  I improved 52/55 to TC 7.1.4 double profile system and it displays more video on two screens at a conference. It displays the contents of the second fine screen. He worked in version 6, so I'm wondering if something changed in the software or endpoint requires additional configuration.

  I checked the settings under Configuration > system setup > video > monitors and it is set to Dual. I changed a few times and set it to the double, but this does not solve the problem.   Cisco has changed how layouts behave after TC6 on C-series systems. If you want your system behave in the same way as a Tandberg MXP more used to work (end of full screen on a single screen) and selfview full screen on the other, you can do the following telnet commands:

  xconfig video monitors: double

  xconfig video CamCtrlPip CallSetup Mode: Off

  xconfig video SelfviewDefault Mode: Off

  xconfig video SelfviewDefault OnMonitorRole: second

  xconfig video SelfviewDefault modepleinecran: on

  I had a lot of customer complaints after the upgrade and these orders have been tested by Cisco and I've applied to many of my clients and it works.

  You have more than one display card? Try to connect your monitor to the another card and see if you can get the display.

• Help! Double vision on the screen...

  Double vision on the screen which is so bad I can hardly read what is ISO screen. I had this problem since March. I had to disabled my GeForce 9800 GT since the update of the driver is not good.  I uninstalled Aero. The screen is normal for 5-10 minutes, then goes into ugly mode.  Sometimes, the computer starts in double vision.

  It may not be the video card, it can be the screen itself.  It may even be a problem with the hardware.  You have another monitor, you can interact with to see if the problem moves - while we will have a good idea if it's the computer or the monitor.  The same goes for the Videocard if possible.

  You can get in trouble with your device drivers, firmware and/or software. Go to the Device Manager by going to start / find and type Device Manager and enter and then double-click on the program icon that appears.  Check each device to a red x, yellow! or white?  These identify devices with problems probably (drivers, but also of conflict or something else).  Click on each for more details and troubleshooting tips.  If you need to get drivers (and you should do at least the monitor and video card at least all you have time to do - they can help way beyond simply solve this problem), let the computer dealer or the manufacturer of the device (NOT of Microsoft Updates).  In fact, you must disable automatic updates in Windows Update driver as follows: http://www.addictivetips.com/windows-tips/how-to-disable-automatic-driver-installation-in-windows-vista/.   If the above does not help, I think it is a material and not a software problem.  I would take the system to a repair facility of the competent computeer for diagnostic, repair or replacement.  You can also consider sending for service to the manufacturer.  Compare the cost, schedule, guarantees, parts availability and cost and these things before deciding.  The decision is yours.

  Your description, it looks like there may be an update that changed the behavior of Word. I understand the duplex option is no longer available in the print dialog box and you should now go to the properties of the printer to select two faces. Is it a problem when printing only from Word or any other program? If you find it very tedious, so you can try a restore system at a later date, but from the sounds of it, you still have the duplex option I would recommend probably leave as is and just get used to the change.

  I don't think that it is possible to change the mode of the development of your application outside of in the config.xml file.

  A custom extension may be able to do this, but I have not seen anyone this yet.

  I love the concept of several short video presentations being selected one playing on one screen, but I ran into a seemingly simple question that I can't understand. My procedure was as follows:

  1. create a three slide 2

  2. Add several F4Vs to the screen and hide. (none of the available skins have a button 'Close' or 'Quit' on them)

  3. set up each video to show the rest of the slide and check the box "slide to break until the end of the video.
  4. create buttons for each video by using the action of 'Show '.

  At this point, the videos all work perfectly and the bar attached reading (currently haloSkin3) are very well - the tab but when a selected video ends, I can't close it - there is no button on the playback bar for re - hide TI/close and stay on the same blade.

  
  I know that I can develop a separate mini projects with synchronized individual videos and stack them all in my SCO, but I'm hoping for a more elegant solution than to have several pop-up windows.

  Welcome to the Adobe Forums.

  Please try this:

  (1) add a button or a smart form (use it as a button) on the video.

  2) click on the video button, then press CTRL on the keyboard and click the button or the active form (which has been added on the video).

  (3) right click on them and create a group. (This will create a group of video and the button that has been added to this topic)

  (4) click the button that you use to display the video and change the action to show the group.

  5) click on the button that has been added on the video and select the action to hide the group.

  This can help you by showing the video with the exit button and you can leave the video too. You can change the name of the button as a result.
