• No need in the future to re - install LR2 require LR1 serial No.?

  I bought an upgrade to LR2 and installed on my Mac where resided LR1. Is it necessary to keep LR1 for possible future relocations? If I sell my LR1 software to my friend and need to reinstall I will require LR1 serial again? If so, I'll have a problem if I simply keep a copy of the serial number LR1 and enter it again at this time, even if the new owner has registered the serial number? I want to make sure that I cover this base before transferring software and rights to a new owner. Thank you for your help.

  I think you will find that you don't have the right to transfer a license for an Adobe product... i. e, you can not sell your copy of Lightroom. The standard Adobe license says

  NO transfer. You may not rent, lease, sell, license, assign or transfer your rights to the software

  It is the standard for intellectual property rights, you purchase the right to use something, not the software itself. It's the same if you buy the right to use a picture, you cannot sell it to someone else and have only the right to use it in the way in which it was purchased. Obviously, it is easy to ignore this... but for a photographer from the cylinder head, the intellectual property of other somebodies is really bad.

  You need to install more RAM before moving to Snow Leopard and need to do before moving to Lion or newer. Buy it from a source OWC or Crucial.

  Yes, I was referring to manually clean the print head. I see that the 5510 lacks the possibility of leaving the print head manually.
  
  You can click on the menu of your SETUP program on your screen and go to TOOLS and clean the print head from there.
  
  If this does not resolve your problem, you may need to replace the print head.

  I can't wait to hear that you have questions.  This could be a problem with the hardware cartridge or unit; However it can also be related to connectivity.  You are able to print a test page for the unit itself? Please see the procedure to print a test page for the device to determine if the material is shown below.  If the test page is empty or contains flaws, click here for the action on this issue.

  To print the page of unit test:

  1. On the product control panel, press the (arrow) down to select settings and pressOK .
  2. Press the (arrow) downward to select Tools and press OK .
  3. Press the (arrow) downward to select Print Quality Report and press OK . The report prints.

• Need help to install Windows 8.1 on the partition, bootcamp on Macbook Pro 15 "mid-2010 w / no optical drive"

  I tried for almost a week in all possible ways to get windows installed on a boot camp partition on my main SSD 1 TB drive as a partition, or on my HARD drive, which is installed in place of the optical drive.  So far, everything I tried to give me some sort of error at some point in the process.  It seems that many of them are case by case, so I thought that I invite you all and see if you can help!

  I use a Macbook Pro 15 "mid-2010 that I improved with a 1 TB SSD drive as the startup disk.  My optical drive was not functional, so I moved my old 500 GB HARD drive to the location of the optical Bay.  I am also under the latest version of El Capitan (10.11.6)

  What I tried (from what I remember):

  I tried to change the Bootcamp info.plist file for my version of the macbook pro to use a USB stick for the installer.  It seems to have installed correctly but once I partition the disk and restart the computer, it gets stuck on a white screen with the Apple logo and I am forced to make a hard stop and then hold down option to boot into OS X, recovery, or the EFI Boot.

  If I go through the windows installation to start the EFI system, I get an error of:
  "Windows cannot be installed to this disk.  The selected disk is a MBR partition table.  On EFI systems, Windows cannot be installed on GPT disks. »

  I also tried to create a partition by using disk utility, and that too made me an error in the installation of windows.

  So far, the only way that I'm away from windows to run at all has been using the free trial of VMware Fusion 8... but I intend to use windows for more intensive tasks like audio pro, and merger simply does not offer the performance necessary to run these programs.  I'm hoping to install windows 8.1 on my internal SSD or HARD drive, regardless of the work - as long as OS X and files associated with it are left alone.

  If your computer has an optical drive, you must use the optical drive to install Windows using Boot Camp Assistant.

  My experience is you open up the Panel above paper tray trolley is brought to the Center.  Remove the cartridge or the filler of transport remove the tape cartridge, insert it this end taaped goes first, inclined downwards. push snap down to lock it into place.

  There are many cloning utilities, but I recommend Acronis True Image. You can clone your hard drive, then use TI to the image of your system and to make incremental backups. MS - MVP - Elephant Boy computers - don't panic!
