  Fixed it
  I created a new windows user profile and tested it flash to find that the problem persisted not so forth and so if you go to C:\Users\username\AppData there will be 3 files so enter each of them a deletion those called adobe and your problem will be solved if all goes well

• Prelude 20141 hangs at startup

  Prelude 20141 crashes at startup. I have re-installed wiping out the presets, but it still won't start. I can send a crash report to any interested person. Would be grateful for any suggestion.

  OS X 10.1.1 a large number of plugins, extensions. Removal of the extensions did not fix the issue.

  Thanks for the reply. I'll send you the newspapers then.  Looks like I was wrong - it was 3.2 Prelude (2014.2) all along.

  However, the story seems to resolve itself. Prelude is now working well. Maybe the update to OS X 10.10.2 corrected, as seems to be one of the main differences between then and today.

• Prelude: several "partial ingests" a clip?

  I was in hopes that, thanks to the capabilities as a prelude to have "Partial Ingestion" that Adobe could also include "several partial intakes", but it seems like they did not.

  It seems that partial Ingestion is only good for throw away unused headers/trailers of a clip.  Is this correct?

  Follow these steps-

  1. Try to have a security wipe. This will delete all your data from the device and where save you your device before you do a security wipe. Go to Options > Security > Security Wipe. Enter "blackberry" (without the quotes)
  2. If running above don't ressemelable the question then consider to update/reinstall the existing device OS.
     If the question then related software to have the update will make disappear.

  Fixed! It was the MPE. Took me a while to remember there was a problem, I had some time like this.
  Edit > Preferences > playback > video and reading
  The default value is the value Open CL changed software only.

• A beginner... need for basic assistance

  I see that my camera Sony's AVCHD a 'private' of the file yields that, once seen from within Premiere Pro or prelude of yields. MTS files which can then be swallowed. So far so good.

  My question is help on the most basic level, to help me get started with Prelude. All I want to do is to get a glimpse of these files in the prelude. They keyboard shortcut to place point doesn't seem to be a simple 'I' or 'o' as it is as a prelude - is this true? I'm having trouble getting this simple step to work. Then, I would like to make subclips and I see the number key 1 is the marker for the beginning of a sub-clup, but what is the marker for the out point of a subclip? The interface is nice and this could be an excellent software to learn, but this is easier to do in Premiere Pro and just eliminate the need for Prelude?

  Maybe I need a video tutorial, but also, perhaps the questions I ask here are too basic for a tutorial.

  Can someone please help me with just these questions early so I can see the value in using prelude?

  Ken > prelude allow you to ingest your assets (either via Basic linking, copying or transcoding), batch rename them it's make and apply a system of metadata personalized for them. You can't do these things first. In addition, the development of interface on logging, which makes this task easier.

  And out of the points only have meaning in the capture Panel, where you can specify an in or an exit if you do not want the whole media to be ingested. The shortcuts are indeed I and O. You do not change anything that happened first edit as a prelude, so to point on media ingested is not really logical, use subelements markers instead. I and O in prelude is used to set these points and exit markers.

• Cannot start on USB 3.0 external hard drive?

  I have created a startup disk, so much for my new Mac Pro 2013 and finally to put in my old Mac Pro silver tour 2012.

  I did a clean install of El Capitan on an external HD. Nothing else on the subject. The Western Digital 2 TB Green is in a pregnant Sabre, connected to a USB 3.0 hub, which is connected to the new Mac Pro 2013. I tried a couple of different ways to select external HD and boot to it, but I keep priming in Macintosh HD SSD installed in the Mac Pro (2013).

  Yes, exactly.

  The reason is that a USB Hub arrives too late to be seen at boot time, so the drive is not available to start from.

  It is also a problem for the use of 'hang up the keys' at startup - beyond the hub keyboard is not visible at startup.

• Vista does not load spent picking which I want to the user. Wallpaper and some elements of the office developed, but a few freezes.

  Hello. Just updated the latest version of McAfee and it said to restart my computer. After you restart, the screen of the user came up very well, but everything has been frozen. I tried a system restore, which allowed me to choose a user, but while it loads of said user, the computer just hangs. No keys on the keyboard or the mouse buttons don't work. I've tried disableing McAfee start up and tried again, but nothing happened. Also run the memory diagnostic, but was very good. Only way that I can use is on safe mode. Do I have to reload Vista or should I just it take help?

  If Safe Mode or System Restore does not resolve the problem and you don't have a Vista DVD from Microsoft, do a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:

  Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.

  Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

  At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

  When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

  Hi, I'm pretty new to actionscript.  I was just starting to get the hang of the keys in AS2 when I went to start learning AS3.  I have Adobe Flash CS3 Professional and I am going through the files of the "Programming Actionscript 3.0" tutorial in the help section of the program.  I have gotten past the introductory explanations and reached the first segment of practice of this tutorial and I run like crazy in the compiler errors. I'm 99% sure that I have no typos or missing semicolon.

  Hi, prelude CC 2015.3 running on Windows 7 and it freezes when I double click to ingest or select file - interfere in the menus. I work with a project that I have already ingested files.  Therefore ingest worked in CC 2015.3 and then stopped working at some point.  The border around the Panel darkens, but no record opens to select the files.  Clicking anywhere leads to the ringtone and no response from the user interface, but the window never shows "(ne répond pas) ' by pressing the 'Esc' key returns the border around the Panel."  The same machine also has the prelude CS6 installed and Import works with CS6.  Thank you!

• Adobe prelude CC - Ingest dialog does not appear after a double-tap to ingest

  I'm having a problem with Adobe prelude, version 2015.0, 4.0.0 (Build 138), which is the most recent version at the moment. I use Windows 7 Professional. My problem is this: when I click on "Double click to interfere", I never see ingest the dialog box appear. I have multiple monitors, but I do not see the dialog box on any of these screens and I don't see anywhere on the taskbar. At this point, if I try to click anywhere in the application, it gives me a sound of ding as if the dialog box was opened. Then I have to use the Task Manager to close the application. Restart the PC does not help. I even uninstalled Creative Director Cloud prelude, rebooted, and then reinstalled the application, and the problem persists. Prelude used to work just fine for me until about a week ago. Help, please. Thank you!

  As mentioned by you in other post, it's resolved by pressing Windows key + left or Windows Key + right to restore the location of a window of the application to its default value.
