I installed Photoshop and Lightroom CC programs by creative cloud, but after 30 days expired programs. The payment is in discount on my credit card. I can't open these programs because Adobe ask activation or the code number.

I recently changed the laptops on my old laptop I downloaded after payment of the annual fee for her photoshop and lightroom. Since the evolution of the laptop when I connect it it says my trial has expired, but I paid and it won't let me download. Lightroom opens just enough to add a watermark and photoshop, not at all. I have Photoshop webdesign and Design Premium I bought in 2012. Today, he wants a payment to open my Photoshop I own or start a trace. Yes, you do not have Adobe Design Premium CS5.5.
When you open Photoshop, there is a possibility of "license this software" you need to choose and enter your serial key to allow.
Once you enter your serial key, it should be allowed under your account and you do not have to buy it again.
Make sure that you open the right program and version.

How can I return my Photoshop and Lightroom? It is showing them that tests and Photoshop is over and Lightroom ends soon. I have a monthly fee that I pay for Photoshop and Lightroom and it appears in my account and getting out of my control.

In my creative cloud Manager, it seems that I have downloaded the trial versions of CC of Photoshop and Lightroom CC and also purchased versions. I don't know what I have to do. My Adobe CC membership has expired, and I downgraded to the Photoshop and Lightroom package. My Mac is offline for about 2 months and now I can't get into Photoshop or Lightroom. When I connect my account all that I see is the old plan expired with no mention of the demotion to Photoshop and Lightroom. Payment for the decommissioned package is taken.

Above all, this fix is for a Mac based system. You have installed Cloud creative application.
My original problem was that I connect Adobe with the wrong email ID to join the new plan I would be implemented.
However, there was other technical issues that needed to sort my user error as well.
The steps that I was guided to take are was ~
> Open a Finder window. Choose go > go to folder. Type ~/Library and press return.
> Open Applications Support > Adobe and you will be able to see an OOBE folder.
> Open the OOBE folder and delete the file opm.db.
> Open the activity monitor and exit all running applications creative cloud by double clicking on them and selecting exit.
> Launch the creative cloud app and connect you with the correct email ID. The plan of Adobe you want should be there and the apps should run OK. In this case, all the preferences of Photoshop and the plugins have been restored so.

You can install it on as many computers as you want, but you can't have two computers "signed.," and you can use only one computer at a time. Your Adobe ID and the word password that you used to buy the PS is your activation code.

I have photoshop and lightroom install on a laptop and a desktop through the creative cloud. Last week my laptop had a failure or a failure of the CPU motherboard. Anyway its dead. According to my understanding, you only need to install the cloud on the new machine and sign in using your account id/code. This should close autonatically of other activations you have. You can then connect to the desktop again.

You can't have three activations. It is simply not possible technically. If and when the time comes, just disable you / disconnect is on one of the old systems and install it on the new. If the system goes belly up, you contact support to reset your account. No need to make it more complicated than that and resist it.
