    I don't know what is happening. I have just been charged for my monthly subscription and suddenly, for a week, a message pops up saying "PLEASE VERIFY YOUR BILLING INFORMATION". I've done several times, but it's going to say the same thing over and over again. I signed up and in but nothing. I don't know what is happening and the Adobe support page is TERRIBLE!

    I get this message whenever I run an adobe cloud application, my credit card has expired last month and I inserted a new card to make the payment, but still this message. I can't communicate with you guys because the "chat support" does not work, please I only have 9 days to solve this problem where it says it will block creative cloud and I'm in the middle of an important work.     I bought a photography CC (Photoshop and Lightroom) plan the month last by Amazon.

    I realized that I used the wrong credit card when I bought, but it wasn't a big deal. However, I wanted the periodic charges to be on another credit card and passed to another to be charged next month and in the rooms. Even if I've been loaded successfully for this month on the new card, whenever I load CC of Photoshop, I get this pop up:

    Desperately need help.  I'm supposed to use my computer to type a HUGE Affidavit today and its buggered! Oh no.! Get started with my kids have been playing on my computer and install different games.  So I thought that I do the big thing non-technical MOM and start cleaning up the programs!  Well I accidently deleted NIVIDA and probably something else (I think) and totally messed up my computer!  I have re-uploaded NIVIDA and now my computer "looks like" back to normal, but it throws this error message

    I have the same printer and get the same error on the hpconnected.com site, but the printer works perfectly.

    What you're trying to print by e-mail?  An email itself, or an attachment to an e-mail?  What device you are trying to print from?  It never worked before?

    Can you print a document directly from a PC or a tablet to the printer wireless?

    When you say that "nothing is happening", can be a little more specific?  You get an error message displayed?

    I have some XP SP3 workstations that are used in the factory.  The shell of charge is attached to COM1.  When I test the appliance to make sure that all devices work, the shell load test will not open COM1.  When I use HyperTerminal to test COM1, I get the message "cannot open COM1. Please check your port settings. "I checked the BIOS of a workstation and compare it to the non-working station.  Corresponding to all of the information correctly.  When I check property COM1 resources, the station problem looks identical to the right station and no conflicts.  IRQ 04 corresponds to the current setting.  To get the workstation resurfaced to open COM1, I open COM1 properties, resource tab, uncheck and then re-check "use automatic settings" with your status to uncheck.  After having double checked the "use automatic settings", I click OK.  I then go back to see what the parameters are.  He changed his IRQ 07.  This change works until the computer has been restarted , and then the following steps must be applied again.  Also, if I perform these same steps on a workstation, I get the same results with the change IRQ.  I don't have the problem with com except COM1 ports.  We use the software in a box.  Change to use another com port is not an option.

    It seems that the cloning process is causing the problem.  Clonezilla is fast and reliable with the exception of what seems to be a problem of comm port.  I'm looking for someone who can tell me what settings can I change to make COM1 to work without having to go through additional steps after the workstation is restarted.

    It seems suspicious, first of all I would expect to be HTTPS and appleid.apple.com not .net.

    I would say that it is a phishing scam!

    If your account has been suspended it would be an e-mail message to your e-mail address associated with your apple ID.

    If you're on an iPhone, report the message as spam and Apple will receive.
