Prepaid package of creative photography of cloud cancelled by mistake
I bought my plan of creative photography of cloud in the 20/06/2014 (one year subscription).
I bought a creative photography of cloud prepaid plan one year on 22/04/2015. After the purchase the prepaid plan, the new expiry date was 20/06/2016. So far so good.
20/06/2015, Adobe automatically renews the membership for a year that is not what I wanted but was willing to accept it if it was the fact that the expiration date was not extended as a result (should have been 20/06/2017). So basically, membership has been renewed for $119.99 and the expiry date was still 20/06/2016.
So far, I had 5 chat sessions. Finally managed to get the reverse automated/incorrect renewal (not for the full amount that the refund is prorated (!), but, at the same time, the prepaid plan of one year was canceled by an agent too. Officials keep telling me that the question has been raised, but I never got emails from back. Agents, so far, have refused to reactivate the prepaid plan without being able to tell me why. Of course, I have the confirmation e-mail received and so on.
I obviously can't rely on officers of chat and I'm trying to understand where to go then. It's fraudulent and frustrating.
I see that both the command line CC & the redemption code was bought under an Adobe ID. The CC can not be enabled however can you send me the code to Exchange personal e-mail, I'll follow him to provide you with a solution, I see that many cases are escalated & work.

Creative photography of cloud suspension package / suspension
Subscribe to the creative photography of Cloud as an individual package / student, the option of the plan only available membership is apparently annual (no plans months showing). It would be possible to suspend/break an annual membership for short periods of time (for example 1 month or more) don't don't need during the membership? I changed the creative editing Cloud student and teacher for creative photography plan cloud 21 may 2015 that nothing seems to have changed. My Lightroom is the old version, trying to load LR - 6. When I sign in Photoshop, I get an error message that my account is not found. (Because I cancelled it and joined CC?). I keep going in circles.
Now better contact Adobe technical support, they can access your computer remotely and fix the problem.

Problems with creative photography of Cloud payment plan confirmation
Hello, I plan photographer creative photography of Cloud (a year, paid in advance). I did the prepayment on 16 June 2016 for the period ending June 16, 2017. But every time I open Lightroom or Photoshop, I receive the informational message that "there is a problem with the payment creative photography of cloud... Please verify your payment in your account management... If a problem is not solved up to the period of time creative photography of cloud will stop working. "I checked and see that the payment transaction has been processed successfully, I see the invoice number, transaction number, etc.. I don't understand what should I do to avoid problems with the close days of work in Lightroom or Photoshop.
