  This printer supports RJ 45 cable and wireless however both can not be active at the same time.

  The best configuration that can be used there to connect the printer to the router by Ethernet cable / wireless (depending on your choice).

  I understand that you're seen a message on your temp folder is full, I'd like to help. Please follow the steps below to clean the computer and install the software;

  1. Hold down the Windows Logo key () on the keyboard and the 'R' to open the dialog box run, type %temp%
  2. Delete all files and folders in the temp folder. Choose Skip if all pop ups seem to say all files cannot be deleted
  3. Download the software and choose to save money, save it on the desktop > AIO_CDB_NonNet_Full_Win_WW_140_408 - 4.exe
  4. After that the downloaded software and extracted, open the temp folder once again, use the instructions in step 1.
  5. Locate and open the folder starting with 7z (example: 7zS2356)
  6. Open the folder Util
     
  7. The CCC folder
  8. If you have a computer HP run the L3uninstall.exe. If you have annon HP computer run the L4uninstall.exe
  9. Once the uninstall is complete, reboot the computer
  10. Follow these steps to reset the registry settings and options for Windows Installer.

  Before moving to Win10 I could click the icon table of envy when I tried to scan to the computer. Now, when I click on it, the only thing I get a message asking if I want to change the settings on the computer.   Install the printer software, if not, please download and run the Installation Wizard of HP printer from www.hp.com/go/tools

  Also make sure you have Adobe Reader, if you do not have, then clickHERE to download (its free) If you print a pdf document from a web site, then the same download on your PC and then try to print it.

  If the problem persits again after you have tried all the steps above, and then try the steps below... Open the PDF doucument. Click file > properties.  Document properties will be displayed. To the title of the window 'Properties of the Document', click the 'Security' tab check if ' print: allowed. If it's probably not you will not be able to print. If not try the procedure below... File > print. Make sure that your printer is selected, and then click 'Advance' at the bottom. Make sure that "print image" is to have check. Click OK. And click OK again to print.

  No, 2 black cartridges do not work, the printer must print cartridges three colors. You can configure your printer to print in black only, this will use very few colors. Please use the following steps:

  d select "black ink only" for printing in grayscale
  e click Ok /apply .

  Do a hard reset of the printer.
  Let the printer and disconnect the printer cable and the wall socket for 60 seconds.
  Reconnect the power cable to the output of the printer and the wall, and not a surge protector.
  This ensures that the printer is full on and can help this situation.

  My Hp Envy 4500 printer all-in-one lights up not down IT. If I unplug the power cord, then plug it back it then the printer lights for about 14 seconds and then turns off.  Any ideas?

Should I download and install this because I've had since October 2015 printer? If so do I have to do something after the installation to keep my printer working correctly on my WIFI wireless? • All-in-one HP Envy 120: HP ePrint E-mail

  I hope someone can help me with my problem.

  I created an account of HP ePrint for my all-in-one HP Envy 120 printer and then changed the address of e-mail to something which I could easily remember.  So far so good.  However, as this printer could not copy or scan, I replaced it with another printer with the same details of the model.

  Then, I went on my HP ePrint account and deleted my original details of ist printer (as he has been appearing as offline and not connected) and added my new printer via the tab to add devices.

  The problem is, I want now to change this e-mail to my original email (easy to remember) address address but when I click on the option change Email, it is grayed out and cannot be changed.

  A specific ePrint address cannot be assigned to different devices... Your previous address can not be used on your new printer.

  You will need to select an email address unique for your new printer - sorry.

  That's great. I see nothing in the instructions, and the seller does not mention either. It seems to me that this feature would be another selling point. I do not necessarily want to disable it.
