Ports for Essbase

Hello

I installed essbase and have the DB running also. Now since it is a Linux installation, I need access to the Regional service console and have understood the ports need to be opened. I have a list of ports and if I have to make a request for them to be open, I asked about the destinatios of individual ports or an explanation for each of them.

I've listed below and would like to know the destination or a reason to get them opened.

SSL ports ports

SSP 28443 28080
8500 8543 CALC
45043 45000 workspace
10080-10083 EAS
13083 13083 APS

1423 agent port
Range of ports for application 32768-33768

Thanks in advance.

You don't need to open the SSL ports unless you have configured for use in your environment. Ports that you must open

SSP 28443 28080
Connection to the application server that is configured to use 28080 (without ssl) or 28083 (ssl) and configure the security of the security administrator
10080-10083 analytic Administration services

8300 8343 planning

You need this opening ports when you work with smartview

8200 8243 financial reports
Studio to connect with EN web aplplication that is configured to use port 8200/8243

16000 16043 Web Analytics

Analytic Provider Services 13083 13080

SmartView to establish a connection with the Essbase cubes

19000 19043 workspace

In addition to the above ports, you need to open another port to your EN comminicate. Can not remember that right now. But your network must be able to find it when he quit the connection

Thank you

    Hi there :)

I found an empty port in my T130, near the port of hard drive, see also here-> [klick | http://www11.pic-upload.de/08.07.14/3aosd93avlc5.jpg]

    It's a job mSATA-Port for mini-SSD as "ADATA SX300 mSATA SSD 128 GB"
so I can use both, _and_ SSD HARD drive? *

    Thank you

    Hello

I'm quite sure this isn t mSATA and this series doesn't support the mSATA SSD definitely m.

Fact is that belonging to the same series models support different hardware specifications.
For example: some models have been fitted with one: module 3G miniPCI and module Bluetooth Mini-PCI and some models supported only the miniPCI WiFi card.

  • WSD port for printers and TCP/IP ports monitor, what is the difference?

There are a lot of discussions on IP etc. addresses for printer problems. There is no mention of a new feature for the port for printers, WSD port for plug-and-play printers, I assume that the IP addresses have no importance with WSD, my printer is vaguely configured for the WSD port and TCP/IP port, can someone please expain

Here is a description I found

The WSD Port Monitor is a new printer port monitor in Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008.  This port monitor supports printing on network devices that are designed to include Web Services for devices (WSD) technology.  Services Web for devices allows devices connected to the IP-based network announce their functionality and to provide these services to customers using the Web Services Protocol.  Clients and devices WSD communicate on the network using a series of SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) messages on UDP and HTTP (S).  WSD for devices offers a plug-and-play network experience that is similar to the installation of a USB device.  Services Web for devices also defines a security profile that can be extended to provide additional protection and authentication by using certificates based on the device.

WSD is not a port, but a port monitor.  A port monitor looks at information from the TCP/IP port and makes routing or changes based on what happens in the port.

This link has some in the description of the depth of the WSD port monitor:

    http://blogs.technet.com/b/askperf/archive/2008/02/11/WS2008-the-WSD-port-monitor.aspx

Back to the comparison of the IP address as a P.O. box.  Once the letter arrives in the POST box, someone needs to come empty the box or letters are going no where.

When the data comes in the TCP/IP port a port monitor is where I look for that to happen.  The WSD port monitor would take over this function from the standard TCP/IP port monitor.

  • Using the Serial Port for data acquisition Non-Serial

I searched the forums and can't find anything on this topic.

I saw that it was possible to use the parallel port for e/s digital single and I was hoping that the serial port can be configured the same. It seems all VI VISA only to use the serial port to receive ASCII characters at a given flow rate, but is it possible to simply query the status of the line series at my own speed to see if it is high or low, kind of like a single pin DAQ?

It seems that it would be possible until the serial data are read and controlled by labview, not Windows. Let me know if you have ideas of how to approach this problem, or any comment as to why it is not possible.

    Thank you all!

Select the property > settings series > Modem of the line parameters. For example, the State of the CTS is an entry to the pc.

With the help of these lines is a very poor substitute for a scope or map DAQ. The only things you can return is Asserted, Unknown or Unasserted. The range of acceptable signals is important enough. Anything between + 3 and -3 is an unknown state. Your other signals is + / 3 to 15 volts. What type of signals do you really want to capture?

