port WRT350N transmission problem

Setup

Modem ZyXel 660: 192.168.2.1

DHCP at startup IP 192.168.2.2

NAT - all ports forwarded to 192.168.2.2

Linksys: 192.168.1.1

DHCP at startup IP 192.168.1.100

DHCP table:

Office wired IP: 192.168.1.100

Xbox wired IP: 192.168.1.101

Laptop1 IP Wireless: 192.168.1.102

Laptop2 IP Wireless: 192.168.1.103

I have IIS works great on the desktop and in the future the two laptops.

Ive tried from outside the local network, and I can connect the destop and all ports associated with IIS and other apps (RealVNC).

I can see the site on the computer running IIS, but cannot on any other computer in the local network by using its IP address in the address bar http://192.168.1.103:86 /, or its network name, http://laptop:86 /. So of course it doesn't work outside of the network either.

I have all the correct ports forwarded to the correct LAN IP. I even tried other ports in the thought of port conflicts. STIL no joy.

port 81 is Office IIS

Port 86 is laptop2 IIS

Any thoughts as to what im doing wrong?

Surely works of port forwarding for wireless connections, right?

Problem solved, the problem was with the laptop.  Stupid windows firewall activated, some how. Funny thing is that even the security has been settled yet on unguarded.  I do it just after I turn it off, always. So I know I turned it off once before.

  • Port RV180 transmission problem

I wanted to send a range of ports on a RV180, so I created a service for them, but when I go to the port forwarding page, it seems that you must enter an internal port number, which is a problem, because with a range not sure what was the incoming port, and also you can not enter a range in the field internal port even when. Online help, he mentioned an option for this:

Before port: select same inbound port if the traffic
should be sent to the same port as the incoming traffic or specify
Port if incoming traffic must be sent to a particular port.
Port number: the port to which the incoming traffic must be addressed to the
    specify port option is selected.

But this option does not exist in the interface. There is only the internal port field. It's certainly an oversight? If you can not forward a range of ports within a service that you create, what point you afford it to create in the first place?

    Hi Matthew,

With RV180, we have redirection port to the LAN beach. (tested and working)

    Please follow these steps:

    1. According to Firewall--> setting advanced--> custom Services

    2. Add the port range, then choose the Type of Protocol (Please if you have only the port in the port range forwarding delete them)

    3. under firewall--> access rules--> add the following rules

    4. of WAN LAN, Action : always allow Service : your service, Source: all, Dnat: private server IP, status : activate, SAVE

--> Now if we want to check you can go to port forwarding, we will see the rule added automatically and in the inner harbour are EMPTINESS --> please do not change the rule for port forwarding, otherwise, the router will be expected to put the internal address

--> If we want to test (if you have the router in test area and you do not have the server connected locally) please follow these steps in order to confirm our configuration

0 Please install wireshark (packet sniffer)

    1. under Administration--> diagnostic--> the Capture of packets

    2. Select LAN and start to capture traffic

    3. from customer outside trying to access for access with the public IP address with another port already configured for access (from the publicip:port browser) rule

    4. stop the packet capture and downloaded

    5. open with Wireshark and filter by "tcp.port is xx" you will be there the request arrives at the LAN it means the firewall allows the port (number xx:port)

    ------------------------------

Here a screenshots of my test: (I have 70-80 TCP port range forwarding) in-house IP 192.168.1.100

  • Satellite A300 - possible port VGA - not problem of video output

I use my VGA port in two main locations, at home to connect on an old television set via a PC/TV converter and work to connect directly to a projector.

This week he suddenly stopped working on both at the same time. I tired to another laptop in the projector to work and it works great. I also tried different tracks. The problem is certainly my laptop (which is now almost 4 years).

The most likely thing seems to be what is ' t the plug itself. If I plug something inside Windows (7 Ultimate) is work that is an additional monitor, but the projector/TV no signal. I've tried all the obvious things, hit F5 makes no difference, and the Windows settings have not changed. The resolution and refresh rates are properly defined. I try to avoid the standard answers on the verification of all the things that I already checked!

Now I have a HDMI port on the side, the probability is that just buying a VGA/HDMI adapter and using this port will solve the problem? I guess if it's just a physical problem with the VGA port so it will, but the problem would be a graph problem or your motherboard, and if it is will this affect the HDMI port, but also the VGA port?

Port VGA is an analog video output. HDMI is a digital output.
Two are different and not related them to each other.

So I don't very well if a HDMI adapter-> / m VGA would work properly.
Maybe it works but only with a lower resolution. So in my opinion, FullHD is not possible. However, I think that you will need to test it with your laptop.

Usually, you can use an adapter like HDMI to DVI or DVI to HDMI smoothly.

With regard to the question of VGA output.

Well, usually the Fn + F5 should pass between the internal and external production. It should work with VGA and HDMI port. Maybe it's just a software related issue.
In your case, I will try to uninstall and update the display driver. Maybe it helps.

  • USB port (tried everything) problems

I have a HP Pavilion dv5-2045dx laptop and about a month or 2 ago ports usb just stopped working. Do not forget that I have installed Windows 10 on this after the upgrade to Windows 7, but then returned to Windows 7 because I thought the upgrade, that's what broke the usb ports. Some things work with her as my nano receiver for my mouse and the cord for my printer, but not anything else: USB sticks, my iphone, not even a usb hub works with them. Ive done all of unstalling unrecognized devices (I have only 2 usb keys that appear as unrecognized, but I have 3 others who do still nothing when it is plugged) to literally take apart my computer and see if a cable was loose or something, but nothing worked. I know that's not the usb sticks cause when I plug them into other computers, they work fine, so its obviously something wrong with the computer. what I want to know is, is it something I can fix myself with your help guys, or I'll have to take this to a guy and pay him to fix it. • RV180 WAN/Internet very slow speed via WAP4410n (Port RV180 speed problem)?

