Phone calls from showing in messages blackBerry Smartphones

It's maybe a stupid question, but I all the calls shown in the list of messages.  How can I get rid of these?

    This is the log of calls, separate messages...

    Open your Messages folder > press Menu > view folder > phone calls.

    You can see all and delete.

    No! Microsoft never this.  It's a scam and with various
    the names and phone numbers, those who become very common these days.

    In addition to their money get on your part to do anything of any value,
    If you leave them in your computer, which knows what losses they did are
    where confidential information they stole.

    So if you have done so, I highly recommend that you do both of the following
    immediately:

    1 do a clean reinstall of Windows.
    2. change all of your passwords, especially banks or other
    financial sites.

    These types of callers can use completely fictitious names or bogusly claim to be of real companies other than Microsoft as well.

    No, it is NOT legitimate.  It's a scam.  Don't need to.  Microsoft does NOT call people like that.

    Hi all, I got a phone call from a guy yesterday saying my computer downloaded currupt and Marie-Claire files and had asked, on behalf of microsoft, to contact me this was a business partner?, it was the Indian accent but did not speak good enough English if you listened well, at this point, he had my full attention that my computer was slow in the months , I explained that I had someone find and remove programs for me to speed it up, but it was persistent in getting me in front of the computer. I don't remember the name of the company, that he said, that he was but the phone number was 0206 something something? After reading this other storys hoax here had me calm worried, he explained that the problem needs to be fixed and I must say after testing to see if he was legitimate, he even said that he would put the supervisor on... He explained to me the same thing and although I challenged somemore on what it could be anyone he said sure, but were not trying to make that you are something weird to us, cannot remember everything exactly, but I said ill insatall a virus program myself, who while he became upset, saying big companys will charge you loads just go on your computer so that I can that I you Guide in that says im? Ultimately, and after reading the other storys peoples about these scams and calls after that I hung up on him which im happy I did it, he then phones me back saying today the problem has not been corrected, in an application for Mr. family name once again on your computer.     When he calls again, tell him that you save the phone message. Tell him to hear again, or you must notify the police for internet fraud. Then hang up.

    A few hours earlier, I received a phone call from someone claiming to be from Microsoft. TO NUMBER A BLOCKED (no caller ID).  Said that they were receiving messages from my computer it has been infected by a virus. I ran the two Windows Defender and Malwarebytes, and as MANY say that NOTHING malicious was detected.

    Please advise me how to proceed. I asked them to call back tomorrow.

    The longer you keep him talking, the greatest of his phone bill will be and it loses time to scam someone else.

    It's a SCAM! Microsoft does not make that neither have they partners that do and don't they hire contractors or individuals or even to find volunteers to do. There are probably thousands of these companies out there do every day - we get two or three posts like this (or more) each day ask about it. You are lucky who have recognized the scam enough not to be sucked in and eventually identify theft, infections, hacking your computer, convince you to buy software or services you either did not need or that do not really exist at all and all sorts of nefarious stuff. You'd be surprised how much contact us AFTER THAT that they realized they had been duped asking what to do. Don't waste time talking to these people, not give them any personal information it is, don't be fooled by what they can get allows you to see on the computer - in fact, not do anything they suggest on your computer or even to visit Web sites they recommend and for the love of God don't give them access to your computer.

    Microsoft knows this is happening, but with these companies popping up like dandelions, or closing and changing names when discovered and operating mainly from abroad, it would take an army of lawyers to sue each other. They do the best they can, but they are just too many and more added every day. People need to pay attention to these things. They occur not only by telephone, but also by e-mail, instant messaging, mail and all the ways imaginable. Forget not that Microsoft doesn't this and hang up or remove the emails or messages or mail from someone claiming that they do because they know the information on your computer or that you want to get information from you to confirm your account so that it will not be closed and asking you your name of user and password and all sorts of other personal information. Microsoft DO NOT!
