I used the 30 day trial on the (CC) photoshop and now I bought the app 1 month only downlowd the monkeys of lightroom and to show that I need to buy the CC, what to do?

Hello!
When I start the creative cloud, information that any programs not installed and I can download SP6. But I installed the latest versions of photoshop and lightroom works correctly.
My system is windows 7 64 Bit PC.
I had to uninstall the program creative cloud because he didn t react a few days ago. Then I installed again and now I have this wrong behavior.
Does anyone know how to tailor the program creative cloud correctly?

Make sure that you had not changed the language on creative cloud desktop
Also try to perform steps below
On the desktop creative cloud on the right side click gear icon and exit Creative Cloud App
Then right-click on the creative cloud desktop shortcut and choose Properties.
Then click on the Compatibility tab
In compatibility mode ' ' make sure that ' run this program in compatibility mode for "check-box is disabled."
If it is checked, uncheck it and click on apply, Ok. Then launch Creative Cloud application and try.

Second installation of Photoshop and Lightroom on new iMac showed that 30 days of testing
I just installed Photoshop and Lightroom on a second Mac and these versions are displayed in a 30-day trial. According to the T and C, I can legally install both products on 2 separate machines. How can I convince CC facilities on the new machine are not trial versions?

Hello! I have a 32-bit version of Windows 7 and I subscribed plan creative mgoe (CC 2015 Photoshop and Lightroom). Unfortunately when I try to use photoshop there is a ram (out of memory) error. I have a 8 giga of ram, and I have already raised the photoshop preference range.
It seems that the installation of a 32-bit version of Windows is your mistake. This limits each app to not more than 2-3 gigabytes, no matter how much RAM you install.

I bought a CC of Photoshop, Lightroom + bridge CC yesterday, paid for 1 year. In my creative cloud Manager, it seems that I have downloaded the trial versions of CC of Photoshop and Lightroom CC and also purchased versions. I don't know what I have to do. I created an adobe account and I am currently trying to install creative cloud in order to try the trial version of photoshop and lightroom, but I can't get insofar as the process of checking e-mail and adobe is sending the e-mail to my email from hotmail to nephews who is not associated with this account. He used my iMac in November but I only created this adobe account this week. His e-mail address is not linked to this account anyway... help. I really need to try out photoshop and lightroom and do not want to buy the monthly where the same problems occurs. Thanks in advance.

What you need to do is to get him to sign with the cloud on your computer, uninstall and clean all Adobe, then login with your account

I have a subscription to CC Photoshop and Lightroom. I bought a new Apple MacBook Pro last week. I had Adobe shadow my computer to download both programs on my computer. Downloads succeeded, but now my problem is that nothing has been transferred? I have photos and user presets on my old computer in lightroom, but nothing transferred. Also, it is show on this computer I have 5 Lightroom, but team support pulled up to my account today and downloaded lightroom cc if it still means something. I am a new photographer and green not computer savvy. I am totally confused with no further assistance from Adobe.
It's pretty normal. All your images are always on your old computer and you transfer those to your new computer. Just transfer them as well as your catalog file and opens in Lightroom on the new computer. For presets, you need to transfer files, preferences and presets that are hidden in folders hidden on the Mac. Therefore, with the Mac, when I update the machines, I'm usually just restore from a backup on the new computer (very easy with Time Machine backups) or directly from the old machine (a little harder). This will give all files and settings and the software installed on the old machine immediately and you can just continue. Is not something that Adobe can really help you with either said by the way, but you might have someone from the Apple Store help you with that, if you are not comfortable with moving files to a new computer.
Cc of Lightroom is simply a version update of Lightroom 5. CC requires a monthly subscription that pay you apparently. You did not use the software you pay for if you use 5 Lightroom on the old machine.

Creative cloud does not use a serial number and creative cloud subscribers for not having any serial number associated with their programs. Creative cloud subscribers use their adobe ID to activate their programs.
Download and install the desktop creative cloud application (after signing with your adobe - the same as that used to pay for your creative cloud subscription ID), https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
Open the office application (a shortcut will be on your desktop) > click applications, and then select the programs you want to install.
the desktop application gives you access to the cs6, cc, cc 2014 and cc 2015 apps. and probably more in the future.
