• Updated for Premiere Pro CC 2015 (10.3), and now it will not play mp4 audio

  Hello, I first adobe recently updated and now when I import mp4 files, it won't play the audio. Not on the timeline or the display of source code. The audio also does not display on the time line. I tried looking through the FAQ and search in other issues, but not quite seem to have the same problem.

  So far I tried to import by dragging more and also by right click Media > import. It does not seem to make a difference.   Bars and your play in the timeline, if that means anything. I change the type of mp4 file before you import it first in first?

  I just started using the program this month, so I am a very new user. I hope it is a simple solution.

  Empty the cache of media, then rename the folder are in mp4, then try again.

  Avast and Prevx proved extremely reliable and compatible with all I have
  launched on them. Microsoft Security Essentials and Prevx have also proven to be very
  reliable and compatible. Use MSE or Avast and Prevx, Prevx 3 but not all.

  Avast Home free - stop any shields is not necessary except leaving Standard, Web, and
  Operation of the network.

• MacBook Pro froze access to iCloud tent and now I can not turn off my computer

  I am writing this note on a computer that has locked me out of cold button Poweroff or reboot.   To force the closing down, hold the power button until the screen goes black. You may well find that the connection attempt is not reappear on a restart; You should if you want to be able to go to system preferences > iCloud and click on disconnect.

  I installed the update of the BIOS 3 days ago, I had a few programs that are open at the time and also an external USB mouse in time. The hard drive crashed and then blacked out, but the power was still on the turbine runs at full skin. I tried to turn off the computer by the power button, but it wouldn't, so I let it run out of battery.   I use Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 on a MacBook Air. (I use an external hard drive for files and the project, don't worry). I'm editing an average movie film I already filmed and stored on my hard drive, however the audio is missing part of a clip when I open it in the program. When I play the original video in QuickTime format, the sound is fine. In Premiere Pro, the audio works at the beginning of the clip, then it just suddenly stops at a certain point and does not return. It stops at the same place everytime I play it. I tried to open Bars and tones, and I hear the tone very well. I tried to look at the audio mixer Panel, and nothing is cut or a smaller volume. I double checked to see if the clip is on and it is indeed turned on. As far as I know, there is no other clips blocking audio somehow. I tried to cut the video with the razor tool to see if he wanted to kickstart audio feedback, still nothing. I tried to change the name of the video. MTS of. AVI (tip, I found online), no change. I have really no idea what is the problem, or why the audio is missing. And I don't understand why it affects only part of the clip. The clip is around 10 - ish minutes and audio works for about the first ten seconds, then stops. He's a longer video which is about 20 minutes in the length, clip, that I'm getting is the last half of the video.

  Open the item in Adobe Media Encoder and export it as a WAV file. See if the Audio is finished. If so, put that in first and make a subelement with the original video file.

• Premiere Pro - number during video export with effects of gloss applied

  I created a video in Premiere Pro, in which I added some effects highlighted using the video effect of brightness.   There are ways to hide and even key them with all the effects of color images, you could try to do this with the Lumetri group and the color workspace. I moved the effects Panel on the right with the Lumetri effect controls panel in the color workspace... Notice, if you go into control panel Lumetri here, you have direct access to the masking.

• "Total length: 00:00:00:01" I can't convert the file because of the length.  The video is 5 minutes long.  I use a trial version of Premiere Pro.

  I created a video using a trial version of Premiere Pro.  When I try to encode the file to burn a DVD, I get a message, "encodes failed because the duration of the source is zero."  I went to the properties of PP and discovered video that the total length is 00:00:00:01.  What's wrong?

  As Steve said, you will need to probably go to the Premiere Pro forum, but a quick check thing is that 'Source Range' menu drop-down (at the bottom of the box to export under the timeline settings) is set to "Set Sequencet" or perhaps "sequence out.  It's one that took me before.

  I am a sequence in first pro CC which is 1 minute and 40 seconds. the details of the sequence are:

  • Video files Blackmagic Pocket film camera ProRes HQ
  • lugins used for color grading on separate clips (as a comparison between the ranks of different color of the same clip) - convert movie, Magic Bullet Looks and three different LUTs
  • I added a box to the letters 1:2.35 on top of all the clips
  • In each clip to identify what plugin or LUT is used for each shot, I have added a little text

  Here are the specs of my computer:

  • Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (service pack 1)
    
  • Dual core AMD APU A4-6320 with graphics Radeon HD (overclocked to 4 GHz)
  • NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2 GB (overclocked)
  • 8 GB GDDR5 RAM 1600 MHz (such as two 4 GB sticks)

  Premiere Pro export settings:

  • H.264
  • 1920 x 1080 (1.0 progressive and square pixels)
  • 23.976 fps
  • Profile: high
  • Level: 5.1
  • Go to verified maximum depth (prores HQ bmpcc gets 10-bit)
  • Pass VBR 2
  • Bit rate = 30 target
  • flow rate Max = 40
  • Use disabled previesws because I have not been made in the workspace to verify it would not make much difference)
  • Made maximum use quality - I tried this checked and unchecked with the same time of export for both (I have read the forums where this should be disabled if you have the MPE CUDA enabled in Premiere Pro, because it is heavy CPU, but then some forums say always leave on any - which is really confusing)
  • I'm exporting to a hard drive with 7200 RPM

  Those 1 minutes 40 seconds sequence takes about 40 minutes to export which is too long. \I really need help understanding what the problem is and why export takes so long. Thanks in advance

  I read that too, and when I looked at the instructions mentioned, they were available in the new amd fx chips. the main problem for instructions is amd doesn't have a boost intels 32bits single thread. Intel has been very wise to make a unique help for former thread programs of 32 bits. the real advantage for users is that works of boost for the sloppy, 64 bit programs as bad coding in the adobe software. what it boils down to is intel offer superior performance, but at a higher cost to match. I recommend intel and amd if budget requires.
