  My Windows Vista allow not even put it in my contract. My windows is unauthorized. But with many errors that occur on the computer, some hardware (RAM) and other software, I thought that it would be better to simply upgrade to Windows 7. But before I'm ready to do a permanent upgrade, I need to know if a version of Windows Vista will be able to upgrade to Windows 7. A licensed version of Windows Vista was purchased by us, and a licensed version of Windows 7 will be bought when you're ready to upgrade. Is this possible? Or Windows Vista must first be authenticated?

• Vista does not see my 2nd HD PATA

  I have a Vista machine professional that I try to install a second HD.  I checked in the BIOS and we see here.  I checked in disk management, and one sees there.

  Disk Management displays the disk as a 232,88 GB drive; Healthy (Primary Partition, Active)

  It does not assign a letter and do not assign a drive letter.  I can not format or access it somehow.  What can I do to fix this?

  Generally what happens when you have other drives (thumb of dvd - rom, cd-rom, drives and other usb devices, network drives mapped,... etc.) and have all the drive letters.  If you exceed a certain letter system will see the new drive in disk management, but cannot attribute a letter from him, because you have exceeded the limit in which the system wants to assign letters to a hard drive.

  For example, if you have a hard drive and it is assigned to C:, and you have other drives and they list D:, E: and F:.  When you add the new hard drive it are assigned to a drive letter and so you can not access it.  To remedy this, the simplest method is to assign what is the d: drive to another letter.  The letter is okay as long as the system don't mind setting a DVD reader for example letter.  Once you do that it should automatically assign the letter D: for the hard drive again on restart.  If this isn't the case, you should be able to manually assign since this letter is now available.

  Direct3D will be enabled by default in Windows 7.

  I recently got the game pack and usb support, and I tried to connect it to my laptop. I am sure that it is in a USB 2.0 port, and it is detected (depending on the devices and printers) at 90%. There is no option 'game controller settings' for me, and joy.cpl doesn't detect anything. I tried all the drivers I could find and had to restart at least 10 times trying to follow all the guides, but it won't work.

  I also downloaded the software that is supposed to come with the regulator in line, and a guide that I used, I would just download the version of windows 7 and open it in compatibility mode, I did, but that didn't help. He gave me the software for the controller, and I have the small window that shows how the controllers are connected. This window, however, does not detect the controller, saying he has no connection.

  I am trying to add a second monitor to my desktop HP Pavilion 500 (model No. 500-189) and met with many problems. At the back of my PC there is a video output that comes with several adapters, but under a plastic cover, there is an another VGA port I have my second monitor plugged into. When I restart the computer, the loading screen appears on the screen to spare, but the lock screen then appears on the primary monitor. I went to the screen resolution setting page and discovered that the computer has not detected the second monitor at all, I pressed on detect a couple of times and he couldn't find it. If anyone knows why this is happening and how to fix it please let me know. Moreover, the second monitor I'm trying to connect to is a LG Flatron and the main monitor is a Samsung SyncMaster.
