  • Windows Media Player cannot play back the video DVD.

    Windows Media Player cannot play back the video DVD. You may need to adjust your Windows display settings. Open display settings in Control Panel, and then try to lower your screen resolution and color quality settings.

    Original title: Windows Media Player cannot play back the video DVD. You may need to adjust your Windows display settings. Open display settings in Control Panel, and then try to lower your screen resolution and color quality settings.

    I was troubleshooting video playback issues throughout the morning after the reconstruction of a machine with a fresh install of W7 Ultimate, shot a few questions there.

    The first and foremost reason I couldn't play THE VIDEOS was due to the ATI Rage video card that was in the machine, proved that this card was not compatible for playback of DVD video on W7.  No problem with the system of video files (.avi, .mpg, .mp4, etc.), only reading DVD.  Disabling this card and media player running with a standard VGA device allowed me to play regular DVD movies very well.

    Another question, I stumbled on was with burned copies of the DVD, it turned out that my system DVD players, (2, one is a HP630E and the other is a typical ATAPI DVD DD internal 8 x 16), have a problem with playing movies engraved on DVD - RW discs.  Playing discs DVD-R worked well on this system.

    So in your case I try to disable the video device and let the system first use a VGA Standard, if your video plays well then check with the making of video for a updated driver device, saying "you have made any changes" does not mean that the system did not have a bad patch somewhere...

  • Declare a cursor that can be played back in array of type

    Hello

    I have a problem - how to declare a cursor that can be played back in array of type.

    create or replace type testType as object
    (
      dokid number(10),
      name varchar2(20)
    );

    CREATE OR REPLACE TYPE testTableType AS TABLE OF testType;

    procedure test(
         author in number
    )
    is
      tempTable testTableType := testTableType();
      --cursor type should be changed
      curs out sys_refcursor;
    begin
         --open cursor
         open curs for
         select documentID, documentName from documents;

         --loop that fetches data
         loop
              FETCH curs
              BULK COLLECT INTO tempTable LIMIT 100;
              --need bulk collect as table has too many records if used without bulk
              EXIT WHEN curs %NOTFOUND;
              --do some work with temp table
              DBMS_OUTPUT.put_line(tempTable .count || ' rows');
         end loop;
         close curs;

    end test;

    First question is why want you to loop through data of cursor? Do it in SQL directly, it is the fastest way to do it.

    What about fixing your code, you can go. Code in RED are which I changed.

    test procedure
    (
    the author number
    )
    is
    tempTable testTableType: = testTableType();

    curs sys_refcursor;
    Start
    Open the curs
    for
    Select testtype (documentID, documentName) in documents;

    loop
    FETCH Curs
    bulk collect into temptable limit 100;
    dbms_output.put_line (TEMPTABLE. Count | "lines");
    When exit curs % notfound;
    end loop;

    close the curs;
    end test;

  • Audio play back well on some devices, no other

    A very strange thing that happens with an audio track that I'm editing for a video, with the help of hearing and the first. This is audio from a file video .h264/AAC. Everything seems fine on my machine, but when some people watch the video or listen to only the audio track, the sound becomes glitchy and barely audible. He plays for some people very well, not for others. I knew that there was a problem, because someone told me that what they meant to their end. I can't reproduce the problem on my computer.

    This is where it gets strange: on mobile phones, it is almost always a problem. However, if you use a headset or speakers, the audio is great. Disconnect the headphones/speakers and the audio is glitchy again.

    I've tried several things: editing and export Quicktime 7, Audacity, Audition, Final Cut Pro 7 and always with the same results. Any format/codec, compressed or not compressed: it's the same thing if it's an aif, wav, mp3.

    Here is a sample of the video on Vimeo:

    https://Vimeo.com/134962721

    And just the audio on Soundcloud:

    SonkaInterviewEdit by AgentGrifray | Free listen on SoundCloud

    Has anyone ever come across anything like this? What could cause an audio file work on some devices and others not? Why a device would not be able to play a file via its internal speakers, but can, when it is connected to speakers/headphones?

    Thanks for any help!

    The problem is that the audio file that you have produced is essentially a mono file of double track. However, there is a reversal of phase on one track compared to the other. So it seems to read OK on a stereo system but the audio will almost completely cancel on a system that only plays back as mono.

