  2. move all the files under Auto recover on the desktop

  3. launch Photoshop CC2015 and go to Edit > Preferences > Performance > uncheck the option "use graphics processor.

  4. Restart Photoshop and see if that solves your problem.

It is so bad to the point where I can't even do ctrl + alt + delete to get to the Task Manager or right click on the taskbar and clicking Start Task Manager.

  16.0 GB of ram

  64-bit operating system

  AMD radeon hd 7700 series

  Any help would be great. Every time I tried to do a different test, it freezes and I had to do a hard reboot every time. I don't even get a blue screen of death, everything stops.
