9.3.1 planning.
A planning application has been created a few years ago. It was created under a MSAD account. This has been removed as the person on the left. There are security problems with the filters that I try to work properly, but import and export utility security security do not run as the owner of the app is not valid. I tried the admin user for the purpose of commissioning and running the update and made available to users utils. This has the admin user in the hsp_users table. I then stopped planning and inserts the sid of the user 50001. I restarted the planning. I get get in the app, but less to manage security filters, the owner has not changed and the utils I've not always run. If I use another user, I get an error "failed admin user identification" or the administrative user no matter what I try.
Any ideas?

NathanIn the table HSP_USERS I change the former owner of the application to the role of 0, then define the new role of administrator to 3 so they will become the owner of the application, and then restart planning.

I've just updated to Version 2015.009.20069 in the last day or two and have an annual plan for Acrobat DC Pro that is about to expire in December. I am now unable to change PDF files, in particular I want to delete a page in a document but cannot. Can you advise please?
What "update you"?
Did you install Adobe Acrobat Reader to thing of error that you were "updated" your version of Acrobat? If so, you should always have Acrobat on your system. Open and use the file > Open to open your pdf files.
And if it works, you need to change your file associations to use Acrobat to open PDFs instead of the free software Acrobat Reader.

Question 1: The button "Buy now" does not work when you select a plan.
How to reproduce the problem:
1. go in terms of pricing and membership creative cloud | Adobe Creative Cloud
2. choose a plan, then click on 'buy now '.
3. you go to a blank page instead of the next steps in the payment.
Question 2: Can not select "Monthly Plan" for a "unique App."
How to reproduce the problem:
1. go into "https://creative.adobe.com/plans".
2. under "Unique App", select a product and then try to select the "monthly Plan" in the second menu drop-down.
3. for some reason, it isn't get selected and the price is replaced with the ellipsis (...). I expect the monthly price to appear.
