Portlets global services control

Hi, I'm creating my view using global services. I thought to use the portlet control who appears in most of the default views (summary etc). Is it possible to do? If so, how can use control of portlet to add my own data to my overall opinion about thanks in advance.

Sorry, that is not available in the SDK as a stand-alone control control of portlets.

  • Lack of Service Control Manager executable (WinService.exe)

I get the following error during startup by the Service Control Manager:

    ********************

Windows could not start the SCM_Service service on the Local computer.

Error 2: The system cannot find the specified file.

    ********************

After checking the properties I realized that the real WinService.exe is missing. It should be in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ directory but is not there. I searched the entire subdirectory of Windows, but there is nothing there.

    ********************

    Properties of SCM_Service

    Path to the executable file:

    C:\Windows\SysWOW64\WinService.exe

    ********************

Could someone give me an idea how to restore this file please?

If you cannot run the SFC, then you probably have more system files missing or corrupt than just WinService.exe - but we can't really say without CFS.  I fear that some type of resettlement is eventually inevitable.

If your hard drive is showing corrupt sectors, we should make a complete diagnosis to ensure that it went wrong (or is about to go wrong).  To test your hard drive, check the manufacturer and then get the diagnostic utility of: http://www.techsupportforum.com/hardware-support/hard-drive-support/302602-hard-drive-diagnostic-utilities.html.  If she failed the test, replace it.  If she passes the test, then it's probably nothing wrong with it.

Remember to do this last system repair/upgrade procedure, you need an Installation of Windows Vista genuine disc.  A manufacturer's recovery disk will not work (it only allow you to do a clean install, which is not to preserve your settings or your programs if you can first backup and preserve your data).  That's what we have to do if you can't get your hands on a genuine disc, but it is best if you don't have that you can borrow a disk from someone somehow.  I don't know that the warranty includes replacement of an Installation of Windows Vista genuine disc if you have been issued one in the first place (unless maybe you can prove yours is defective).

Going back to September for a restoration of the system is probably a little too - especially since we are not some that will actually solve the problem (although he often works in this case - but I don't know that I would do so far back me).

    I hope this helps.

  • Calls of "Service Control Manager".

Hi, I keep on receiving phone calls from people who say they are of Service Control Manager telling me that my computer's security is compromised. They are making great efforts to convince me that they are genuine, and they know my name, address (and, of course, phone number).  One this morning kept me on the phone for ages and asked to be connected to my computer to solve the problem, although she said that she would not be when I refused the white point.  When I asked a letter mailed to explain the problem, she offers, but which now grew to the point that my ID would be cancelled by Microsoft if I don't have something on the issue.  It even reminded me when I lost patience with her and hung up.

Are these called authentic and I have a problem with my computer, or are they hoax calls?

  • Service Control Manager 'Mistakes' 7001 & 7023

All of the above Services are set to automatic and started, but the problem persists. In the event viewer, I get the Service Control Manager 'Mistakes' 7001 & 7023 and cannot identify what is the cause. I have turned off Homegroup and reactivated it hoping that it was the culprit, but nothing helps. My biggest problem is to track down what exactly is the cause for me the answers in EV are vague. I've done clean boots run SFC/scannow nothing helps. I also do not show NetBIOS TCP or whatever it is in the plug-and-play hidden devices in Device Manager. I have Win7x64 Hm Prem on an HP pc custom.

    (2) delete all files in the C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Roaming\PeerNetworking folder. Some files wouldn't be deleted because they are used. I've just left alone.

It cleared up my event viewer errors, seems when I started tinkering with homegroup settings in SCM began pestilential havoc on other parameters and which started when I googled everywhere to try to find out why when I restart my desktop computer so slow to produce icons they start white and then slowly come back to life or generate slow down my pc. Leading also to run sfc/scannow which found corrupt files but was unable to solve some of them which led to SFCFix which sets and sfc/scannow which forced me to look at in the first place of event viewer. In any case its all good now.

  • Service Control Center

    Hello
My installation works as follows. I have a laptop with the now installed Warehouse Builder. This means that on this laptop is my design center. On some servers, I have installed a repository. To deploy on one of them, I start the service control center for my laptop and do in the repository remote all I want to do. So far so good.
But I also have tasks scheduled on these servers. This forum said that we should start the service control center on the server. But! Of course, the server has no code service. Does this mean that I have to install the generator of the warehouse as on the remote server where I want to run scheduled tasks? Or is it possible to install only service control center?

    Thank you

    S.

Yes, you will need to install OWB on each of the servers you use as a run-time and start the service control center on each server. The Service control centre is part of the OWB installation and cannot be installed separately. He is responsible for the management of applications for a single run-time repository, and so if you have several repositories of runtime, you will need several runtime services.

What you might try is install OWB on one server and then start multiple versions of the Control Service Center - one for each of your remotes. They should not conflict, and then you just do a single installation.

  • Warehouse Builder Installation - Service Control Center

I am new to Oracle so please excuse me if I ask a stupid question. We have a database of the 'target' Oracle on a server that will be our database of ODS containing the repository of the warehouse. Based on this document http://download-uk.oracle.com/docs/cd/B31080_01/doc/install.102/b28224/reqs01.htm#BGBIDBHJ installation, I would like to ' Builder with Client/Server application traditional warehouse "to realize and install only the 'Control Center Service' on the data warehouse database server.

Can you please point me in the right direction to get the documentation or expose the basic steps?

Install all components of storage/storage at all on the ODS database server?

