Pre-installed activated windows 7 says not installed

It says this when I try to activate the key for office 2010 (family and student edition) when I check back it says active.
I gave microsoft - you don't have to meet.

Already returned card not activated, but it is now.
Pls help.

What key? Did you buy the license Office 2010 and try to use the keys that you have obtained from Microsoft?

    I recently reinstalled Win7Home on an Asus UX31A from the factory CD. Today Windows says "Windows 7 Build 7602 this copy of Windows is genuine.  I tried to launch the MS tool to solve the problem and it does not give me the opportunity to resolve. The tool data below.     I found the AC adapter that has the product key and it came after clicking on change the product key in the computer properties window. After waiting a minute or two, it valid and active properly. Thanks to you all!

  • Windows Mail says not connected on send/receive

    My neighbor has a problem with Windows Mail on Vista machine and I have not been able to solve. When we open Windows Mail and click send/receive, we get a pop-up that says that we are not connected (though we are). If we click on Try Again, send/receive works and continues to work until they shut us down and re - open Windows Mail. When we do, we get the pop-up again. This has probably been asked and answered before, but I can't find it if it has.

    my computer needs a certain seriouus attention! She claims to be protected, but then it says windows defender does not work as well as many other services when I click the Activate button it gives me an error message indicating that there is not or not installed or is not found... another custom of services on a local computer... just someone can tell me how to undo all the damage that ive done to this pc?     1. Click Start, click Help, and then search for help on "Backup". Familiarize yourself with the concepts explained in there.
    2. Buy a 4 or a flash drive 8 GB ("USB key") for about $10.00.
    3. Connect it to your laptop.
    4. Open Control Panel / backup and restore.
    5. Back up your data on the flash drive.
    6. Take the flash for a friend PC drive.
    7. Restoring a few files to ensure that you can open them.
    8. After the factory restore, restore the data from the flash drive.
    9. Use the flash drive in the future as your regular backup media. Remember that all important files should be backed up - without exception!

    Hi all

    I bought this machine pre-installed windows 8 for the laptop dell inspiron model 3521, with a friend who stays in Doha, the Qatar. I stay in Pune, Maharashtra, India. When I got my hands on the machine, windows was still not enabled surprisingly. I called the customer service dell Sunday, who confirmed that it was purchased in the Gulf and it is pre-installed windows machine 8. The Executive of the customer asked me to call Monday for anywhere between 09:00 and 18:00 to get the product key.  When I asked my friend about activation, it was completely dropped on activation or reinstallation of windows 8 on top of pre-installed windows 8 OS. I guess he bought the machine pre installed and active windows 8, but somehow, through someone, windows has been reinstalled and the resettlement process could not brought the product key from the BIOS.

    Now, as I had fun at hand, because it is Sunday, I searched a few tools retrieve the product key from the BIOS, and I was finally able to get their hands on the product key of my machine, but has not managed to activate my windows using command prompt (using slmgr slui.exe) and user interface. Here is the message I get.

    This could be due to the change in the country / region or the product key that you might be for a different version of Windows like Pro Pack etc.

    I suggest you to change the country and enter the product key and check.

    a. in the area of research of charms, type slui 4 , then select slui 4 search results.

    b. click on the arrow down under Select/change your country or region , and then click Next.

    c. call the telephone number indicated on the call and provide your installation ID screen.

    d. do not say what whether, or press any key. Wait for a Customer Service representative to answer the phone.

    Did you use HARD drive recovery (reset the PC) or have you used the recovery (disk or memory stick flash) media
