'Renew subscription' - start of Photoshop
I use plan creative cloud for photographers and last week I got an error that I need to renew my subscription. But the last payment was a success and currently enough money for the new payment (should be in mid-June).
When I tried to open/Edit payment details to my plan each time the same error - PMT_000008.
I tried to add the same card again and now I have two plans in my account with different payment dates.
But I still have no chance to open Photoshop - the same 'renew your membership '.
Of course, I tried 'Renew your membership' message when you start an Adobe Creative Cloud application but it did not help me.
Could you please help me to renew my subscription and remove the additional plan of my account? I don't want to pay twice for non-working software.
I tried for a whole day to contact support in Russia, but she failed.

Could not check the renewed subscription
Hello.
I have the Polish version of Photoshop + Lightroom. I recently updated my payment information and got my renewed subscription (according to what is shown in the Adobe ID Panel online). Even if I can not connect to Adobe Creative Cloud so I can't get access to Photoshop.
The thing is that it fails to check the subscription so that it should be ok.
See screens below is in Polish, but he said that I should update my subscription (info payment maybe?). If he did recently, so I should wait 15 minutes and try again. It is all done, nothing works.

Creative Cloud renew subscription popup blocking my CS6
On my Mac, I have removed CC apps and Manager, as well as a cleaning App. No luck. Customer support would not help over the phone. I have a brand new CS6 lic just installed and it will not start because of the window «CC renew subscription» My CC has expired and I don't want it.
It was suggested on the FAQ to reinstall applications and disconnect from them. However, they have expired so it is not an option. Help me get this renew manipulated window problem. I guess it for years now that CC has launched a problem for users. Although, I haven't seen any solution anywhere... Thanks for your time.
Thank you! After about 10 hours of play with the different suggestions and ideas to turn off the "Cloud", I finally got CS6 to open without removing the cloud. In the CC Manager dropdown in the toolbar, I clicked on the icon settings at the top right of the drop-down list box (form gear) and simply SIGN of CC. In addition, I chose a few preferences like: do not open CC on the launch. But the others I didn't remove the cloud for CS6 open, and I do not have the window that says I have to renew my subscription to the CC to verify my purchase of Adobe license. Thank you all. I want to first thank all the little people... without you I wouldn't be here.

Renew subscription errors (Possible Solution)
After you have installed the Adobe CC collection I received fast loop 'renew subscription '. I tried to get the fixed number twice through support to the customer without result. A member of the customer support staff told me that the reason behind the error was that Adobe Application Manager was not able to verify my serial number, thus creating a block with Adobe Cloud Manager and Adobe CC applications.
I found a solution that I think might work. I downloaded the latest version of Adobe Application Manager (http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/thankyou.jsp?ftpID=4773 & starts = 4437) and installed Adobe Support Advisor (http://www.adobe.com/support/loganalyzer/) I installed and ran the two programs. So far, I'm able to renew my software license and use the applications as usual cloud creatives. I hope this helps.

Usually, this behavior occurs if your subscription expires or is having some sort of problem with billing as your credit card has expired. I think the Adobe Application Manager installation was what fixed it if I had to guess. Anyway, happy that you were able to do things again.

CC has expired and now CS6 stuck in the loop of renewal subscription CC
Hi all
I got an education of the CC version while I was teaching, but now it has expired, he killed my CS6. I don't want to pay for the renewal fees I am happy with CS6 at this stage.
However, CS6 is renewal subscription loop for CC. I can't to the registration page to plug into the serial number for CS6. I can't seem to find a way to disable CC, as it relates to something of renewal and don't let me not disable so I might be able to get for the CS6 piece. I wonder if the CC membership Manager took the CS6 activation process, and I'm stuck so reinstall my whole machine without CC. It seems a little drastic as a solution. I hope someone has other solutions.

When purchasing a subscription, if I know that I used to use the product until a certain date in the future, am I able to set up a future subscription start date as a way to not lose all day in the duration of my subscription?

You need to contact Adobe directly for this kind of request, but I don't hold much hope. They no longer support the older products and are more likely to get that back here as soon as you mention nothing other than to request a reset of your activation. If they send you back here, I recommend trying to find a member of staff and private messaging to see if they'll lend a hand.

I have a subscription to CC Photoshop and Lightroom. I bought a new Apple MacBook Pro last week. I had Adobe shadow my computer to download both programs on my computer. Downloads succeeded, but now my problem is that nothing has been transferred? I have photos and user presets on my old computer in lightroom, but nothing transferred. Also, it is show on this computer I have 5 Lightroom, but team support pulled up to my account today and downloaded lightroom cc if it still means something. I am a new photographer and green not computer savvy. I am totally confused with no further assistance from Adobe.
It's pretty normal. All your images are always on your old computer and you transfer those to your new computer. Just transfer them as well as your catalog file and opens in Lightroom on the new computer. For presets, you need to transfer files, preferences and presets that are hidden in folders hidden on the Mac. Therefore, with the Mac, when I update the machines, I'm usually just restore from a backup on the new computer (very easy with Time Machine backups) or directly from the old machine (a little harder). This will give all files and settings and the software installed on the old machine immediately and you can just continue. Is not something that Adobe can really help you with either said by the way, but you might have someone from the Apple Store help you with that, if you are not comfortable with moving files to a new computer.
Cc of Lightroom is simply a version update of Lightroom 5. CC requires a monthly subscription that pay you apparently. You did not use the software you pay for if you use 5 Lightroom on the old machine.
