PDFMaker installs not after the upgrade to Acrobat Pro 9.4.2

Last week, I was doing a PDF from Word 2007 as usual, using the PDFMaker add-in when Word crashed. After I got everything back on, I was asked to upgrade to Adobe Acrobat Professional 9, so I moved and did this.

Unfortunately, now I can not add-in to activate it. I can see it in the disabled Application Add-Ins, and I can go my COM add-ins and tick the box to indicate I want the PDFMaker lit, but it does not appear when I do that. If I come back in my options, it still shows as disabled.

I tried to repair the installation of Acrobat and even kidnapping and add the add-in (with appropriate system reboot), but nothing has worked. Does anyone have ideas for how do my PDFMaker works again?

Checking the box in Com-adins don't re - will not allow the PDFMakers.

Please try this:

-Instead of select Manage > COM Adins, select Manage > disabled items on the same drop down. Click on the button 'Go '.

-Select the line showing PDFMaker and press the button 'enable '.

    BACKGROUND:  I have a MacPro running OS x 10.6.8.  I now have Acrobat Pro 9.5.1.  When I tried to upgrade from Acrobat Pro 9.5.0, I got an error message that says that my application could not be updated because it had been "modified" or a Word to that effect.  He told me to reinstall Acrobat Pro.  Dutifully, I inserted the disc of Installation 1 and started the chore.  He stopped and asked me to disable several security features because the installation could not go ahead until what I did.  I did as I was instructed and the installation was successful, including the update of all 18 Acrobat 9 Pro updates (Adobe don't use the Combo updates to relieve the consumer of such a daunting task?) But I digress...

    The problem is that, since I've done this installation and update, I tried to keep the security elements, I was instructed to turn off and I turned everything I could remember on.  It seems I missed one or more, because, when I now run MacScan, I get as high as tracking cookies detected twelve requiring a kidnapping where I received virtually no front.  I run MacScan daily and sometimes more often.  Since the update to Acrobat, I dared not unfamiliar web sites.  I went to my regular sites, but I must have forgotten to close a hole somewhere The QUESTION: can someone list all the safety measures that must be disabled before you install and update Acrobat?  I'm puzzled and I hate to be rejected which prevented the I.

    We generally recommend disable antivirus when you install or update our software as often times anti-virus software may complicate installations.  There is no further safety we recommend for normal installation of our software.

    I'm an apologist for the tedious process of update.  We approached it with Acrobat X where all updates are cumulative, but obviously likely a good consolation after the long task of updating to Acrobat 9.  In case you need to reinstall Acrobat 9 in the future, you can choose to ignore the restart request.  This will make the process much faster update for you.

  • Scanner fingerprint driver installs not after Win8 upgrade

    I have a Pavilion dv7-6b32us laptop. It came with Win7. I just upgraded from Win8. HP did not have the driver for the fingerprint reader when I first did the Win8 install but I know see that they downloaded a few weeks ago. I tried to download it & installation, but it does not install. It seems that it is installed, but it doesn't. There is no error message or anything. Here is the link:

    I'm on WIndows 7 using a Z820 workstation HP with Xeon processors and not updating applications seem to work as expected. PP would load and appear in the Task Manager, but would not load the user interface. AFX seems to hang without any notification. Photoshop does not load the Welcome screen (which could be a new default) and doesn't connect to the libraries. The same Illustrator and seems to crash on quit.

    Hope the downgrade works for the moment

    Microsoft snuck in as the custody of my 3 weeks ago and started the upgrade my operating system Windows 7 to Windows 10 without my consent while I wasn't in front of my laptop. When I noticed what was going on I have reluctantly let the process take its course. I have encountered in many problems. The main source of problems, it seems that graphic of the AMD Mobility Radeon HD5000 series laptop drivers are no longer works, apparently supported by Microsoft drivers.

    AMD gave 2 driver updates: 15.7.1 and Crimson Edition 16.2.1 Beta catalyst.

