Photoshop and Lightroom through creative cloud update
I try to update Photoshop and Lightroom through the creative cloud but responds after a few second "No access to the Adobe server - please check your firewall and try again" tried several times in the last 24 hours and I checked the (non-active) firewall solutions?
He updated now and it seems that it is in the account, there was something off. I tried to close the session, and then reconnect you and re - enable all settings.

I have a subscription of CC photo by using photoshop and lightroom. I own Acrobat Pro XI. My desktop creative cloud app keeps saying to update Acrobat DC? I am not a subscriber to the DC?

I would like to inform you that you're not subscribe to the Acrobat DC as is the latest version of the Acrobat program & as you XI Acrobat Pro & Cloud membership for photoshop & lightroom, you keep getting the message to upgrade to Acrobat Pro DC (latest version). If you have Acrobat Pro XI subscription, then you can also install the latest version that is Acrobat Pro DC.
If you XI Acrobat pro as serialized product then you must buy Acrobat Pro DC as improved version.

But when I opened creative Claud, I read that photoshop and lightromm will be a version of Prov. again for three weeks. My subscription is active, but applications are being tested.

I bought a CC of Photoshop, Lightroom + bridge CC yesterday, paid for 1 year. In my creative cloud Manager, it seems that I have downloaded the trial versions of CC of Photoshop and Lightroom CC and also purchased versions. I don't know what I have to do. You can use creative cloud all products on 2 computers at the same time. So just install it on any other device.

I created an adobe account and I am currently trying to install creative cloud in order to try the trial version of photoshop and lightroom, but I can't get insofar as the process of checking e-mail and adobe is sending the e-mail to my email from hotmail to nephews who is not associated with this account. He used my iMac in November but I only created this adobe account this week. His e-mail address is not linked to this account anyway... help. I really need to try out photoshop and lightroom and do not want to buy the monthly where the same problems occurs. Thanks in advance.

What you need to do is to get him to sign with the cloud on your computer, uninstall and clean all Adobe, then login with your account
Disconnect the TWO accounts... Uninstall... to run vacuuming...
