  I was wondering how to sync pictures with my blackberry? I did it in the past by connecting my blackberry on my Mac and using Blackberry Desktop Manager, but since an update (I think) now it does not give me the option to do so (see below). I can also copy and paste photos/images directly to the Blackberry from my mac. How to transfer pictures to my blackberry!

  Try to pull the battery with the phone, leave it for a minute or two, then replace it.

  Leave the BB restart completely 1-2 minutes. Try againg and let us know.

  The mass storage mode only works with a media card on the curve. I think that the "BOLD" is the only phone that can have the internal reader works in mass storage mode.

  You can use Roxio Media Manager (download Blackberry Desktop Manager with Media Manager if you don't have it). See this link for a demo.

  Hmmmm... acting a little different for me. When I highlight a photo and click on hide, it basically closes media/pic Viewer. The captain still. Have you tried navigation individual image? Of the House, click on the media icon and then click the menu button, then click Explore, then navigate to the folder where the image is, and click the menu button again. There is an option Show Hidden. Not sure if that will fix you upward because I can't really re-create your problem. Let us know if it does not work.

  If you stay at 9320 curve then more easiset way to do this is an Assistant to switch device using Desktop software.

  Or if you want to perform a selective restore to your new 9320 then first do a full backup of your old 9700 using desktop software. Once you have your backup connect your 9320 and run the software, select the device from software > restore > data choose selected since your last backup you did > scroll down the list and select only the password keeper and memo key data in this list, then click on apply.

  Then you can try upgrading the BBM to the latest version available for your device?

  Make that first make a local backup of your BBM contacts, after backup, delete or uninstall any existing version of your BlackBerry. On your home screen, go to Options > Advance Options > application > BlackBerry Messenger > delete BlackBerry Messenger of this list (highlight BBM press on the menu key and select delete)

  OK, so I've tried everything to try and solve my problems but have not been able to do. I hope that someone here might be able to help!

  First of all, I have accidentally hidden a picture by checking the "hide" field Now how do get it back you? I had a couple of my friends with the same phone try and figure that out it and they were not able. Anyone know?

  Second, when I choose a picture to my desktop wallpaper, it shows in a larger version in the upper left corner of the image. I me remember when I was picked as my background wallpaper, the image I have zoomed in on it before asking, but used the 'back' button to remove the zoom feature. Now, it doesn't matter what image I chose, I get in the top left corner, zoom appears on my paper painted - although it seemed normal before asking.

  Go to the preferences of the home screen and click Reset bottom. Then select another image, the problem returns?

  Follow these steps to display an image on the BlackBerry smartphone:

  3. Click on user.
  4. Click on photos.
