Premature purchase

I got prematurely creative cloud before realizing that my office offers creative cloud for its employees. I don't have ever 'open' / enabled cloud creative. Is there anyway that I can get my money back because I have never used your products or services?

    I bought an iphone 7 in the USA on a trip to Best Buy.

    I bought a T-Mobile Sim and what I had to go with some carriers.

    When I brought this back to the India, the phone does not work with my Indian SIM card.

    It says that I have to use a specific door-SIM.

    When I check with T - Mobile by providing my IMEI, they said my device was a 'device T - Mobile no'

    Here's the mail:

    "Thank you for taking the time to contact T-Mobile. We received your request to release SIM. Unfortunately, we are unable to process your request at this time because we are only able to provide the unlock codes for T-Mobile USA phones. Please check your request for unlocking for this equipment directly to the carrier that the handset was purchased from. "

    But the handset was bought from T-Mobile carrier.

    How can I unlock my phone in these circumstances?

    The website check out BestBuy - they do not sell the iPhone for T-Mobile 7.  All their iPhone models 7 are sold carrier locked on Sprint, Verizon or AT & T.  It doesn't matter which SIM was purchased at the time - if you bought an iPhone 7 or 7plus BestBuy it is carrier locked (one of AT & T, Sprint or Verizon).  You've been misinformed about what you buy or you misunderstood what you said the people of BestBuy.

    BestBuy does not sell the iPhone Unlocked 7 or 7 more.  Nor do they sell these devices for T-Mobile.  If your phone is locked to AT & T, Sprint or Verizon and they will not unlock it unless you are or have been a customer of theirs with an account in good standing, and after meeting the minimum period of service to qualify for unlocking.

    Return it to best buy, if you can.  T-Mobile is you tell the simple truth.  There is nothing they can do for you, that this device is not locked to their network.

    Sorry, but this is a perfect example of why it's a bad idea to buy your iPhone abroad.  In particular, without being absolutely sure what you purchase and what limits the device can be fitted.

  • The purchased songs will not download

    I recently installed itunes on a newer laptop.  It's an ASUS with Windows 10.  The installation works.  And I have all the features, as far as I got so far, with the exception of major and frustrating.  None of my purchased songs previously downloaded.  New purchases download very well.  I see my complete library dating for years and they all have the icon download little cloud beside them.  When I click on "available as a download from the elements" he tells me that I have to my current email no items available for download.  I have change the email on the account of my previous installations of itunes.  But when I click on the download icon, or click on download from drop down menu, commands the screen immediately jumps on the screen of 'library' on-screen 'Browse' and nothing happens.

    See download your purchases past - Apple support just in case using a different route from the past buy useful, otherwise I think you need to contact the iTunes Store support team. The change of the email address of your identifier Apple could be significant.

    I suggest that you contact the Support of iTunes at http://apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html. They should be able to offer an explanation and refund if taxes were unjustified.

    I recently bought a new ipod and I was able to transfer all my itunes library outside my songs bought on itunes top. I authorized the computer but it still always tells me that this is not allowed and won't let me not sync them to my new ipod. Please help me.

    Is it possible that you used another Apple ID to buy songs that are used to synchronize?  These songs are probably more old purchases, because iTunes Store did not use DRM (copy protection) on the music files since 2009.  So, maybe you had an old Apple ID back then you are not currently using...

    You can check by selecting one of the songs (which doesn't sync to the iPod) in your iTunes library.  Right click it and get the information.  On the information window, go to the file tab.  It should show the purchased by here.  What is the Apple ID, allows you to authorize the computer?

    If this isn't the case, you must use the command allow this computer again and enrolled her other identifying Apple (and its password).  A computer can be allowed with several identifiers of Apple.