    Hello

I have a base set up on the RV180, no etc. VPN running 1.0.5.4 Firmware (latest) and use a browser of WAP WAP4410n plugged into a LAN of the RV180 port. I have a SG100D Gigabit Switch also connected to a port RV180. My WiMax ISP provides 12 MB.

When I leave speed Port on the RV180 & WAP4410n on Auto neg. They hook at 1 GB and I have ONLY 2 MB Internet speed on wireless clients with no reported ignored packets on each device, when I change the port to 100 MB on the WAP4410n Rx. speed speed is normal at 12 MB!  The RV180 also indicates the speed of the LAN port for 1 GB... it is obviously wrong!  Obviously, forced to run the LAN of WAP port to 100 MB so I can get the ISP... normal speeds is limitation all my wireless to wired LAN traffic (and vice versa).

I tried several configs RV180 ie. Simplified of bare bones, exchanged cat 5th etc. etc. WITHOUT change.  With another router, there is no problem with the port of WAP4410N at 1 GB and ISP speeds are normal. ISP speeds are also normal via the Gigabit switch to other boxes, BUT if I plug the WAP4410N in switch WAN speed is 2 MB if the WAP4410N is set to 1 GB port speed!

With the RV180 unable to define a manual port 100 MB speed (see 1.0.5.4 Firmware release notes), that strongly leads me to believe that it is a problem of data Port RV180 specific WAP WAP4410N somehow.

Their are many positions reports slow Internet with the RV180, but none of them have a solution.  Ideas, any help would be greatly appreciated that Ive lost too much time already trying to solve this router ÷ # $$ / / / &. As this is my first post I hope I posted in the appropriate forum.

    Thank you... Rob.

    Thank you for the update.

  • Re: Portégé r700 - problem of periodic start-up SSD Upgrade / freezing

Hoping someone can help or shed light on a problem I'm having with my r700-17w since I installed an SSD OCZ Vertex 2 in. I have it loaded with Windows 7 64-bit (SP1) and installed the following:

    BIOS: 1.9
    Intel storage driver: 9.6.3.1001
    Fingerprint software: 1.0.2.32

After using for a while and then restarting it, it just does not start. He is stuck on the home screen "Toshiba innovation '' and nothing for ages (and, sometimes, then just a blinking cursor), the HARD drive light stays on all the time and doesn't blink. If I shut it down for a while, or disconnect the battery and restart - he finally returned after a few failed attempts. Sometimes, I have to remove battery and power for a period and then press and hold F8 while putting power in order to access the screen Windows boot option, where I can then do a normal boot and all is well again.

I read about the problem of gel, but that was due to an old version of the fingerprint software, but I tried to uninstall it but it made no difference. I thought that it would be in with the response time of the SSD drive to your startup controller and so tried to change the boot order - which made no difference either.

It's REALLY annoying, when it does not start, it works completely fine. But whenever I've turned off or have to restart there is this doubt that I'll have to go through this stomach ball every time...

    Everyone knows this? !!

    Hello

I agree with the user above. I would check the OCZ website if there is an update of the firmware for your new SSD.

But if it s no longer works, I guess the new SSD could be defective :(

  • Portege R100 - question about the installation of the USB port and Windows problems

    Hello

I just bought a used Portege R100, but I have some problems. Of course the laptop isn't a CD or DVD, player so I tried an external DVD drive, but it did not work. What kind of device I have to install Windows (not an edition of recovery or anything like that, but a whole new windows on the formatted HARD drive)?

I also have another problem: whenever I plug a USB device (I tried the DVD drive external and a USB keyboard) when I start the laptop, it seems to hang. At least, I am not able to type anything more; the keyboard of the laptop is dead (the point where the entrance would still be flashing in the BACK platform, but typing. sth on the keyboard isn't doing anything). It is not normal, is it?

I also tried to get to the BIOS, but I tried various commands (F1 to F12, DEL etc.), but I couldn't access the BIOS. It would be great if someone could tell me the command for it.

Thanks in advance for the help and sorry for the bad English, I'm not a native speaker :)

  • Porting Android app - problem with Google Maps

I have an Android app I want to put at the disposal of users of BlackBerry 10 by porting to the Android Runtime of BB. The only stumbling block is that my Android application uses Google Maps API (com.google.android.maps) that does not support the run time. The map screen is only a small feature of the app, and I'm happy to turn it off for BlackBerry users, but is it possible? I don't want to maintain two copies of the request, somehow can code an application so that the conversion to the BAR works, but cards are always available on Android?  I made sure that the reference to the API maps in the Android manifest has the required tag = 'false' and check in my code, if cards are available on the device, but this doesn't seem to be enough.  The Compatibility Checker lists each line in each file of the source code where I make reference to a map object.

    Any help appreciated,

    Jonathan

No, it's not going to work. Save you time trying to find a solution and just copy your project to a new and necessary modifications for blackberry. If you use source control, then you can try to turn to this probject.

By the way. If you want to Google maps in your application, it can be done using a webview and Google API javascript.
