  According to the apple service, the machine had no hardware problem, and the question was supposed to be in the software.

  BUT once I've picked up and turned on, the hard drive of merger was defective! I could no longer load El Capitan because the fusion drive did not work!

  Reboot into recovery (command-R) mode and first aid running for the fuser unit, the process failed since the hard disk has been corrupted.

  

  So im guessing apple service damaged the fusion drive.

  Contact the Apple support by e-mail, I was informed once more to send the iMac for service because there was nothing else I could do.

  And so I did, but in a different city many many many kilometres since I lost confidence in the first service from apple.

  IM waiting for them to aknowledge the defection as...

  BUT that was the origin of their error and I DON'T want to receive an iMac repaired by a problem caused by apple service.

  I would have preferred an iMac new replacement.

  What is apple's policy for replacements of the imac for my case since I bought the iMac in Germany and Iam in Greece now?

  According to Reseller premium Apple in Greece, it is not possible to replace, defective by them, iMac and honestly im considering to take the legal measures to any possible direction and level if I will be a repaired iMac which he did not work well on the first day and I had to waste money and working time return trip for a problem that they caused.

  I have all the official documents service and the evidence in support of my case but I think professionalism of Apple and this thing won't go that far.
