  Hi, I have recently bought a new computer with windows 8.1 and not able to install the software for my printer. I managed to find the driver, but every time that I downloaded the driver arrives in French or another language but never English. The computer is in English, windows is English, but I'm in France. I have the region, zone time, put in place for the United Kingdom, but still the pilot arrived in French and its driving me crazy. How the hell do I change the language so I can set up the software for the printer in English? Why are there none had a drop down to select the desired language, its crazy. I'm now left with a printer, I can't use, can someone please help. I forgot to say the printer is set up in English. Please help its driving me crazy!

  I understand that you are in France, but here the software in English. I see that you have selected UK for your time and the region, but we will try something else.

  Go to the control panel and select clock, language and region, and then select change regions. On the Format tab, select English (United States). On the location tab you have the United States in the current location of falling down and then select apply. This will ensure that the browser will launch the appropriate default region and the software should install in English too.

  Can you explain if this happens with all pages or only PDF files open with Firefox 29,0? If it's from PDF files, I have been informed that this a bug that will be fixed by an update published Friday morning time Pacific.

  A new firmware to restore the ePrint feature are available on hp.com, however it is currently available for MS Windows :

  I don't know if / when it wil become available for Mac OS, that's why I suggest you get a Windows PC and update of the printer, if you can have such an or can borrow a laptop to a member, family, etc.

  I'm trying to set up my printer HP Photosmart 6520 for the first time.

  The printer is connected to my wireless router.

  My computers and iPads can access and print using the printer.

  BUT when I try to use Web tools

  (1) product update,

  (2) activate ePrint or

  (3) enable Web Services

  I get the error message USELESS "Problem connecting to the server of Web Services"

  I am able to connect to the Internet using a web browser, so I don't have an ISP issue.

  I'll put in place the printer at home behind a NetGear wireless router.

  The implementation for the browser does not use a proxy, so I have no proxy information.

  Is anyone able to help.

  Since your d\ownlaod PC and install the latest firmware of printer below, this is essential to maintain a connection with the server web services:

• HP Photosmart 7525: Scanning under MacOS Sierra is no longer working.

  Recently upgraded to MacOS Sierra (MacOS 10.12).  Since then, my HP Photosmart 7525 is no longer allow me to save the scans to the computer.  The "Save" button is gray and impossible to be clicked.  He'll copy, print and scan documents, I just can no longer save to my computer.

  When I enter the HP utility > settings > scan settings > scan to the computer, the software scans my system, then gives me an error message that says:

  I completely uninstalled the old driver software (which says that HP should run on any Mac OS after 10.6) and reinstalled the latest drivers that it is compatible for the 10.11 and later.  I always get the same answer.  Printer will print, will copy, will scan, but not save to the computer.

  Yes, I already rebooted one device at a time, and Yes, I disconnected and reconnected all devices in separately.

  Recently upgraded to MacOS Sierra (MacOS 10.12).  Since then, my Photosmart HP 7520 is no longer will allow me to scan or save the scans to the computer.  The "Save" button is grayed out and cannot...  HP must send the updated drivers that resolve the problem very soon.

  Trash the older Scan Utility as he said? Who did it for me. Maybe try to restart after that? And restart the printer too?

• Photosmart B110a: eprint problems after Windows upgrade 10

  The printer lives in my office, plugged into a Mac.  My laptop connects wireless to it.  You use Windows 7, the laptop could connect to it as a network printer via the Mac, which required that the Mac be turned on, or directly using eprint, requiring only the printer.  After upgrading to Windows 10 I re-installed the printer as a network printer and everything's fine but eprint does not at all.  I downloaded the latest version and I get a 'eprint + Jetadvantage' device in my list of installed printers, but if I select to print anything it either nothing happens.  The call to the top properties of the printer shows an error message saying "eprint driver is not installed on this computer.  You want to install it now? ».  This leads to a "pilot Add Printer Wizard" which lists a driver of HP eprint.  Try to install this product a message that I am about to add the following driver "HP ePrint, x 86, Type 3 - User Mode" but nothing seems to happen and I still get the missing pilot error.  I uninstalled and reinstalled several times without success.  I ran the HP Scan doctor and print, but it can't even connect to the eprint printer.

  Welcome to the HP support forums.

  I understand that after upgrading to Windows 10 that you can no longer use the driver ePrint.

  The first thing I want to address is the "ePrint + Jetadvantage".

  It is not the driver ePrint have you need or want. I will not go into too many details about it, but it's a commercial product and the Photosmart B110a is not supported. It would be best to uninstall this piece of software.

  I'm curious about something. How is the printer is not on a local network with other devices? How is it, you chose to go through the Mac? Why not have the printer on Wifi and having the laptop connect without having to go through the Mac? Maybe I'm missing a part of the installation, but this seems more complicated then it must be.
