• To "create new layers and other features of the paid Version of Photoshop Elements 14

  I brought and downloaded Photoshop elements 14 in March and still learn to use it.  I'm editing a RAW file and tried to use the functions of layers by opening the layers panel. Once it opens, I can see my photo RAW showed that the background layer and was partially closed. I tried to hit the "create new layer button but it is disabled.  Even at the second button, which is the "create new fill or adjustment layer".  I was wondering if it's a software problem? Since I paid because he doesn't understand why some features of the software are disabled.  Help, please!

  Elements has never supported 16 - bit layers.

  FAQ: Why Photoshop Elements is less expensive? What is different about Photoshop?

  This has nothing to do with trial versions.

  When you change in the raw converter, you can set the menu in the middle of the bottom line to 8 bits.

  Or you can open 16 - bit, use the global changes of the editor without layers (the only edits where 16-bit is useful) then convert 8 - bit to layer or detail work.

• Photoshop CS6 batch automate background not cropping

  Hello. I use Photoshop CS6 to automate batch processing. I am of culture/resize the image. My action is: 1 810px at 96 DPI x 1080px culture 2. Save for web 3. close. I tried both of the substitution of registration with the substitution of registration. I don't have only one layer in the file, which is the image, set as background and is locked (by default when you open images). The first few images are fine, but eventually most of them look like this:

  Your images are probably not the same size as the image that you used to create the action. I think that action will place the crop in the same place for each image pixel. This isn't a relative location, but absolute location. If your crop on the small images exceeds the image canvas.

• Printing from Photoshop CS6 to new Canon Pixma Pro-100 shrunken output?

  When you print 8.5 x 11 "Photoshop cs6 (any size) on the new Canon Pixma Pro100, it prints about 25 percent of the correct size.  Starting up page & vprinter settings checked, together correctly this is a file I printed often previous printer (canon pro 9000) without problem. I deleted and added the new printer to queue in the preferences. I'm confused as to what could cause this problem. Adobe compatibility? or the new pro 100 Canon printer driver? any advice?  Should I remove folder utiliities Canon. (I had a hellish time, installation of the printer software, gave up to get wireless to work, so its usb plugged). But why some files psd print properly, often the first attempts to print are narrowed, but then get corrected, but some I can't get the file to print anything, but this small size! maddening! very grateful for any advice. I'm on deadline! (Photoshop cs6, Yosemite)

  Try this out.

  • Press and hold the SPACEBAR button before you click on file > print

  And then try to print and verify that you get the same result.

  I am trying to download my photoshop cs6 on my new laptop (which is not a hard drive). I disabled it from my old laptop, but when I go to my products in my adobe account, it is said that it is still registered.

  You should be able to activate the new installation without problem.

  You only register your products once and they remain enrolled for life.  Registration is not the same thing as their activation.  There is nothing that you can find which might indicate that, but if you it disabled on the old machine is probably disabled.  (Disabling is not related to an uninstall - those who are separated from the tasks).

  Your license allows you to have two active facilities, so if you want, you can keep the original as a backup installation.

• Photoshop CS6 PSD lose layers

  Hi, my Photoshop CS6 PSDS are getting flattened if it is open to all previous versions of Photoshop, despite not saved just opened.  When I open again the original to the CS6, all layers are merged.  Where there were 12 layers, there is now a.  This causes a lot of problems.  Please notify.

  Yes, thank you, Conroy.  Now, I think of what was the real basis behind my post above.  Is that the save operation under PDF has shaved the image, it has disabled the option that Conroy has shown for subsequent operations.

  You can reproduce it like this:

  1. open a layered document.

  2. record slot - PDF, clear keep editing functions.

  3. record slot - PSD, note that the above checkbox is now OFF.

  

  It is a nasty witch hunt, and while small warning symbol is there, it is not that noticeable.  Perhaps Adobe should draw the border red around him, as we did.

  If you update your photoshop cs6 to the camera raw 7.1 plugin, which should open files camera raw Nikon D800 in photoshop cs6.

  Update, the simplest method is to go to photoshop cs6 Help menu and choose updates to download and install the camera raw 7.1 as well as other updates of photoshop cs6 which may be available.

• Create new layers of text

  This is a minor issue, but I would like to know if there is a response.

  Each of the text areas are separate layers. I press 't', place the cursor where I want to place the text and start typing.

  When I want to create the following text layer, I can't just type 't' even once. First, I have to click on a different layer in the layer panel. Then I can click on 't', the cursor again, then enter the next layer.

  Also if I want to place the text layer after you're done filling, I can't just click "V". I have to click another layer int the front layer panel I can click on 'V', select, then the layer on the position.

  Is it possible to avoid having to click on a different layer in the layer panel before starting a new text layer or move.

  I think that your text is not engaged before trying to make a new text object. You must first validate the text you're working on. (Make a new layer or by clicking on a another layer also commits the text, which is what you see right now).

  Also do not forget that it is not necessary to go to the move tool to reposition your text, while you do the text and are always in text-editing mode, if you move your cursor to the text object, it automatically becomes the move tool. Move the text to the position desired and then validate.

  I am trying to create a pdf file for my company to regularly use the packing list. Generally, this packing list is generated by our software, but our software was not designed primarily for delivery and purchase and lack of functionality. With complex or revised orders, we must create our own documents and I wanted to create something that could be used as a standard that reflects what the software has generated.

  Thus, the document itself. Packing lists (or invoices or purchase orders, according to what is required at this time) have a number of elements arranged in a table with properties. These properties is the name of the item, description, how many rooms, the price, the size of the container, etc. Simple packing lists have three or four points that all fit on one page but larger orders have elements which extend into several pages, ending with a 'total' for all areas.

  My question is, is - it possible ot create a table in Adobe Acrobat, DC format that allows me to create a dynamic array that can be extended (with additional lines) when necessary on another page or several pages? Table if it makes a difference, each page would have a header and a footer (information for the transport and logistics) for this 'dynamic' table would be sandwiched between these two areas.

  EDIT: I've been looking around and, I hope that Adobe Acrobat DC has this feature, but it seems the best way to acchieve that is via Adobe Live Cycle Designer, which fortunately, my supervisor has a copy. This youtube video explains, in an overview, exactly what I want to do and how to do it through this program. Perhaps that will help someone in the future who also Live Cycle:

  As you have found, it's more a characteristic of the LCD and not Acrobat. It is possible to add new fields in Acrobat, but there is no "dynamic table". It must be done manually.

  Another option is to create a template page with additional fields and then reproduce a copy of it when necessary.

• Can the workspace of Photoshop CS6/interface be resized when the bottom is bleeding off the screen?

  I realize that this is perhaps a silly question...

  The cs6 window-space to work/interface can be shortened in height when the lower corners cannot be seized?  The top of the interface is at the top of the computer screen.  I can't drag the interface to the top above.  Y at - it a keyboard shortcut?  I tried searching forums and websites and impossible to find a solution.

  Too bad.  It just click button at top left and resizes window on the screen.  Pretty obvious.

• I can't stop the Blob brush, create new layers, or painting on layers other than the one intended?

  I'm having trouble with the tool BLOB brush. I applied to a layer clipping mask, and I'm pain inside. If I paint touching the object in the layer it works fine, but if it doesn't touch or touches a layer above the I targeted that has the same color, then paint on a new layer, or on the top layer. Is it possible to disable this option? It's frustrating the dick out of me.

  Basically, it's how the blob Brush tool is supposed to work.

  What you could do:

  -isolate an object or a group existing, then paint.

  -block the other layers that you don't want painted.
