  If Adobe is the only program that causes black printing, you could try to use another program like Foxit reader PDF or try to update the Adobe program you have installed.

  Thank you for your answer! I was wondering if you are able to copy with A4 paper.

  In the meantime, try the following:

  Load A4 paper on the ADF clash.

  On a Mac, click the Apple icon, click System Preferences, click Print & Scan, select your printer in the list, click the scanning tab, then click on open Scanner.

  Make sure that the document feeder is selected not to dish. Then change the format of A4 paper.

  I see that you are having problems when parsing printer Officejet 8600. Could you please try and make a copy of the photo on the printer? Let me know if the copy option works very well.

  If the copy also gives you a black page, try the following steps:

  • Unplug the printer from the power outlet.
  • Wait 2-3 minutes and then plug back the power cable directly to the wall outlet (do not use a surge protector or an extension cord)

My only previous simply stopped printing using all colors... it looked like version a printer a ransom note. I won't buy HP again. It is too bad HP sold me 80 lb paper then their printers do not print it. I spent hours on it and am VERY frustrated. I have in my office purchase 3 8600 s and they all have the same problems (more). Shame on you HP.

  You can try to create a black background in a text box (or just use a black rectangle) behind the white text instead of trying to use the background color of the style attribute. [IIRC, the FM10 version had oddities]