Edit: there is no such thing as a visa so I have no idea of what you actually use.

I have uTorrent 2.0.3 and I found the current port (for inbound connections) in the installation guide. In the preferences and besides I can't find nothing with 'port' in it.

As for the Protocol, I would (TCP and UDP), the IP address is the same and will check Enabled. Only, I don't know the start and end port.

You don't see any other virtual ports except USB 0001?

Follow these steps and check if that helps:

    1. go in Control Panel.
2 Select all Control Panel items.
    3. open devices and printers.
    4. at the top of the window, select Add a printer.
    5. Select Add a local printer.
    6. If you want to choose a Printer Port, select use an existing port.
    7. in the drop-down list, select USB001 or USB0002 (virtual printer to USB Port).
    8. Select the next button.
    9. in the manufacturers section, select HP.
    10. in the printers section, search for your printer model and select it.

Note: If your printer does not appear in the list of HP, select nearest LaserJet series model number.

Click the Windows Update button. WU get the database driver for all HP printers.

Note: the search may take a while.

When the search is complete, go back to the HP section and your printer should now appear there. Select it and click the next button.

Your printer appears in the printer name box, click Next again and the printer will be installed.

  • Change the default ports for http and https

    Hello

I'm trying to change the default ports for http and https

I have a 506th PIX (which does NOT of NAT)

    I have the following: -.

    static (inside, outside) tcp 192.168.10.2 601 192.168.10.2 http netmask 255.255.255.255 0 0

    static (inside, outside) tcp 192.168.10.2 602 192.168.10.2 443 netmask 255.255.255.255 0 0

access-list acl permit tcp any 192.168.10.2 eq 601

access-list acl permit tcp any 192.168.10.2 eq 602

    Access-group acl in interface outside

where 601 and 602 are the http port and https to be redirect to respectively.

    I changed the webserver accordingly

    I get the error message

"No group of translation not found for tcp src outside:189.x.x.x/50232 dst inside:192.x.x.x/80" (trying to access port 80)

"I also have ' fixup protocol http 601.

I had access to the internal and external web server before attempting to change the default ports

    Any ideas where I'm wrong?

    See you soon.

I apologise for not thinking correctly.

    the static method must be:

    static (inside, outside) tcp 192.168.10.2 80 192.168.10.2 601 netmask 255.255.255.255 0 0

    static (inside, outside) 192.168.10.2 tcp 443 192.168.10.2 602 netmask 255.255.255.255 0 0

The expansion port is used when connecting to a docking station... and it's the rectangular port next to the ethernet port.

  • Highway X8.2.2, Changing default SIP Port for B2B calls is not possible

    Much of community support.

    I 10.5.1 (SU1) of CUCM and X8.2.2 Expressway.

I have configured without VPN Jabber and B2B based on the Document calls "CVD-CollabEdgeUsingBE6000 - Apr14.pdf.

everything worked fine for months, but after the upgrade of the X8.2.2 Express way B2B calls are no more work.

After troubleshooting, I found the following:

the DSF Guide tells me to change the default Port to 5061 to 5560 B2B calls because 5061 is also used for the integration of Jabber.

When I look at my record of wirekshark I see cucm tries to connect to the port 5560 expressway, but after sending a SYN packet, cucm receives a RST packet.

When I change back to the port of 5560 to 5061, everything works well again for B2B, but of course encrypted calls Jabber connection is not possible more.

for me, it looks like a bug, but I found nothing on the 'Bug search' tool.

I also tried to disable all Protection rules and I also have a firewall rule for Port 5560. I also tried to change the TCP Port to something different, 3999 for example. All this without success.

Just a little look in the guide.

Two caveats. First thing the guide explains unencrypted SIP - TCP connections, if you want to be aware that both sides use TCP or TLS. If you are using TLS certificates must be good as well.

5560 isn't a port on the highway, this is the port for the trunk on CUCM.

What do you see CUCM sending to Highway: 5560 Setup is not ok.

The port of the highway will not be changed.

If you look at page 30, he 5560 port is used for the "incoming Port *" and the bottom of page 31

You can see that it uses the Expressway IP with port 5060.

On the highway, you configure the area to port 5560 (page 34)

And of course the firewall should also be ok.
