV output is set to "PC". I turned on my PC, the Acer (Bios) screen came. He then shows the block scroll bar. Just as Windows is about to light up, cutting signal. I never get to see my office. A message appears on the screen saying "no signal - check the connections and the external device is turned on."
    I had posted before saying that I had problems ranging from VGA to VGA. That's why I bought the DVI adapter to try another solution.
    I hope I made things clear enough for someone to help him.

    Hello Winston M,.
    I actually solved it. Went to the screen and chose. Connection just how I mentioned. second monitor, default Says. I then checked"Extend Desktop to this monitor.

  • HP Pavilion DV7 6154ea: HP pavilion DV7 6154ea connection keeps losing signal

    Experiencing Wifi connection problems where the signal falls systematically after maybe 10 to 15 minutes of use. Is underway for the past 2 months or so. Guess it was my network, but after going through the configuration of the router, check connection on other laptops HP at home that work perfectly I guess something must be set right.

    Has been informed by a member of support Paul who was very helpful to help restore me the laptop to windows 8 to 7.

    Having recently upgraded to the SSD, perform a new installation of the OS a few days where drivers when installed through the ordered recovery disks, HP support, you are prompted to any update more or less all the drivers using the new assistant support, I would add much like ago.

    In any case on the device noticed Control Manager are now 4 cards under network adapters:

    -Intel(r) centrion (R) Wireless-N-1030

    -Microsoft Virtual Wifi Mini Port adapater

    -Microsoft Virtual Wifi Mini Port adapater #2

    -Realtek PCIe GBE family controller.

    #2 of the one is double and maybe causing the problem.

    As far as I know I thought that this model only required of these network drivers:

    -Intel Wireless driver for microsoft Windows 7

    -realtek LAN Driver

    -intel Pro set bluetooth driver

    Would be great for someone could confirm. Don't know how to move forward with this? Download the necessary drivers while that uninstall the old drivers? If so which ones should be deleted, guessing each of them?

    Mean time tried to hell be able to save, not much success. To be honest after noticing these adapters, it immediately at odds with what I knew and was informed months ago I wanted so just clear it first with you guys.

    Hello:

    I just checked my laptop which also has an Intel wireless card and it has the same features listed.

    Microsoft Virtual Wifi Mini Port card

    Map Microsoft Virtual Wifi Mini Port #2

    So I would say to both of them, because my laptop has no problems with the connection and maintaining a connection to the internet.

    Have you tried the latest driver for this model directly from Intel wireless card?

    It would be the only suggestion I can offer you.

    You want the second pilot on the list for W7 x 64.

  • Satellite program-112 P775 - HDMI connection - no indicator signal on TV

    Hello

    I have a program-112 P775. After working for a while now, when I connect the HDMI cable to my TV SMART there is not an indicator of signal on the TV.

    I tried another laptop which works fine so I am confident, that he is not the lead or the TV.
    Any suggestions please?

    > It just seems odd that I've never had to use the FN key combination to send the video signal to the TV before.

    The FN + F5 combination switches between the internal and external screen.
    In the case where the video signal has not been set to an external source, now don't would detect not the laptop.

  • I run Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 (SP3) on a desktop, not a laptop. How can I go about connecting to a Signal Wi - Fi?

    Whenever I try to make a link to a Wi - Fi signal, it doesn't let me. I opened my network page and it just says this: "CONNECTING to the NETWORK LOCAL IS DISCONNECTED a CABLE IS UNPLUGGED." I went through and tried to set up networks, and again, it won't let me.

    Your office has a wifi adapter?  Open the Device Manager (start > run > devmgmt.msc > OK) and expand (click on the +) the category "network adapters."  Please report (full names, please) all of the devices listed there.  If any device displays a warning icon, double-click it and report the message under "device status".

    What did you do to 'set up network '?  Please be as complete and detailed as possible.

    What version of Windows you have, including the service pack?  (right click on desktop and select Properties, if you are not sure of your level pack Windows version or a service).

    Please provide the following diagnostic information:

    Open a command prompt window (start > run > cmd > OK)
    type the following lines and press ENTER after each line

    ipconfig/all > "% userprofile%\Desktop\ipinfo.txt".
    '% userprofile%\Desktop\ipinfo.txt '.

    Copy and paste the contents of the opened Notepad window in your response here.
    Close Notepad and windows command prompt and remove the file ipinfo.txt to your desktop

    When I want to access online through a WLAN, shows the status

    IPv4 connectivity: Internet

    IPv6 connectivity: no network access

    so I think that my internet speed is going slower than before.

    I also try on the properties of the network and their IPv4 IPv6 & all are in default.

    now I want to know how, which can enable IPv6 connectivity?

    Hello

    You don't need IPv6 to access the Internet.

    If IPv6 is on or Off should not affect the speed of Internet connection (if at all in some older systems it slows down when it is turned on).

    Welcome on the support forums.

    one idea would be to check if you use namespace bb::data, otherwise you would have to add to all occurrences, as written in the API:
    cancel response (const bb::data :ataAccessReply & replyData)

  • How to connect NotificationDialog finished() signal to a process without a head?

    I tried to get a process in the background to handle the signal in my application without head (because NotificationDialogs are now supported for background process).

    However, whenever I try to connect the signal to a slot, I get the following error:

    QObject::connect: Cannot connect (null): Finish (bb:latform::NotificationResult:Type) at MessageProcessor::dialogFinished (bb:latform::NotificationResult:Type)

    cpp file:

    QObject::connect(pNotificationDialog,SIGNAL(finished(bb::platform::NotificationResult::Type)), this,SLOT(dialogFinished(bb::platform::NotificationResult::Type))); //(for this line I also get the warning below)
    //MessageProcessor::dialogFinished(bb::platform::NotificationResult::Type) has not been //tagged as a Qt member; make sure all parameter types are fully qualified

    hpp file:

    #include

    class MessageProcessor  : public QObject{
    Q_OBJECT

    public slots:
    void dialogFinished(bb::platform::NotificationResult::Type value);

    };

    Is finished() supported for headless apps?

    You are probably not initializing pNotificationDialog

    pNotificationDialog = new bb::platform::NotificationDialog(this);

    public Q_SLOTS:
    Sub onSelected (bb:latform::NotificationResult * button);

    What is the right way to connect it?  Thank you

    To give a clear answer:

    Have you tried to change the wireless channel that your router is running at? There may be interference that could prevent the internet connection:

    Take a look at step 6 in this article. He further explains this problem as possible:

    If you need assistance to change the settings of the specific router, you will need to contact your router manufacturer or your internet service provider.
