  When you are in the folder in the left panel tree, which is the look of the icon of the little folder of each of those newly imported subfolders? If they are empty, there is no file photo, if they have a drawing, they have files. It is possible that you have a filter, so don't forget that 'All media' are displayed in the title bar of the navigation area. If there is a 'all media' with a left triangle pointing to the left of the title bar, click it to see all media. Note that if a file has no image file but has subfolders using files, you may need to right-click on the icon for the master file and choose the last option, "show all subfolders".

  The files are MJPEG.

  When I double click on it in the Organizer window, I get audio, but no video.

  This is what worked for me to get the ability to print in Ubuntu 14.04. These aren't the most extensive instructions, I'm tired, so I apologize. I hope this will help you get started, please keep in mind that I am no expert so follow at your own risk. This assumes that you have already installed cups (it comes pre-installed with most distributions).

  Includes the following: download the Unified Driver Dell, moving some files and adding the printer via application printers of Ubuntu.

  1. download the universal driver of Dell on the link in my first post and unzip the files (in Ubuntu, you could double-click on and click on extract), which should give you a folder named cdroot, I will refer to this folder across.
