Photosmart 7510 - calendar begins with Sunday

Hello

I have a 7510 all-in-1. The calendar application that allows you to print a calendar sstarts monthly Sunday as the first day. How can we change this?

Thank you

All applications are either owners of HP, or are created by society as wrought with HP to create the application.  To the best of my knowledge, HP has not published the language used to write print applications and does not intend to.  I'm sorry.

I recently changed my wireless router to work on the 5.4 ghz band and my HP Photosmart 7510 suddenly stopped working.  Turned back on and it works fine.  I guess the 7510 can't 5.4 ghz?  Can someone please confirm?

I don't know of a wireless printer that supports the 5 GHz band.  As the series limited to roughly half that of the 2.4 Ghz band, manufacturers are reluctant to put it in the printer.   They will always have to say "not move the printer closer to your router.

  • When I scan documents with HP Photosmart 7510 ADF, how can I stop the pages to be marked?

    Hello

    I use a HP Photosmart 7510 (model No. C311a, product no. CQ877B)

When I scan documents using the automatic document feeder, they are more often (80%) marked left.  It seems to be caused by the wheel which initially grabs the book.  It provokes a black spot of the width of the wheel to be left on the page.

The mark appears about a quarter turn to the bottom of the page and is about 1/2 cm in height, but is very sensitive.  Sometimes, another brand is left a little further down the page and sometimes these two brands are accompanied by a very reduced, but still noticeable grey banner (again I believe caused by the wheel).

The brand is very visible not only on the scanned now but also (of course) in the pdf file that result, and since I'm on this printer for things like job applications, it's not big.

Other people know about this?  If Yes, is it possible to fix it or must return the defective printer?

    See you soon,.

    Hello silverShnoop

Such problems can sometimes be caused by dirty rollers or the parts of the ADF (automatic document feeder). The following instructions (whereas for a different problem) contain instructions for the cleaning of the AAD.

The ADF (ADF) captures no paper

There is another article that could help as well. It contains instructions for cleaning the scanner glass.

  • Cannot start the installation for Photosmart 7510

Try to install the drivers for my 7510. I can't find my CD, so I downloaded the driver. When I try to install the driver for the complete package, the file itself, unpacks the computer thinks on this issue for a second and then more nothing. I also tried automatically detect it and install, and which does the same thing. I got a deskjet, 4100 home before this machine before, but I uninstalled all the software for it. I even ran Ccleaner and deleted a few HP registry entries after the problem started. The old printer has been disconnected from the computer. I checked the Task Manager, and I don't see that anything that looks like it could be installation listed in the listed processes. The printer is already connected to the network, and I've never connected it via USB. Computer is a Windows 7 64 based Q6600 2.4 GHz self-construction

    Thoughts from anyone?

    Hi robcorbin,

When the download download files extracted, they are placed in a hidden temp folder. The best way to access the files is to type folder in the find programs and files and look for a folder beginning with 7z? In the folder, you will find the setup.exe file to install the printer. If you are still unable to install it in this way, the download file was damaged during download, and you will need to download the file again from the link below. Let me know what you find?

  • HP Photosmart 7510 won't use photo black ink

I have a photosmart 7510 printer and I am printing from microsoft word 2010 on a windows 8. I print a word with no pictures in document. Printer preferences are on plain paper with normal quality. I can't the printer to use the XL Black ink cartridge. It only uses photo black ink. Is there a setting that I can choose to let him use the regular black ink?

    Hi shirsar,

I understand that you have a Photosmart 7510 which seems to use a lot more than regular black ink black photo. I'm sorry to hear that, but think I can help you with a solution.

You can set the printer to use only black ink when printing from the PC and ensures that it uses black ink and no ink picture. My instructions will be set up in the pilot if he does for all programs (if you just want to program it please let me know, and I advise you more). You'll want to start by going to your start screen, and simply start typing devices and printers, and you want to open that (if that is not in the work Panel type and then proceed to open devices and printers). Once the devices and printers is open, right-click on your Photosmart 7510 icon and select Printing Preferences. You'll want to then click on the Advanced Options button at the bottom right of the screen. The next page that appears will allow you to set the printer to use black ink only when printing from the PC (please follow the screenshot below for any clarification).

Hope this helps, have a nice day!

  • Photosmart 7510 - black ink cartridge does not print

Recently, I replaced the ink cartridges on my Photosmart 7510 C311A. These are all the "genuine HP cartridges ', full.

Black ink (with the symbol of the Pentagon) does not print, not at all. I ran through the standard troubleshooting steps:

    Cleaning of printheads

    Cleaning of copper contacts

    * Check for a good evacuation

My colleague in the corridor as the printer even so I borrowed his black ink cartridge and tried: same problem. The printer does not record that there is a problem, but when I run printing tests, where there should be a black ink, there is absolutely none. All other colors print correctly.

