Use the mini as the audio device output by default when the music plays.

The Blackberry music gateway solves this problem (kind of) works better... when the two jabra or any other headset device is connected and the music gateway is connected it muffles call correctly and works correctly...

The new problem is introduced only if you have a headset (bluetooth or hands-free headset) that also supports music services. (The two compete to connect to theses services)

I suggest buying a hands-free device that does not support music services (only a helmet) and then you should not meet for the problem below

  • ZBook 15 G2: Earpiece/headset Bluetooth does not connect

I have a bluetooth Sony MDR-10RBT headphones, who used to work with my laptop HP ZBook 15 G2. I don't know what happened, but it no longer works.

Can I pair the headset, and it appears in the printers and devices window.

However, when I double click on the headset icon and get the window where I can click on listen to music or VoIP calls forward to hands-free, they are both greyed out.

If I look in the services:

If I try to start Bluetooth Media Service, I get an error 1053.

I updated the driver for Bluetooth Intel for the WLAN 7260/3610 (American International) to 17.1.1504.518 Rev.A
June 29, 2015. I don't know what that replaces, because when I look in device, under the Intel Wireless Bluetooth 4.0 card Manager, it still says 17.0.1401.422.

Any suggestions where to look next would be appreciated.

    stringy76,

I found this remark about Intel. Apparently, there are two Microsoft Updates that break Bluetooth on Intel.

If you follow these steps, you should be able to reinstall these updates and your headphones working again.

  • Error "adding the unit failed, resulting in an unknown error." 0x80004005"when you add earpiece/headset Bluetooth

I'm having a problem new pairing my Bluetooth headset with my laptop.  I am running Windows 7 Enterprise 64.  I repeated this behavior with 2 different helmets.  Here's the problem:

    1. I pair the headset with my laptop and everything works fine
    2. I go to Bluetooth devices and remove the device from headphones
    3. I try then to pair the headset to the laptop and the error message

I was not able to find anything online to help.  I spoke with the manufacturer (Plantronics) and they were also able to help.  Surely, there has got to be a way so he could pair up again.  I am desperate for help.  I really want to rebuild my machine just to get the headset to be paired again.

    Thanks in advance for assistance.

    Hi guys,.

I could not pair either of my two headphones to my Windows 7 computer.  Here's what fixed it for me.  In devices, Radios, Bluetooth Manager, I opened the properties for my radio (2046 Broadcom Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR USB Device with First Connect).  On the Advanced tab, I took the dash on my radio name.  The headphones paired immediately after that.

This is a pretty serious bug because the radio takes its name from the computer name, which is the name of user-PC by default when you install Windows 7.

I hope this fixes your problems.

Note that to actually use the headset, you will probably need to update your Bluetooth drivers if you haven't done so already.  Go to http://www.broadcom.com/support/bluetooth/update.php

  • Unable to connect the earpiece/headset Bluetooth

    Original title: Bluetooth device

    Hello

I use a computer windows 7 dell laptop and having succumbed to my last 10 attempts to connect my sony with her bluetooth headset. Also, I went through all the links of responses provided by the site. I also downloaded the software device for her drive. The laptop also shows my SonyBTH under "Devices and Printers". But I'm still not able to connect my SonyBTH even after clicking on the indicated device.

Please kindly help me with this problem.

    Anyone?

    Thank you

    Afonso Rajalim

    Hi Afonso,

Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

    I understand that you are unable to connect SonyBTH to the Windows 7 machine and I appreciate the efforts made in the patches that you tried. Let me ask you;

    • Have you been able to connect to the same SonyBTH in the past?
    • Remember to no particular change in the computer before the show?
    • What security software is installed on the computer?
    • What is the model number of your Dell computer?

There could be several reasons for this cause and diagnose the problem, we will try these steps and check.

Step 1: Make sure that Windows is configured to accept incoming Bluetooth connections.