    I installed 15.7.1 but still had no service message.

    I then installed 16.2.1 always without result.

    Should I give up to get my AMD drivers working and settle for what Microsoft has done that has mucked up the graphics on my HP DVD and Vivo TV apps?

    It is very likely that you upgraded your computer to windows 10. If it is less than 28-30 days ago that upgrade, would have a chance to go back to windows 7. This is possible by clicking on the small papir in the right corner below only 'no new notifications or new notifications' If your only and press on all the settings-> press update of security &-> in the left, you should find one called "Recovery"-> under that with that you should have a return to windows 7.

    I have a computer with CVI 2010SP1 that I recently installed CVI 2012 on.  I've noticed now that every time that I create an installer with CVI 2010SP1 which includes the runtime of the ICB, it's now, including the 2012 CVI runtime engine.  My guess is that this is because the installation program of the ICB 2012 updated modules of fusion in C:\Program Files\Fichiers communs\Merge Modules that it seems like the two versions of the CVI go when building their installers.  My first thought is to some how get a copy of the merge 2010SP1 CVI modules and manually add those to the installer.  Would this work, or there at - it an easier way, I'm missing?  Thank you.

    Unfortunately for this case as CVI 2010 was made before the install side-by-side feature, it is recommended that if you want to create an application that uses only the CVI 2010 Run Time you will have to downgrade of the CVI Run-Time installation of the development machine (which has some aspects to know as mentioned in the article) or have a separate computer that can be used to create the 2010 CVI based distributions.

    To solve the problem... Had to go to the Lenovo site to download Realtek audio driver and it worked finally.

    Adobe PDF Services website is ok - but very few tools enabled. No changes
    The PAOC - downloaded and installed. No way to activate. -Uninstalled, reinstalled... Retains the same opening "your trial period has expired" BUY.

    I would say this:
    Go to Options > device > advanced > Applications then highlight the AppWorld application IF it shows up as installed and do not click it, just scroll to it. Click Menu > delete and remove the application.

    Now, do a restart: with the BlackBerry device powered on, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to restart.

    Finally, use your BlackBerry browser to go to the www.blackberry.com/appworld and download/install again.
    After installation and restarting possibly another, check your download folder or other frolders of application.

    I managed to solve the problem after having to deal with all the images in the directory/forms/java, I stopped all processes and even restart the server.

    Fortunately, it worked perfectly.

  • After the upgrade to Acrobat Reader DC, the toolbar to fill & sign is empty.

    I have a PDF file that I have to initial of every day, and I had trouble since upgrade to Adobe DC. When I open the toolbar to fill and sign, there are no options on the bar. If someone sign and saves the PDF file, I can then see the toolbar options when I reopen it. Here is a screenshot of the empty toolbar. How can I sign without depending on others to sign and save this first? Help, please!

    I have determined that this issue was related to the type of PDF I tried to sign. The PDF file has a field for the date. My understanding is that the initials of "drag and drop" are incompatible with the options 'form', so I think that the document should be one or the other. Curiously, however, you can create a stamp with your initials that works on the form to fill out, even if the initial tool does not work.

If I choose start windows normally, it will go to the screen where it says "starting windows" and go back to the Hp screen then to the same ' start windows normally or.. "screen.     It accepts DDR3 PC3-8500 or DDR3 PC3-10600. This means that it cannot agree to 12800. I have not tried 12800.

    You just bought a satellite SP10-304. Beautiful machine, but comes with XP Home edition. I've updated to XP Professional but seems to have lost the USB Ports. Device Manager indicates that they are working, but plug 'all' USB devices produces no reaction/recognition.

    Any ideas, please? What I put in the recovery disc and go back to XP Home?

    Have you installed Microsoft all MS on this unit?
    I recommend that you install all updates.

    Win XP Home uses the same drivers as WinXP. In this case, everything should work without any problems.