The printer doesn't lack NOT of the printer "align" test however does not offer a suggestion of what to do from there. I've not seen - in test reports - an indiciation of the misalignment.

Suggestions on what to do now?

I had the same problem. I had replaced the empty cartridge black and suddenly, no ink. Finally, what has worked is
    (1) I removed all the cartridges and cleaned the copper connectors with wet Publix.
    (2) I got a wet paper towel and he pressed repeatedly on the silver circular vent that would be under the black cartridge. I did until no black came. Let it dry.
    (3) I replaced all the cartridges and on the printer. I went to tools/clean the cartridge. I did it a couple of times and he finally printed black ink! I confirmed by going to tools/align, and align the cartridges successfully. He had kept before crashes when the black ink did not work.

  • Can multiple Photosmarts (7510 and C309g) be configured to scan on the same computer?

I have an Acer PC Windows 7 with an AMD Athlon X II processor, 4 GB of RAM.

I have Photosmart C309g and everything-each 7510, both connected via wi - fi, using different IP addresses that are not in conflict with other devices on my network.

I executed the complete installation for both HPs.

I can print either, but I can scan only using the 7510.

When I open the HP scan diagnostic, it does recognize that the 7510 - the c309g is not yet listed.

I noticed only 7510 application record contains a HP scan application and it also recognizes that the 7510.

There is no application scan c309g folder.  I tried Win 7 Windows Fax and Scan application but that also recognizes as the 7510.

    1. is there a way to configure the system so that it can print and scan from these two Photosmarts?

    2. If the scanning using a 7510 and c309g does not work, could I use a 7510 both a 7520?

    Hello Osiris43,

Welcome to the HP forums! I understand that you are unable to scan a document using the Photosmart Premium C309.

You should have two printers scanning capabilities, because they have a different software. The Photosmart printer using the Solution Center and the Photosmart 7510 uses the Printer Wizard.

I suggest you uninstall/reinstall the software Photosmart Premium C309. Please follow these steps:

Please follow this HP document uninstalling the software of the printer.

Then, perform a clean boot on your computer. I'll give you a Microsoft document on this step here.

Now, install the full features on the site of HP software here. Choose your operating system that is appropriate; 32-bit or 64-bit.

Once installation is complete, please click on the document to Microsoft, and "how to reset the computer to start normally after a clean boot."

Please send me your troubleshooting steps.

  • Photosmart 7510 C311a: Bought used Photosmart 7510 C311a and does not allow me to print

    Good afternoon everyone,

New to the Forum and took a look around to see if my problem could be fixed, however, I was not able to locate a suitable to my printer. I recently bought a printer Photosmart 7510 of second hand without a usb connection or installation of the cd. I managed to hook the printer up to my wireless network and test prints however, when I try to print something in the computer itself, the printer will not be displayed to draw. I pulled up the devices on my home screen, and it allows me to choose this printer as my favorite. I try to run the troubleshooting option and he answers, "the WSD print device driver is not installed. Install the latest driver for the device. I click on the option 'Apply this correction' and she comes back with him could not be installed because there was no driver found. I tried to download the right driver, but it is yet to be found on my computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  • Touch screen cracked Photosmart 7510

A slight crack appeared on the touch screen of our Photosmart 7510. It does not seem to influence what that except the copy, but we use it a lot so it is important. Does anyone have experience with this? We better try to get it fixed (I did not to HP again because we are not under warranty) or it would make as much sense to just buy a new.

I do not think that the screen is cracked but the cover plastic. It's just a hairline from the lower right corner thanks to the black buttons and color on the copy parameter.

    Thanks for any idea.

You could call HP and get an estimate, assuming it's fixable.  Other that that, might want to buy a new.

  • Pavilion a6312p: Photosmart 7510 prints blank page

I have a HP Photosmart 7510, who served me well for over a year until what I tried to use it today.  I tried to print a letter in Microsoft Word 2010, and the printer produces a blank page.  The ink levels are good, in fact, I have a brand new black and photo black installed this week.  I tried to print a test page and nothing printed except the logo of Microsoft of color and words, printer Windows-Page of Test, the text is so light that I could barely read.  I have cleaned the printheads twice, and represented the test page with the same result.  I don't know what else to do.  The HP Scan and print doctor said all control very well.

I used the printer every day since the installation of the new black cartridges and it was working fine until today, so I know this isn't the issue.  I hope there, can someone give me an overview of this issue.

    Hi bankercop,

I see that you have a hard time getting black ink for printing with the Photosmart 7510, I would like to offer a suggestion. Have you tried cleaning the print head manually?

Accumulation of ink can lead to this problem and the own automatic does not built / dried ink in the head.

Although this guide: 'Is missing or does not have the print head' or "Print head is not detected, missing or not installed correctly" appears for HP Photosmart e-all-in-one 7510 Printer series, addresses, a print head missing, the cleaning steps are the same.

I hope this helps you. See you soon!