    Thanks in advance

    Hello

you need the owb on the client software to run on the client design center and you need software owb on the database server to run the service control center there.
Using the wizard of repository installed on the server to create the repository automatically configures the database to run the control center service automatically. If you use the one installed on the client, you will need to provide the path to the software owb on the server during installation.

In addition, there is one type of owb software that contains the client and server components.

    Good luck
    Carsten.

  • Keep the previous data - Global Cluster control

I needed to enter a lot of information at the beginning of my program labVIEW with the following structure:

    Commercial equipment

    Function generator

    Manufacturing

    Model #.

    Serial No.

    Calibration date

    Graphic recorder

    Manufacturing

    Model #.

    Serial No.

    Calibration date

    Digital Voltmeter

    ....

    Material test

    ...

So I created a Subvi for this entry using a cluster of clusters of orders of the chain.  If something is wrong or that you close the program, you must enter all the information again.  I am trying to use a global variable to store my cluster.  When I run the program I would pull the global last data entries.

How to read the global cluster of control without unbundling and grouping a mess?

  • After updating Windows, causing KB981957 XP BSOD, C000021a Service Control Manager error at startup in safe and normal mode.

After you apply this update, the system starts more (secure or normal) and gives the BSOD error above.  Manual removal of the patch Recovery Console fix the BSOD using batch spuninst.txt in the patch folder.  The affected system is an AMD Athlon 2400 + with 2 GB of RAM and XP SP3.  All other updates installs successfully.  I scanned viruses with Avast, Dr Web CureIt, ComboFix, Malwarebytes and TDSSKiller.  The system seems to work fine without the update.

It seems to be a problem with the Win32k.sys file in the patch, but I ran out of utilities to solve this problem.

may already be a fix, or work on it, or it could be a new problem. He
There's even a phone number to make it easier.

Certainly keep good backups that there could be an underlying hard disk or hardware
    issue.

    ========================================================

Here is the solution for the coooo21A except use it when you can just get the fixed update
is not the method I want to use.

    STOP: 0XC000021A

Can be a difficult problem to solve, and you indeed need a technical help in a real store of the computer
(not the leeks and the glances at a BestBuy or other BigBox stores) or system manufacturer support.

    Cause

This error occurs when a subsystem of mode user, such as WinLogon or the Client Server Run-Time Subsystem (CSRSS), irremediably compromised and security can not be guaranteed. In response, the operating system goes into kernel mode. Microsoft Windows cannot run without WinLogon or CSRSS. Therefore, it is one of the rare cases where the failure of a user mode service can stop the system.

Incompatible system files can also cause this error. This can happen if you restored your hard disk from a backup. Some backup programs may skip restoring system files which they determine are in use.

    Solve the problem

Run the kernel debugger is not useful in this situation because the error occurred in a user mode process.

Resolve an error in the user-mode device driver or system, third-party application service: Because the bug 0xC000021A control occurs in a user mode process, the most common culprits are third-party applications. If the error occurred after the installation of the new or updated device driver or service system, third-party applications, the new software should be removed or disabled. Contact the manufacturer of the software on a possible update.

If the error occurs during the system startup, restart your computer, and then press F8 to character-based menu that displays the choice of operating system. In the WindowsAdvanced Options menu that results, select thelast known good Configuration option. This option is most effective when a pilot or a service is added at a time. If the error is not resolved, try to manually remove the offending software. If the system partition is formatted with the (FAT) file allocation table, use a MS-DOS boot disk to access the hard disk of the computer. If the system partition is formatted with the NTFS file system, you may be able to use Safe Mode to rename or remove the defective software. If the defective software is used as part of the start-up procedure of the system Safe Mode, you must start the computer by using the Recovery Console to access the file. If a room newly installed if material is suspected, remove it to see if that fixes the problem.

Try running the emergency recovery disk (ERD) and allow the system to repair any errors that it detects.

Solve a problem of file system do not match: If you have recently restored your hard disk from a backup, check if there is an updated version of the backup/restore program available from the manufacturer. Make sure that the latest Windows Service Pack is installed.

  • UCS Central - model of political profile of Global Service with Local SAN Boot

    Hello

I created a profile Service Global UCS central template to create the ESX Service profile for servers 5 different area of UCS.

The majority of addresses is assigned in the world i.e. addresses MAC, UUID, etc with the exception of the WWPN where local teams of SAN want to pre-configure the zoning for a defined block of addresses WWPN.

I intend to use the ID range Qualification policy to assign a block of addresses WWPN to a specific area of UCS, but my main concern is around the creation of Boot SAN policy. As we intend to use the same model of Service Global profile for 5 different areas SAN Boot targets will have to be different.

Any way to locate startup SAN strategy so I can have only one UCS Global local SAN Boot targets?

    Thank you very much, Paul

    Hi Paul,.

What you're looking for, it's what we call a 'Boot target Alias', that should work much in the same way that VLAN alias work with UCS 1.1 Central.     Made senior level policy reference to the 'alias', but the actual link (some VLAN or target of Boot or...) will be specific field/DomainGroup and will not be resolved until the SP is associated with a session on a given field.     In the case of prime targets, this would allow for the same Global SP model to be used in several DomainGroups, while the actual target of Boot will vary according to the individual DomainGroup.

Unfortunately, this feature is not in UCS 1.1 Central.   We have it on the list of features 'high priority' to point 1.2.

The only 'solution' is to use several global models of the SP, whose name and attributes reflect the underlying objective of SAN-Boot - even if this creates models of N * M (N = # Gech/s;) M = bays of Boot # SAN).

Hope this helps to enlighten us.    See you soon,.