    Therefore restate your audio by reversing a track. Re-record and it should then probably play OK on everything.

  • Audio clips do not play back on the new devices from Apple and Android

    Hola,

    Successfully exported and load a video on youtube.  Unfortunately discovered audio excerpts do not play back on latest Android and Apple devices, but being of other clips.

    It doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason.  a lot of audio tracks, but I only have a problem with the two voices.  and select clips on the two tracks do not play back - it's not all one and nothing on the other hand, some play, some don't.

    video and audio play fine on most devices and computers, but on a privileged few, these audio clips are missing.

    PP CS6, exported in h.264 mpeg file.  audio is uncompressed 16-bit.

    Help.

    Florian

    I don't know if it's kosher to answer your own questions.  Understood that after about 4 hours of troubleshooting...

    reduced to all THE AUDIO CAPTURED on a PARTICULAR DAY.

    in figures, this bad paired audio audio the other day who played back fine: wav 48 kHz, 16 bit,.

    found a thread (http://www.videomaker.com/forum/topic/audio-channelscancelling-each-other-out) that mentioned stereo audio where one side is out of step with each other, when read by a mono speaker (some apple and android devices, but not all) it will cancel out (can still be heard, soundtrack and effects).  When reading through the headphones or stereo speakers, you can tell that she is out of step.  Something trying to convert the stereo signal to mono cancelled the progressive audio funny.

    My dose was hard pan the audio tracks, solo, export only one mono aac audio, re - import the sound signal of a new track, and I settled for the mono voices above.

    hope this helps-

    -Yes, thank you-

  • Video does not play back. Clips are blacking out.

    Not sure why my videos don't play back in the Viewer. Audio seems to be well - all of this. Some clips are "dead".  It has not been done until I stopped and restarted.  I stopped him because some clips were black in the clip project tree, while the timeline plays very well.  After stopping and restarting the computer, the clip project browser is a little better, BUT my calendar was wrong.

    Here's a video to see my videos and what's going on:

    I would try first choice of deletion, then eliminate all make files.

    Hi Rains27,

    1. were you able to play the same DVD sooner?
    2. must arrive with a particular DVD or all of them?
    3. do you have a DVD decoder installed on your computer?
    4. you use starter edition of windows 7?
    5. What is the resolution on your computer?
    6. have you installed a codec on your computer?
    If you have installed a codec on your computer the I suggest you to uninstall the codec.

  • How to make a clip play back in the timeline and how to reverse a clip from left to right?

    I would like to know if it is possible to:

    1. make a video play back in the timeline

    2 reverse a clip from left to right orientation

    Thanks in advance.

    Yes, both.  The specific method may vary from one version to the next.

    1. make a video play back in the timeline

    Right click > speed / duration > reverse speed

    2 reverse a clip from left to right orientation

    Apply the simple 3D video effect.  Adjust rotating it 180 degrees.

    What version do you use?

  • How to store events and play back them later?

    Hello

    I will store the events sent by the clicks of button and then play back them later. Reason for this is to help test. My plan is to have a selected scenarios that I can record and playback in the trials of the system. As automated functional tests.

    What I've done so far, is that I can store event objects in a table, but do not know how to "playback". I tried the dispatchEvent method and the EventDispatcher class, but without success.

    Another use for this would be to store all the events, a user made, incase if it manages to crash or otherwise put the system in an undesirable state, it would be easier to debug using the list of events and a possibility to put the system in a State even step by step.

    Joint are a few code snippets, just to make the idea more clear

    Any help on how to do this is highly appreciated.

    Thank you.

    Crazy idea: it is perhaps interesting to try to call the expedition on the object that is native to event?
    Something like event.target.dispatchEvent (event)?

  • Performance while playing games problems

    Original title: stuttering problems in games that also affects the office.

    OK, so I've had this problem for a little while and for the life of me, I can't identify its cause. I noticed it about 2 months ago. During the game Saints Row 4, I noticed that this stuttering took place every now and then. Essentially, the game is very, very smooth, but it would start this weird stuttering suddenly and would last for a random time. Stuttering would occur at an almost exact frequency of every half second. When you turn the view quickly, this would make the scene jump forward as if there is lack of images for animation. I alt-tab out and back in the game, which seemed to fix it, but I was wrong on this issue. This was not a fire that difficulty, as it worked only sometimes. I assumed that the alt - tab solution may just be a coincidence. Also, sometimes I can play for hours and never see this stuttering, it's completely random when it happens. Initially, I thought it was the game, but as the days went on, I noticed it popping up in just about every game I play. I thought at first it was only using direct3d games, but I started noticing every game, even the 2d games.

