  Check the box at the bottom of the phone where the lightning card plugs in. See if there is any dust, dirt, lint or other debris blocking the area.   There is no file with this name in Windows XP.  It was probably part of a virus or spyware infection that has been partially removed. Run a full scan for virus/spyware.  If the problem persists, use the free Windows Sysinternals Autoruns tool to find and remove the reference to the file.
