Even though I have good CC file information, creative cloud warns me with "1 day left on your subscription. As you can see in the attached screenshot. "I'm on your account"... etc. I try to remove the card and enter it again I get

    I tried to solve by CAT without success.
    I followed step by step on the site help, but still encounter the same error.
    This problem occurs with several users, I found countless messages on the same problem, none of them found no solution.
    I need to change emergency data tried to call the number provided on the site, but no one answers.

    I contacted the live chat twice in the last 24 hours, but they could not help me. They promised I will be contacted by phone, but nobody called.

  • 'Renew subscription' - start of Photoshop

    I use plan creative cloud for photographers and last week I got an error that I need to renew my subscription. But the last payment was a success and currently enough money for the new payment (should be in mid-June).
    When I tried to open/Edit payment details to my plan each time the same error - PMT_000008.

    I tried to add the same card again and now I have two plans in my account with different payment dates.

    But I still have no chance to open Photoshop - the same 'renew your membership '.

    Of course, I tried 'Renew your membership' message when you start an Adobe Creative Cloud application but it did not help me.

    Could you please help me to renew my subscription and remove the additional plan of my account? I don't want to pay twice for non-working software.

    I tried for a whole day to contact support in Russia, but she failed.

  • Credit card payment problem

    I have problems with this month, Adobe CC Plan payment. Initially, the problem was not being able to update the credit card information (error: PMT_000008), after having tried several browsers, clean cache and introducing the new card number (I have 8 requests for prior authorization charged to my new card) I was able to update the information of the card , but the old card is displayed in the "Payment information" section (masterCard * 41 this is the old card), but in the "registered Payment Options", the new map is saved as the default (* 18 new card).