    Another problem with this is, I alt tabs on a game, pulled up to see if all processes have been hitting the cpu and noticed stuttering when I re-size the window Task Manager. So I kept stretching the sides of the window back and noticed that stuttering is present on my desktop. After being on the desktop for a while, it seems to stop, how can I return to the game and play for free, for a random period of stuttering.

    I saw no process hogging the CPU on the performance tab, and the ram usage was normal. Did not notice the spikes, either, other than stuttering of weird window. I tried many things to solve this problem and many have sought a forum on stuttering, nothing helps. So far I've updated map mother drivers (including my sound chipset), rolled drivers on my video card after their update without any positive result, ran memtestx86 to rule out the possibility of problems with ram, tried different usb ports, thinking they are defective, ran programs to check the temperature of cpu and gpu (who contributed the most to 45 and 68(c) respectively), tried to launch games from a different hard disk, open my file and pulled out my video card, all dusted off and put the card in a different PCIe slot, ran malwarebytes to remove malware running in the background, disabled startup items not vital and maybe a few other things that I don't remember, right now. Long story short, I was not able to find the problem.

    I've seen people say all sorts of things, like disable the speedstep and other energy saving features, but I've also seen people try to demystify these solutions. I've always had has permitted, for almost 2 years now, so if that was the cause, I guess I would have noticed it before now. The problem with not knowing what is causing it is, it makes it difficult to reproduce the problem. Most of the time, I have to wait awhile, after trying a solution given, only to discover that stuttering is still there. It is not a performance issue. I know what bad performance in PC games, and it's something totally different. My PC runs beautifully, until this stuttering starts. Game demanding resource or not, it is present in everything that once it starts, even the office. Definitely seems to be triggered by the game, however, which leads me to believe that I can just have a problem with my gpu hardware. I have another video card I could put in there and will probably be the next day or two, but it is so old I probably would not be able to tell if I get stutters or general bad performance.

    As I said, a game can be run for hours, silky or it could immediately start stuttering, it is very random. If anyone has an idea of what I could try, your help would be greatly appreciated. I'd love to understand this, before I begin to buy new hardware or reinstall my OS, as I have very bad internet and download updates and games would be an absolute nightmare. Thank you very much for your time and congratulations, if you have done throughout this post.

    My specs are:

    Windows 7 64-bit family

    Intel Corei7 3820 @3. 6 ghz

    ASUS P9X79 Deluxe MB

    16 GB ram Corsair Vengeance

    EVGA GTX680 Sc + (2 GB)

    Samsung 840, 250 GB SSD (OS disk)

    2 x 1 TB hard drives Western Digital (games and storage)

    Corsair H100i liquid cooling

    Corsair TX850m PSU (850 watt)

    Optical mouse Logitech MX518 wired (usb)

    Keyboard game steel series (usb)

    Holy *, man, sacred *. I think that I found the solution, or at least I hope. It kinda makes me crazy, everything that makes me happy. He just started stuttering in a game and for some strange reason, I decided to join the back of my monitor and wiggle it's cable and stuttering instantly went away. I wonder if the solution is as simple as a cable, or maybe true DVI port on my monitor. Man I hope so. It could very well be a coincidence, but it stopped immediately after wiggling the cable. Hoping that I found it! : DDD

  • Actions do not play back correctly transformations

    Transformations 'skew' to 'alter' and 'perspective' custom ' read correctly in PS CC2014. You can record an action, but he's going to come back and play differently. Not just a few different pixels, but many. I also tested a number of existing shares that I used in PS CS3, but they play badly back too, even though it worked fine before.

    How is that possible? Is this a bug? Someone knows something about this problem?

    What are your units on?  Actions that use the transformation use what you value units (make a right click the ruler to change).  You could get better results, set the units to percentage (depending on what you're trying to do).  That will probably not help Skew if you set good angles.

    I learned this hunting Witch of a blog post Julieanne Kost a few years back