You can check the compatible devices Bluetooth configuration panel. Here's how:

    1. Click the Start button, select Control Panel, click hardware and sound, and then click Bluetooth devices.
    2. Click the Options tab, select the allow the devices to connect to this computer check box, and then click OK.

Step 2: Remove and then reinstall the device:

    1. click the Start button, select Control Panel, click hardware and soundand then click Bluetooth devices.

2 Select the device that is not working, and then click Remove.

    3. click on Add, press the reset button on the unit (or make it discoverable following the manufacturer's instructions), check the box my device is set up and ready to be found and then click Next.

    4. If the device is not found, repeat the previous step. When the device is found, select it, and then click Next.

    5. follow the remaining instructions in the wizard.

    · Make sure that the device is on and that the batteries should be replaced.

    · Make sure that the Bluetooth adapter for your computer is attached and turned on, and that the device is in use and detectable. If you don't know how to turn on discoverability, read the instructions provided with the device or check the manufacturer's Web site.

Solving problems with Bluetooth devices compatible (applicable to Windows 7 as well)

Hope this information is useful. Please feel free to answer in the case where you are facing in the future other problems with Windows.

If your computer has built-in Bluetooth features, you can enable or disable the functions by pressing on Fn + F5. If you press Fn + F5, a list of the wireless features is displayed in the window Radio wireless.

You can enable or disable the Bluetooth features with a single click.

To use the Bluetooth features, double-click the icon of Bluetooth Favorites on the desktop and follow the instructions on the screen.

You can use the Wireless Radio switch to disable Bluetooth features. The wireless radio switch is usually located on the front of the machine. If you have trouble with the Bluetooth, make sure that the wireless Radio switch is set to position it.

  • Connected to earpiece/Headset Bluetooth earpiece

Hello, is it possible to listen to the event when a bluetooth headset is connected?  The headset uses the hands-free profile.

I tried the BluetoothSerialPort which does not pick up the helmet because it does not support the serial port profile.  I watched the javax. Package of Bluetooth but it doesn't seem to be a listener to connect bluetooth devices, unless I missed something.  I searched through the forum and could not find a solution.

    Any suggestion would be appreciated,

    Thank you

    Follow-up:

I realized that if I put the audio track of a Bluetooth (AudioPathControl.AUDIO_PATH_BLUETOOTH) player and it returns a MediaException, it means that no bluetooth headset is connected, who works for what I need.

  • Voice of selected from earpiece/headset bluetooth blackBerry Smartphones

    Hello

have a 8310 and a Motorola H700 bluetooth headset.  Voice dialing from the headset worked fine when I first set up, now I get a single short low tone when I press the call button on the headset and it does not "say a command" no more.  Orders voice work very well through the headset if launched from the phone.  I have re-couple to the headset (several times).  I tried my helmet on my wife's phone, and he began composing voice as it should.  I tried his H700 to my phone and it has the same symptoms.

    Any ideas?

Problem solved.  I out the battery for a few minutes and the phone then restarted when I put back it. Now it works perfectly, as before.

  • Smartphones blackBerry sync a Blackberry Pearl 8100 to a Sony Ericsson earpiece/Headset Bluetooth wireless

Via Bluetooth, I synced my Blackberry 8100 Pearl for my Sony Ericson Bloothtooth Headset HBH-DS200 stereo.  The devices are connected, but when I play music from the phone, music comes out of the Blackberry speaker rather than the helmet of the Sony Ericsson headset Sony Ericson is A2DP compatible.  Does anyone know if the Pearl 8100 is compatible A2DP and yes there at - it an option to disable this active or disabled on the phone?

I see in the instructions for Blackberry on the 8100 that the "Source Audio" profile is A2DP but how do to this profile source?  From Sony Ericsson's Web site says the Blackbery 8300 is compatible with the headset, but did not mention the Pearl 8100. Thank you.  Miles

The 8100 is only compatible A2DP if you improve its OS to OS 4.5.  Look into the Options > on.  If it says 4.2.x.x, then you need to upgrade.
